本发明涉及功能性食品领域,尤其涉及一种减肥代餐粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
代餐粉减肥,顾名思义,就是用来代餐正餐的减肥方法,因为代餐粉自身均衡的营养,明显的饱腹感,吃了以后不会饿,并且可以保证基础的营养需求,完全可以不再吃饭。在实际的使用中,可以根据自己想要的减肥速度,选择代一餐或是二餐,在代餐的选择上,代晚上效果是最好的,如果是选择一餐,最好是选择代晚餐,如果想快速的减肥,可以选择代早餐+晚餐,或是中餐、晚餐,使用代餐粉可以很好的控制饮食热量,同时补充全面的营养,起到健康减肥的作用。现有代餐粉均采用降低食物热量,提高饱腹感从而达到降低热量摄取,从而达到减肥功效。但是现有的代餐粉营养不均衡,长期食用易导致营养不良。且长期服用极易导致气血亏损、食欲不振,进而影响正常食物的摄取,从而影响身体健康,形成恶性循环。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷和问题,本发明实施例的目的是提供一种减肥代餐粉及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种减肥代餐粉,其由主粉及补充剂组成,所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精2000-4000份、大豆分离蛋白1000-3000份、菊粉500-1500份、低聚异麦芽糖500-1500份、乳清蛋白200-600份、魔芋精粉100-500份、白云豆粉100-400份、深海鱼低聚肽100-500份、大豆肽200-600份、中链甘油三酯100-300份、圆苞车前子壳粉100-300份、人参粉50-150份、针叶樱桃果粉50-300份、黑豆粉50-150份、山药粉50-150份、麦芽粉10-50份、甜菊糖苷10-30份、牛磺酸10-30份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣100-150份、生姜50-80份、陈皮10-20份、王不留行10-20份、芡实10-20份、当归5-10份、黄连1-5份、丹参1-5份、大黄1-5份、白果1-5份。
其中,所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精2500-3500份、大豆分离蛋白1500-2500份、菊粉800-1200份、低聚异麦芽糖800-1200份、乳清蛋白300-500份、魔芋精粉200-400份、白云豆粉200-300份、深海鱼低聚肽200-400份、大豆肽300-500份、中链甘油三酯150-250份、圆苞车前子壳粉150-250份、人参粉80-120份、针叶樱桃果粉100-250份、黑豆粉80-120份、山药粉80-120份、麦芽粉20-40份、甜菊糖苷15-25份、牛磺酸15-25份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣120-130份、生姜60-70份、陈皮12-18份、王不留行12-18份、芡实12-18份、当归7-8份、黄连2-4份、丹参2-4份、大黄2-4份、白果2-4份。

一种减肥代餐粉的制备方法,将主粉的原料:抗性糊精、大豆分离蛋白、菊粉、低聚异麦芽糖、乳清蛋白、魔芋精粉、白芸豆粉、深海鱼低聚肽、大豆肽、中链甘油三酯、圆苞车前子壳粉、人参粉、针叶樱桃果粉、黑豆粉、山药粉、麦芽粉、甜菊糖苷、牛磺酸按比例在配料车间混合研磨过筛80目;将过筛后的主粉的原料送入三维混合车间使用三维混合机混合15分钟;混合完成后过筛20目;进行袋包分装,每袋净含量25g;
将补充剂的原料:大枣、生姜、陈皮、王不留行、芡实、当归、黄连、丹参、大黄、白果,进行混合研磨成粉;过筛80目;分装入无纺布袋中,每袋净含量6g。

低聚异麦芽糖:甜度低、热量低、基本不增加血糖血脂,且长期服用同样不会增加血糖含量,不会改变血中胰岛素水平。促肠道消化、维持肠道正常细菌平衡,提高免疫力;
大豆肽:小分子易吸收,提高免疫力,快速缓解疲劳、增强肌肉力量,降血糖,促进脂肪代谢。
人参粉:少量对中枢神经系统具有兴奋作用,减少疲劳感,且抗休克;
牛磺酸:在体内转化为各种辅酶参与碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质的代谢;促进红细胞的形成;维护神经系统的正常功能;
抗性糊精:抗性糊精由淀粉加工而成,是将焙烤糊精的难消化成分用工业技术提取处理并精炼而成的一种低热量葡聚糖,属于低分子水溶性膳食纤维。
大豆分离蛋白:是以低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的一种全价蛋白类食品添加剂。大豆分离蛋白中蛋白质含量在90%以上,氨基酸种类有近20种,并含有人体必需氨基酸。其营养丰富,不含胆固醇,是植物蛋白中为数不多的可替代动物蛋白的品种之一。
菊粉:菊粉吸湿性强,具有结合自由水的能力,可以降低水分活度。这一点可充分利用到食品加工中延缓水分的蒸发,防止产品变味,延长食品货架期和保质期。具有控制血脂、降低血糖、促进矿物质吸收、调节肠道微生物菌群,避免便秘的功效。
乳清蛋白:被称为蛋白之王,是从牛奶中提取的一种蛋白质,具有营养价值高、易消化吸收、含有多种活性成分等特点,是公认的人体优质蛋白质补充剂之一。
魔芋精粉:又称魔芋粉或魔芋甘露聚糖,魔芋是有益的碱性食品,对食用动物性酸性食品过多的人,搭配吃魔芋,可以达到食品酸、碱平衡,对人体健康有利。魔芋地下块茎扁圆形,宛如大个儿荸荠,营养十分丰富,含有多种维生素和钾、磷、硒等矿物质元素,还含有人类所需要的魔芋多糖,并具有低热量、低脂肪和高纤维素的特点。可提高饱腹感,且润肠通便,避免长期服用代餐粉导致便秘现象发生。
白芸豆粉:营养丰富,每百克芸豆含蛋白质23.1克、脂肪1.3克、碳水化合物56.9克、胡萝卜素0.24毫克、钙160毫克、磷410毫克、铁7.3毫克及丰富的B族维生素。
深海鱼低聚肽:能够有效解决皮肤及肌肉水分减少问题,适时补充胶原肽,能使皮肤保持年轻。使钙质与骨细胞紧密结合,不会流失或退化。能使眼角膜保持湿润透明,增加眼睛透明度。促使肌肉细胞紧密连结,使其具有弹性及光泽。调节内分泌、保护及强化内脏功能。结合免疫球蛋白,增加免疫力。
圆苞车前子壳粉:润肠通便、降低胆固醇、降血脂、提高饱腹感,降低热量摄取。
人参粉:强壮滋补、大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺。
针叶樱桃果粉:副高大量维生素C,同时还含有维A、维B1、维B2、铁、钙等元素。
黑豆粉:养颜美容、抗氧化,具有高蛋白、低热量的特性。
山药粉:含有蛋白质、糖类、维生素、脂肪、胆碱、淀粉酶等成分,还含有碘、钙、铁、磷等人体不可缺少的无机盐和微量元素,它含有足够的纤维,食用后就会产生饱胀感,从而控制进食欲望。
麦芽粉:健胃和帮助消化的特殊功能经常食用有较好的保健作用。
甜菊糖苷:改善口味。
补充剂首先用于改善肠胃功能,由于长期服用代餐粉易导致便秘,通过补充剂可及时调节肠道功能,避免肠道不适影响正常饮食吸收。其次补血补气,通过补气调节身体机能,从而可进一步解决气虚肥胖人群,无法通过代餐减肥的问题。再者通过补血提高身体抵抗力,远离亚健康,保持身心健康。
当归选用东当归。芡实选用苏芡。菊粉选用菊苣制备。
实施例1:一种减肥代餐粉,其由主粉及补充剂组成,所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精2000份、大豆分离蛋白1000份、菊粉500份、低聚异麦芽糖500份、乳清蛋白200份、魔芋精粉100份、白云豆粉100份、深海鱼低聚肽100份、大豆肽200份、中链甘油三酯100份、圆苞车前子壳粉100份、人参粉50份、针叶樱桃果粉50份、黑豆粉50份、山药粉50份、麦芽粉10份、甜菊糖苷10份、牛磺酸10份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣100份、生姜50份、陈皮10份、王不留行10份、芡实10份、当归5份、黄连1份、丹参1份、大黄1份、白果1份。
制备方法:将主粉的原料:抗性糊精、大豆分离蛋白、菊粉、低聚异麦芽糖、乳清蛋白、魔芋精粉、白芸豆粉、深海鱼低聚肽、大豆肽、中链甘油三酯、圆苞车前子壳粉、人参粉、针叶樱桃果粉、黑豆粉、山药粉、麦芽粉、甜菊糖苷、牛磺酸按比例在配料车间混合研磨过筛80目;将过筛后的主粉的原料送入三维混合车间使用三维混合机混合15分钟;混合完成后过筛20目;进行袋包分装,每袋净含量25g;将补充剂的原料:大枣、生姜、陈皮、王不留行、芡实、当归、黄连、丹参、大黄、白果,进行混合研磨成粉;过筛80目;分装入无纺布袋中,每袋净含量6g。
食用方法:主粉一天一次或一天两次,每次一包,作为早餐和/或晚餐食用。补充剂7天一次,一次一包。将主粉的包装袋撕开,将主粉倒入杯中,搅拌均匀,加入500ml水,水温80-90℃。当主粉与补充剂一同食用时,将补充剂的无纺布袋放入搅拌均匀的主粉水中浸泡1分钟即可。
实施例2:一种减肥代餐粉,其由主粉及补充剂组成,所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精4000份、大豆分离蛋白3000份、菊粉1500份、低聚异麦芽糖1500份、乳清蛋白600份、魔芋精粉500份、白云豆粉400份、深海鱼低聚肽500份、大豆肽600份、中链甘油三酯300份、圆苞车前子壳粉300份、人参粉150份、针叶樱桃果粉300份、黑豆粉150份、山药粉150份、麦芽粉50份、甜菊糖苷30份、牛磺酸30份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣150份、生姜80份、陈皮20份、王不留行20份、芡实20份、当归10份、黄连5份、丹参5份、大黄5份、白果5份。

实施例3:一种减肥代餐粉,所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精2500份、大豆分离蛋白1500份、菊粉800份、低聚异麦芽糖800份、乳清蛋白300份、魔芋精粉200份、白云豆粉200份、深海鱼低聚肽200份、大豆肽300份、中链甘油三酯150份、圆苞车前子壳粉150份、人参粉80份、针叶樱桃果粉100份、黑豆粉80份、山药粉80份、麦芽粉20份、甜菊糖苷15份、牛磺酸15份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣120份、生姜60份、陈皮12份、王不留行12份、芡实12份、当归7份、黄连2份、丹参2份、大黄2份、白果2份。
制备方法及食用方法同实施例1。
实施例4:一种减肥代餐粉,其特征在于,所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精3500份、大豆分离蛋白2500份、菊粉1200份、低聚异麦芽糖1200份、乳清蛋白500份、魔芋精粉400份、白云豆粉300份、深海鱼低聚肽400份、大豆肽500份、中链甘油三酯250份、圆苞车前子壳粉250份、人参粉120份、针叶樱桃果粉250份、黑豆粉120份、山药粉120份、麦芽粉40份、甜菊糖苷25份、牛磺酸25份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣130份、生姜70份、陈皮18份、王不留行18份、芡实18份、当归8份、黄连4份、丹参4份、大黄4份、白果4份。
制备方法及食用方法同实施例1。
实施例5:一种减肥代餐粉其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精2950份、大豆分离蛋白2000份、菊粉1000份、低聚异麦芽糖1000份、乳清蛋白400份、魔芋精粉300份、白云豆粉250份、深海鱼低聚肽300份、大豆肽400份、中链甘油三酯200份、圆苞车前子壳粉200份、人参粉100份、针叶樱桃果粉150份、黑豆粉100份、山药粉100份、麦芽粉30份、甜菊糖苷20份、牛磺酸20份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣125份、生姜65份、陈皮15份、王不留行15份、芡实15份、当归7.5份、黄连3份、丹参3份、大黄3份、白果3份。
制备方法及食用方法同实施例1。
随机选取100个实验者,分成五组,每组20人。第一组至第五组对应服用实施例1-5中的减肥代餐粉。每组均只早晨服用减肥代餐粉,且中午饮食及晚间饮食均选用相同菜肴。连续服用35天。
第一组:平均体重降低2.63kg,服用后均反映精神饱满度更好,且无身体不适感,排便正常。
第二组:平均体重降低3.02kg,服用后均反映精神饱满度更好,且无身体不适感,排便正常。
第三组:平均体重降低2.30kg,服用后均反映精神饱满度更好,且无身体不适感,排便正常。
第四组:平均体重降低2.61kg,服用后均反映精神饱满度更好,且无身体不适感,排便正常。
第五组:平均体重降低3.22kg,服用后均反映精神饱满度更好,且无身体不适感,排便正常。
因此,本发明所公开的减肥代餐粉,更加科学合理健康,且减肥效果明显。

1.一种减肥代餐粉,其特征在于,其由主粉及补充剂组成,所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精2000-4000份、大豆分离蛋白1000-3000份、菊粉500-1500份、低聚异麦芽糖500-1500份、乳清蛋白200-600份、魔芋精粉100-500份、白云豆粉100-400份、深海鱼低聚肽100-500份、大豆肽200-600份、中链甘油三酯100-300份、圆苞车前子壳粉100-300份、人参粉50-150份、针叶樱桃果粉50-300份、黑豆粉50-150份、山药粉50-150份、麦芽粉10-50份、甜菊糖苷10-30份、牛磺酸10-30份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣100-150份、生姜50-80份、陈皮10-20份、王不留行10-20份、芡实10-20份、当归5-10份、黄连1-5份、丹参1-5份、大黄1-5份、白果1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥代餐粉,其特征在于,所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精2500-3500份、大豆分离蛋白1500-2500份、菊粉800-1200份、低聚异麦芽糖800-1200份、乳清蛋白300-500份、魔芋精粉200-400份、白云豆粉200-300份、深海鱼低聚肽200-400份、大豆肽300-500份、中链甘油三酯150-250份、圆苞车前子壳粉150-250份、人参粉80-120份、针叶樱桃果粉100-250份、黑豆粉80-120份、山药粉80-120份、麦芽粉20-40份、甜菊糖苷15-25份、牛磺酸15-25份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣120-130份、生姜60-70份、陈皮12-18份、王不留行12-18份、芡实12-18份、当归7-8份、黄连2-4份、丹参2-4份、大黄2-4份、白果2-4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种减肥代餐粉,其特征在于,其由以下重量份的原料制备而成:所述主粉由以下重量份的原料制备而成:抗性糊精2950份、大豆分离蛋白2000份、菊粉1000份、低聚异麦芽糖1000份、乳清蛋白400份、魔芋精粉300份、白云豆粉250份、深海鱼低聚肽300份、大豆肽400份、中链甘油三酯200份、圆苞车前子壳粉200份、人参粉100份、针叶樱桃果粉150份、黑豆粉100份、山药粉100份、麦芽粉30份、甜菊糖苷20份、牛磺酸20份;所述补充剂由以下重量份的原料制备而成:大枣125份、生姜65份、陈皮15份、王不留行15份、芡实15份、当归7.5份、黄连3份、丹参3份、大黄3份、白果3份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种减肥代餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于,将主粉的原料:抗性糊精、大豆分离蛋白、菊粉、低聚异麦芽糖、乳清蛋白、魔芋精粉、白芸豆粉、深海鱼低聚肽、大豆肽、中链甘油三酯、圆苞车前子壳粉、人参粉、针叶樱桃果粉、黑豆粉、山药粉、麦芽粉、甜菊糖苷、牛磺酸按比例在配料车间混合研磨过筛80目;将过筛后的主粉的原料送入三维混合车间使用三维混合机混合15分钟;混合完成后过筛20目;进行袋包分装,每袋净含量25g;
将补充剂的原料:大枣、生姜、陈皮、王不留行、芡实、当归、黄连、丹参、大黄、白果,进行混合研磨成粉;过筛80目;分装入无纺布袋中,每袋净含量6g。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种减肥代餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述当归选用东当归。
