背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快,饮食结构的变化,运动量的减少,现代白领一族中肥胖的人群越来越多。肥胖给人们的生活、工作及健康都带来了不良的影响。一是导致形体臃肿、不美观,是众多爱美人士最为苦恼的问题。而且肥胖可通过机体代谢的作用,引起全身多个系统的异常,成为多种疾病的“罪魁祸首”。
目前市场上用于减肥的产品多是通过抑制食欲、增加排泄等途径来抑制体重。这些方法往往会造成营养不良、肝脏损伤、体内电解质紊乱和脱水等不良副作用,安全性低。而且,上述减肥途径导致机体内的水分、脂肪、蛋白质大量损耗,因而减肥后一般伴随皮肤松弛、粗糙、皱纹增多等症状,非常不利于美观。

本发明的目的在于提供一种安全、无毒副作用的调节基础代谢组合物,其可作为代餐,具有瘦身、降脂及预防心脑血管疾病的功效。

实施例6 动物实验
动物实验采用肥胖预防模型。去健康SPF级Wistar大鼠(购自广东省医学实验动物中心),体重80-100g,雌雄各半,按体重随机分为7组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、实施例1-5组,见下表1。
除空白对照组给予基础饲料外,其余各组动物均饲喂高脂饲料( 基础饲料60%,猪油10%,蛋黄粉10%,花生7%,葡萄糖5%,奶粉5%,麻油1%,食盐2% ),正常饮水。各组动物用上述不同的饲料按相同的方法饲养5 周后,将各高脂饲料组动物混合,选取体重130-160g 范围内的大鼠重新分组,每组10 只,雌雄各5 只。分组后,空白组合模型组继续饲喂基础饲料,实施例1-5组分别饲喂采用实施例1-5的调节基础代谢组合物制备得到的饲料。给食量为20g/天。实验期间记录每只动物的剩食量、运动状况,每周记录大鼠体重。满7周后杀鼠剖腹取体脂( 睾丸及肾周围脂肪垫) 并称重。观察并记录体重、进食量、食物利用率、体内脂肪重量( 睾丸及肾周围脂肪垫)、脂体比等指标,统计Lee’s 指数和肥胖指数。

动物实验表明,本发明实施例1-5的组合物能够明显降低雌雄Wistar大鼠Lee’s指数和肥胖指数,实施例4的组合物效果更为显著,与模型组相比具有显著性差异。
且根据观察,各实验组大鼠的行为表现均无异常,饮食均正常。
实施例7 人体试食试验
按卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003 年版) 规定中减肥功能人体试食试验检验方法执行。试验按照随机双盲的原则,采用自身对照及组间对照试验设计。按受试者的体重、体脂重量将已选择的110 名受试者随机分为试食组和对照组,试食组55 人,对照组55 人。分组时兼顾考虑年龄、性别、饮食、运动状况等因素,进行均衡性检验,以保证组间的可比性。施食组每日以实施例4的组合物作为代餐,一日三餐,食用量以食用到有饱腹感为准。对照组正常饮食。
试食30天后进行规定内容的指标测试,结果表明:试食组平均体重下降1.55kg,平均体脂总量下降1.12kg,平均体脂百分率下降0.68%。与试食前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。生化常规检验表明,试食后试食组血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯低于试食前,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组志愿者的红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板、血清总蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮、血压基本处于正常范围内,且两组试食前后自身比较无显著改变(P > 0.05) ;两组试食前后尿常规、便常规也无改变,运动耐力及食欲未见下降,且皮肤红润有光泽,未出现松弛、粗糙等症状,说明本发明的组合物作为代餐对人体健康无明显影响。综上所述,本发明组合物具有减肥的功能,同时对血脂也有一定的调节作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的调节基础代谢组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,其主要由以下组分组成:藜麦10-15份,菊粉5-10份,海藻10份,黑姜粉4-8份,白芸豆1-5份,洋车前子壳3-6份,魔芋5-10份,抗性淀粉10-15份,黑莓5-10份,桑葚5-10份,红树莓5-10份,马铃薯蛋白粉10-20份,乳清蛋白粉10-20份,豌豆蛋白粉10-20份,豌豆纤维粉10份,大豆低聚肽20份,小麦低聚肽20份,胶原蛋白粉10-20份,玉米低聚肽20份,维生素B3 1份,维生素C 1份,左旋肉碱1-10份,低聚果糖1-5份,低聚木糖1-5份,葡萄糖1-5份。
3.一种调节基础代谢组合物的制备方法:
(1)将权利要求1或2的各组分干燥后,粉碎成粉状;
(2)进一步制成粉剂、片剂、胶囊或口服液。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物在制备瘦身、降脂或预防心脑血管疾病的代餐方面的应用。
