目前,减肥的方法主要有节食减肥、运动减肥以及药物减肥等,节食减肥,在减肥早期具有明显的效果,但远期效果较差,且容易反弹,长期节食也会导致胃肠功能的紊乱,对身体健康带来负面影响;运动减肥,一方面难于坚持,另一方面没有正确指导的运动往往会对身体某些关节部位等造成伤害;而药物减肥,目前市场上的药物良莠不齐,更有甚者添加泻药等成分,副作用大,费用高,一旦停止用药则容易反弹,且无法起到代餐效果;另外,市场上的代餐产品主要以谷物粉和膳食纤维为主,完全靠纤维吸水溶胀来减少其它物质的摄入,营养全面性相对较差,例如中国专利号为CN103859411A的专利,主要以膳食纤维为主,有些原料中虽含有蛋白,但均以大分子蛋白质存在,人体吸收性差,中国专利号为CN103947962A的专利,虽然加入了蛋白肽和胶原蛋白,也含有膳食纤维,但产品中加入了活化菌,产品冲调饮用时,为了保持活化菌的活性对冲调水的温度有相对严格的要求。
发明内容
针对以上技术缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,本减肥代餐粉以高蛋白、低碳水化合物为主,富含膳食纤维,加上其它天然成分的协同作用,在代餐减肥的同时,可满足人体全面营养的摄入,对冲调温度无限制,同时具有减肥不反弹的效果。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,其包括以下质量百分比的原料:大米低聚肽:40-45%,海洋鱼低聚肽:5-10%,白芸豆提取物:0.5-1%,马铃薯蛋白粉:0.5-1%,绿茶提取物:0.5-1%,左旋肉碱酒石酸盐:0.5-1%,瓜拉那提取物:0.5-1%,抗性糊精:15-20%,圆苞车前子壳:5-10%,奇亚籽:3-5%,菊粉:10-15%,果汁粉:3-5%。
其中,所述大米低聚肽与海洋鱼低聚肽均采用生物酶解技术,经喷雾干燥制得,其分子量在1000道尔顿以下。
所述大米低聚肽以非转基因大米为原料制得。
所述海洋鱼低聚肽以深海鳕鱼鱼皮为原料制得。
所述绿茶提取物包括质量百分比为92-97%的茶多酚。
所述果汁粉为以纯天然水果果实为原料,采用喷雾干燥技术制作而成的纯天然果汁粉,制作过程中不添加水、及其它甜味剂、色素、稳定剂等成分。
本发明还提供了一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉的制备方法:将各所述原料按质量配比称取后,使用混料机进行混合,混合均匀后分装即可。
本发明还提供了一种减肥代餐粉食用方法:每天午、晚各一次,建议餐前半小时服用,每次15g,以200mL左右饮用水冲调均匀后食用,也可搭配其它健康饮品冲调,每次食用本减肥代餐粉后,建议分批喝水500mL左右,一个食用周期为28天。
本减肥代餐粉是植物蛋白、动物蛋白、膳食纤维及其它多种营养成分的组合物,所用双肽粉蛋白含量达90%以上,分子量均低于1000道尔顿,分子量小,易于人体吸收,吸收率可达100%,并可同时补充植物蛋白与动物蛋白,营养更全面。
其中的主要成分大米低聚肽已经研究证实具有促进脂肪代谢的作用,食用后发热量可大为增加,促进能量代谢,大米低聚肽还具有低粘度、良好的吸湿性和保湿性、较强的抗氧化性,应用于产品中可提高产品的保质期,此外大米低聚肽还具有低过敏性,食用后可增强人体抵抗力,迅速减轻疲劳。
所用海洋鱼低聚肽具有美容护肤塑体的功效,减肥的同时使皮肤更加紧致。
白芸豆提取物、马铃薯蛋白粉、瓜拉那提取物、绿茶提取物均经现代高新技术提取,提取过程保留了其有效营养成分,天然,安全,食用后既可适当补充部分蛋白质,又可增强饱腹感,口味好。其中,马铃薯蛋白粉含丰富的蛋白质、粗纤维,白芸豆提取物中含有的ɑ-淀粉酶抑制剂,作为一种纯天然提取物,对人体无任何毒副作用,还可抑制血糖浓度的升高,起到降低血糖和血脂的作用;瓜拉那提取物富含氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,可满足人体各种营养所需并提高人体脂肪的代谢水平;绿茶提取物中含有92-97%的茶多酚,其中的儿茶素可促进人体内的脂肪代谢。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,由如下组分按重量百分比配制而成:(每份100g),大米低聚肽:45%,海洋鱼低聚肽:10%,白芸豆提取物:1%,马铃薯蛋白粉:1%,绿茶提取物:1%,左旋肉碱酒石酸盐:1%,瓜拉那提取物:1%,抗性糊精:20%,圆苞车前子壳:10%,奇亚籽:5%,菊粉:15%,水蜜桃果汁粉:5%。
本发明的减肥代餐粉是将各种原料按质量配比称取后,用混料机混合均匀制得,混合之前,保证设备及工器具的清洗、消毒,混合完后可分装,分装完后置于常温干燥处存储。
本发明减肥代餐粉的用法与用量:每天午、晚各一次,建议餐前半小时服用,每次15g,以200mL左右饮用水冲调均匀后食用,也可搭配其它健康饮品冲调,每次食用本产品后,建议分批喝水500mL左右。本产品一个食用周期为28天。
实施例2

本实施例的产品制备方法和食用方法与实施例一相同。
实施例3
一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,由如下组分按重量百分比配制而成:(每份100g),大米低聚肽:42%,海洋鱼低聚肽:7%,白芸豆提取物:0.8%,马铃薯蛋白粉:0.8%,绿茶提取物:0.8%,左旋肉碱酒石酸盐:0.8%,瓜拉那提取物:0.8%,抗性糊精:13%,圆苞车前子壳:8%,奇亚籽:2%,菊粉:13%,针叶樱桃果汁粉:4%。
本实施例的产品制备方法和食用方法与实施例一相同。
试验及应用效果:
取各实施例所得的减肥代餐粉为实验品,各实施例分别以30例伴有不同程度肥胖的人群(120-200斤)为受试者,实验品包装成15g/袋,按每袋加200mL饮用水冲调均匀后食用,每天午、晚各一次,餐前半小时服用,每次食用本产品后,分批喝水500mL左右。以28天为一个食用周期,以实验开始、食用一个周期、食用两个周期、停止服用一个月、停止服用两个月为节点测定受试者的平均减重量,具体结果见下表:
由表可以看出,食用两个周期后,受试者平均体重显著降低,达到了减肥的目的。同时,在试验期间每天监测受试者的血压和血糖,结果发现,血压和血糖均未出现大的波动,而受试者表示产品口感好,食用产品后饱腹感增强、体力充沛、胃肠道更健康,表明服用本代餐粉未对身体产生副作用。

1.一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分比的原料:大米低聚肽:40-45%,海洋鱼低聚肽:5-10%,白芸豆提取物:0.5-1%,马铃薯蛋白粉:0.5-1%,绿茶提取物:0.5-1%,左旋肉碱酒石酸盐:0.5-1%,瓜拉那提取物:0.5-1%,抗性糊精:15-20%,圆苞车前子壳:5-10%,奇亚籽:3-5%,菊粉:10-15%,果汁粉:3-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,其特征在于:所述大米低聚肽与海洋鱼低聚肽均采用生物酶解技术,经喷雾干燥制得,其分子量在1000道尔顿以下。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,其特征在于:所述大米低聚肽以非转基因大米为原料制得。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,其特征在于:所述海洋鱼低聚肽以深海鳕鱼鱼皮为原料制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,其特征在于:所述绿茶提取物包括质量百分比为92-97%的茶多酚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含大米低聚肽的减肥代餐粉,其特征在于:所述果汁粉为以纯天然水果果实为原料,采用喷雾干燥技术制作而成的纯天然果汁粉。
