本发明的复合膳食纤维粉,其按重量份数计,包含
上述成分的重量份总和为100份;
其中,所述辅料包含青柠檬原浆粉、圆苞车前子壳粉、苹果酸、磷酸氢钙、低聚果糖、燕麦粉以及菊粉。
膳食纤维中富含的多醣分子能很快吸收水,形成透明的糊状物质,在小肠中吸水形成糊状团块,可改善粪便与肠壁的润滑条件,促进排便速度,且有助于降低体内炎症。此外,其抗氧化物质有助于祛斑美颜及预防提早衰老。其含有大量氨基酸、有机酸等多种营养成分,还有酚类化合物,可以促进胃酸的生物合成,刺激胃液分泌。消食化滞、健脾养胃、疏肝利气。
包含上述成分的复合膳食纤维粉无毒,不会危及到人体的健康。且其低热量、高纤维、高营养素,是最佳的膳食纤维补充食品,瘦身减重效果显著。
优选的,复合膳食纤维粉中还包括添加剂,所述添加剂包括糖、抗氧化剂以及防腐剂。具体地,按重量份数计,所述添加剂包含
糖 55-65份;
抗氧化剂 15-26份;
防腐剂 15-34份;
上述所有成分的重量份总和为100份。
复合膳食纤维粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括
步骤一,按质量配比将苹果酸、磷酸氢钙、低聚果糖、燕麦粉、菊粉进行混合均匀得到A粉;
步骤二,根据质量配比将适量的膳食纤维、山梨糖醇、柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸、二氧化硅、氧化镁、青柠檬原浆粉、圆苞车前子壳粉与A粉混合均匀得到复合膳食纤维粉。
优选地,上述混合步骤的生产环境条件为:温度18℃-26℃,湿度45%-65%。如此可确保各组分物料保持较佳的状态。
进一步地,步骤一之前还包括如下步骤:
1)获取各成分物料;
2)对含有粗结晶的物料分别经40目筛进行粉碎,得粉碎细粉状物料;
3)将有结团的物料分别过40目筛;
4)按照质量配比称量各组分物料粉末备用。
将物料充分粉碎过筛可保证后续的混合效果,使得混合均匀,不会出现物料结块、粗细不均等质量问题。

1.一种复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于,其按重量份数计,包含
上述成分的重量份总和为100份;
其中,所述辅料包含青柠檬原浆粉、圆苞车前子壳粉、苹果酸、磷酸氢钙、低聚果糖、燕麦粉以及菊粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于,其按重量份数计,包含膳食纤维27.0份、山梨糖醇65.6份、柠檬酸钾4.5份、柠檬酸0.8份、二氧化硅0.8份、氧化镁0.3份以及辅料1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于,还包括添加剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括糖、抗氧化剂以及防腐剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合膳食纤维粉,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述添加剂包含
糖 55-65份;
抗氧化剂 15-26份;
防腐剂 15-34份;
上述所有成分的重量份总和为100份。
6.一种复合膳食纤维粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括
步骤一,按质量配比将苹果酸、磷酸氢钙、低聚果糖、燕麦粉、菊粉进行混合均匀得到A粉;
步骤二,根据质量配比将适量的膳食纤维、山梨糖醇、柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸、二氧化硅、氧化镁、青柠檬原浆粉、圆苞车前子壳粉与A粉混合均匀得到复合膳食纤维粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合膳食纤维粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤二中混合时间为20-30分钟。
8.根据权利要求6所述的复合膳食纤维粉的制备方法,其特征在于,生产环境条件为:温度18℃-26℃,湿度45%-65%。
9.根据权利要求6所述的复合膳食纤维粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一之前还包括如下步骤:
