Abstract
本发明提供一种在转速超过30000rpm的超高速/高温环境下为低发尘/长寿命、且低温转矩低的润滑脂组合物,以及提供一种通过应用该润滑脂组合物能实现低发尘/长寿命、低的低温转矩的滚动轴承和具备该滚动轴承的马达。本发明的润滑脂组合物含有:作为基础油的氟油、酯油以及聚α-烯烃油;以及作为增稠剂的氟系增稠剂、脲系增稠剂以及钡复合皂增稠剂,其中,润滑脂组合物以特定比例含有这些各成分,本发明的滚动轴承是封入有所述润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承,本发明的马达是具备所述滚动轴承的马达。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑脂组合物和封入有该润滑脂组合物的轴承、以及具备该轴承的马达。
背景技术
以往,作为在超过180℃这样的高温下等严酷的条件下使用的润滑脂,公开了氟系的润滑脂。例如专利文献1中,为了谋求实现高温耐久性和低温转矩性,公开了一种封入有润滑脂的滚动轴承,该润滑脂在氟油(全氟聚醚油)中含有作为增稠剂的氟树脂粒子、特定的天冬氨酸酯系防锈剂以及油性剂。此外,专利文献2中也考虑成本方面,提出了一种配合有全氟聚醚基础油和作为增稠剂的特定的羧酸金属盐的润滑脂组合物。
此外,作为在高速旋转环境中使用的润滑脂的典型,可列举出脲润滑脂(专利文献3)。专利文献4中公开了,在以5万转每分钟(rpm)以上的旋转速度下使用的高速马达用轴承中、合成烃油(基础油)中混合有作为增稠剂的脲化合物和固体润滑剂的润滑脂组合物。此外专利文献5中,作为用于在dmN(球旋转直径(球轴承的外径(mm)+内径(mm)/2)与转速(rpm)之积)超过100万的用途中使用的工作机械用滚动轴承的润滑的润滑脂组合物,公开了含有烷基二苯基醚油和增稠剂的润滑脂组合物,该增稠剂包含金属复合皂、脲化合物。

发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
随着产业的发展,期望如下润滑脂:除了能抑制超过数万转这样的高速旋转且高温环境下使用的滚动轴承的旋转不良,还能抑制发尘等。例如清洁器马达中,为了提高性能而使马达的转速进一步上升,假设超过2万rpm、进一步超过3万rpm这样的高速旋转环境。当马达被用于这样的超高速旋转,由马达所具备的轴承中封入的润滑脂产生发尘,存在该发尘混入排气中并污染周边环境的可能性。在强调排气清洁的清洁器中抑制发尘,这是关乎马达的长寿命化的重要的问题之一。此外,在作为面向实现自动运转的技术而受到关注的LiDAR、多边形扫描器等中,可能会污染扫描时所使用的反射镜,因此这样的制品使用的润滑脂中也要求抑制发尘。进而,考虑到清洁器无绳化等的使用环境多样化,也考虑到当上述的设备例如在寒冷地区的室外使用时温度接近达到-40℃,该情况下也要求低温下的转矩低。
由此,期望在数万转以上的高速/高温环境下使用时,不仅寿命长而且抑制发尘、且低温转矩特性优异的润滑脂。
本发明的目的在于提供一种在超高速/高温环境下为低发尘/长寿命、且低温转矩低的润滑脂组合物,以及提供通过应用所述润滑脂组合物能实现低发尘/长寿命、低的低温转矩的滚动轴承、以及具备该滚动轴承的马达。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明的一个方案是一种润滑脂组合物,所述润滑脂组合物包含作为基础油的氟油、酯油以及聚α-烯烃油;以及作为增稠剂的氟系增稠剂、脲系增稠剂以及钡复合皂增稠剂,其中,以特定比例含有这些各成分。
本发明还以封入有所述润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承、以及具备所述滚动轴承的马达为对象。

具体实施方式
如上所述,就在数万转、例如转速超过30000rpm这样的高速旋转且高温环境下使用的润滑脂组合物而言,寿命长自不必说,发尘量少也成为需求性能之一。此外对应于各种使用环境,即使在低温环境下转矩也低,这也是需求性能之一。
例如,专利文献4中公开了假设在5万转以上的旋转速度下使用的润滑脂组合物。但是从发尘量的观点考虑,使用在此公开的固体润滑剂的微粒(金属、金属氮化物、金属氧化物、碳系微粒)并不优选。此外,关于低温转矩未提及。
此外,专利文献5中,作为在dmN超过100万的用途中使用的工作机械用滚动轴承,在实施例中公开了如下例子:采用内径70mm(角接触球轴承)的较大的轴承,使该轴承以内圈转速13000rpm旋转。dmN值是球旋转直径与转速的积,因此,理论上,在相同的dmN值时,使轴承的直径变小则转速变大。因此就本发明的润滑脂组合物能应用的外径26mm以下的小径的滚动轴承而言,需要将转速设为约30000rpm以上,该情况下,例如变得容易发生由轴承的失调导致的不均匀磨损、早期磨损等条件变得更严酷。伴随着上述的超高速旋转的特异环境会使摩擦热、接触压力增大,甚至发生润滑脂的早期劣化。
由此,就外径26mm以下的小径的滚动轴承而言,在转速30000rpm以上的高速条件下所使用的润滑脂组合物与相同的dmN值下内径为70mm的大的轴承所使用的润滑脂组合物相比,需求性能非常严格,但至今尚未提出这样的高速旋转环境下的低发尘性和低温下的低转矩性这一需求本身,此外尚未提出能耐受该需求的润滑脂组合物。
本发明的封入滚动轴承中的润滑脂组合物(以下,简称为“润滑脂组合物”)的特征在于,如后所述,将特定的增稠剂组合并配合。该润滑脂组合物的配合除了氟系增稠剂和脲系增稠剂以外,还加入钡复合皂增稠剂,实现高速旋转环境下的长寿命/低发尘/低温下的低转矩。以下进行具体说明。
[滚动轴承]
首先参照以下附图,对本发明的滚动轴承的优选的实施方式进行详细说明。需要说明的是,本发明不由以下的实施方式限定。
图1是本发明的优选的实施方式的滚动轴承10的径向的剖视图。滚动轴承10具有与现有技术的滚动轴承相同的基本结构,具备环状的内圈11、外圈12、多个转动体13、保持器14以及密封构件15。
内圈11是在省略图示的轴的外周侧与该中心轴同轴地设置的圆筒形的结构体。外圈12是在内圈11的外周侧与内圈11同轴地配置的圆筒形的结构体。多个转动体13各自为配置于在内圈11与外圈12之间所形成的环状的轴承空间16内的轨道的滚珠。即,本实施方式中的滚动轴承10为球轴承。
保持器14配置于轨道内并保持多个转动体13。保持器14是与轴的中心轴同轴设置的环状体,具有如下结构:在中心轴的方向上的一侧,具备用于保持转动体13的多个凹部,各凹部内容纳有转动体13。需要说明的是,保持器14的形状(冠形、波形等)、材质(钢板制或树脂制等)为任意的,并不限定于特定的形状、材质。
密封构件15固定于外圈12的内周面并向内圈11侧延伸,密封轴承空间16。被密封构件15密封的轴承空间16中,封入有润滑脂组合物G。密封构件15例如由钢板形成。需要说明的是,润滑脂组合物G在轴承空间16内部的封入量例如为其容积的5%~50%。为了兼顾转矩性能和寿命性能,优选25%~35%左右的量。
在具有以上的构成的滚动轴承10中,润滑脂组合物G发挥作用以使转动体13与保持器14之间的摩擦、以及转动体13与内圈11或外圈12之间的摩擦降低。根据图1所示的构成可知,封入滚动轴承10中的润滑脂组合物G在滚动轴承10旋转时,对转动体13与内圈11或外圈12之间进行润滑。
本发明中的滚动轴承特别是外径26mm以下的滚动轴承,适合在转速30000rpm以上的高速条件下使用。
本发明的滚动轴承可以用作汽车、家电机器、信息机器等所使用的小型马达(例如无刷马达、风扇马达)的滚动轴承。
[马达]
作为一个例子,图2中,对具备本实施方式的滚动轴承的马达的实施方式进行详细说明,但本发明不由以下的实施方式限定。
图2是本发明的一个实施方式的马达中的轴方向的剖视图。马达20具有与现有技术的马达相同的基本结构,由壳体21、定子22、线圈23、转子磁铁24、轴25、以及对轴25进行支承的滚动轴承26构成。
就马达20而言,通过使经由驱动电路从电源(以上未图示)供给的电流流过卷绕于定子22的线圈23而产生磁力,由此转子磁铁24旋转,通过轴25向外部的旋转体传递旋转。
[润滑脂组合物]
接着,对本发明的滚动轴承中封入的润滑脂组合物进行说明。
<基础油>
在本实施方式的滚动轴承中封入的润滑脂组合物中,作为基础油,使用氟油以及作为非氟油的酯油和聚α-烯烃油。
作为氟油,例如可列举出以全氟聚醚(PFPE)为主成分的物质。需要说明的是PFPE是由通式RfO(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRf(Rf:全氟低级烷基,p、q、r:整数)所示的化合物。
需要说明的是全氟聚醚大致分为直链型和侧链型,与侧链型相比,直链型的动态粘度的温度依赖性小。这意味着,直链型在低温环境下比侧链型粘度更低,在高温环境下得比侧链型粘度更大。特别是假设在高温环境下使用的情况下,从抑制润滑脂从应用位置流出、与此相伴的枯竭的观点考虑,理想的是,在高温环境下的粘度高,即,优选使用直链型的全氟聚醚。
作为上述酯油,例如可列举出:癸二酸二丁酯、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯、癸二酸二辛酯、己二酸二辛酯、己二酸二异癸酯、己二酸二(十三烷基)酯、戊二酸二(十三烷基)酯、乙酰基蓖麻油酸甲酯等二酯油;偏苯三酸三辛酯、偏苯三酸三-2-乙基己酯、偏苯三酸三癸酯、均苯四甲酸四辛酯、均苯四甲酸四-2-乙基己酯等芳香族酯油;三羟甲基丙烷辛酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷壬酸酯、季戊四醇-2-乙基己酸酯、季戊四醇壬酸酯等多元醇酯油;碳酸酯油等。
上述氟油与非氟油(酯油和聚α-烯烃油)的配合比例没有特别限定,但例如可以设为相对于基础油的合计量100质量%,氟油∶非氟油=95~5质量%∶5~95质量%,例如氟油∶非氟油=95~40质量%∶5~60质量%等。
此外相对于本发明的润滑脂组合物的总量,将氟油和非氟油合计的基础油整体的比例可以设为70~90质量%,例如75~95质量%、75~85质量%。
<增稠剂>
在本发明的润滑脂组合物中,作为增稠剂添加氟系增稠剂和脲系增稠剂、以及钡复合皂增稠剂。
优选的是,它们分别含有:相对于润滑脂组合物的总量为9~18质量%的氟系增稠剂、3.6~6.9质量%的脲系增稠剂、0.3~3.6质量%的钡复合皂增稠剂。
需要说明的是,氟系增稠剂和脲系增稠剂、以及钡复合皂增稠剂的合计量(增稠剂合计量)可以以相对于润滑脂组合物的总量成为10~30质量%、例如成为15~20质量%的方式来配合。
《氟系增稠剂》
作为氟系增稠剂,优选为氟树脂粒子,例如优选使用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的粒子。PTFE为四氟乙烯的聚合物,由通式[C2F4]n(n:聚合度)表示。
另外,作为可采用的氟系增稠剂,例如可列举出全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物(FEP)、乙烯四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)、四氟乙烯全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)。
上述PTFE粒子的大小没有特别限定,例如可以使用按平均粒径计为0.5~100μm的聚四氟乙烯。此外PTFE粒子关于其形状没有特别限定,可以为球状、多面形状、针状等。
上述氟系增稠剂相对于润滑脂组合物的总量优选以9~18质量%的量使用。
《脲系增稠剂》
脲化合物耐热性、耐水性都优异,特别是高温下的稳定性良好,因此优选在高温环境下的应用位置作为增稠剂使用。
作为脲系增稠剂,可以使用双脲化合物、三脲化合物、聚脲化合物等脲化合物。特别是,从耐热性的观点考虑,优选使用双脲化合物。此外,作为脲化合物的种类,可列举出脂肪-芳香族脲和脂肪族脲。
作为这些脲系增稠剂,可以使用以往公知的脲化合物。
其中作为适合本发明的脲系增稠剂,可列举出下述通式(1)所示的双脲化合物。
R1-NHCONH-R2-NHCONH-R3…(1)
上述式(1)中,R1和R3各自独立地表示一价脂肪族烃基或一价芳香族烃基,并且R1和R3中的至少一方表示一价脂肪族烃基。
此外,R2表示二价芳香族烃基。
作为上述一价脂肪族烃基,可列举出碳原子数6至26的直链状或支链状的饱和或不饱和的烷基。
此外作为上述芳香族烃基,可列举出碳原子数6至20的一价或二价芳香族烃基。
作为脲系增稠剂使用的脲化合物可以使用胺化合物与异氰酸酯化合物来合成。
作为在此使用的胺化合物,可使用:以己胺、辛胺、十二烷胺、十六烷胺、十八烷胺(硬脂胺)、二十二烷胺、油胺等为代表的脂肪族胺;以苯胺、对甲苯胺、乙氧基苯胺等为代表的芳香族胺。
此外作为异氰酸酯化合物,可使用:亚苯基二异氰酸酯、亚甲苯基二异氰酸酯、二苯基二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二甲基联苯二异氰酸酯等芳香族二异氰酸酯;十八烷二异氰酸酯、癸烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯等脂肪族二异氰酸酯等。
需要说明的是,在使用作为胺原料的芳香族单胺和芳香族二异氰酸酯而得到芳香族双脲化合物且将该芳香族双脲化合物用作增稠剂的情况下,存在产生异常噪声的可能性,因此控制使用为好。
上述脲系增稠剂相对于润滑脂组合物的总量优选以3.6~6.9质量%的量使用。
《钡复合皂增稠剂》
在本发明中,除了上述的氟系增稠剂和脲系增稠剂之外,还使用钡复合皂增稠剂。
钡复合皂增稠剂例如可列举出:高级脂肪酸与低级脂肪酸的钡复合皂、由二元酸与脂肪酸的钡盐形成的钡复合皂等,在本发明中,可以使用脂肪族二羧酸和单酰胺单羧酸的钡复合金属皂。
作为上述脂肪族二羧酸,可以使用碳原子数为2~20的饱和或不饱和的二羧酸。
作为饱和二羧酸,例如可列举出:草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、甲基琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、九亚甲基二羧酸、十亚甲基二羧酸、十一烷二羧酸、十二烷二羧酸、十三烷二羧酸、十四烷二羧酸、十五烷二羧酸、十六烷二羧酸、十七烷二羧酸、十八烷二羧酸等,优选使用己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、九亚甲基二羧酸、十亚甲基二羧酸、十一烷二羧酸、十二烷二羧酸、十三烷二羧酸、十四烷二羧酸、十五烷二羧酸、十六烷二羧酸、十七烷二羧酸、十八烷二羧酸等。
此外,作为不饱和二羧酸,例如可使用烯基琥珀酸,例如马来酸、富马酸、2-亚甲基琥珀酸、2-亚乙基琥珀酸、2-亚甲基戊二酸等烯基琥珀酸等。
这些饱和或不饱和的二羧酸可以单独使用或者也可以混合两种以上使用。
作为上述单酰胺单羧酸,可列举出前述脂肪族二羧酸中的一个羧基被酰胺化而成的单酰胺单羧酸。
此时,作为将羧基酰胺化的胺,例如可列举出:丁胺、戊胺、己胺、庚胺、辛胺、壬胺、癸胺、月桂胺、肉豆蔻胺、棕榈胺、硬脂胺、二十二烷胺等脂肪族伯胺;二丙胺、二异丙胺、二丁胺、二戊胺、二月桂胺、单甲基月桂胺、二硬脂胺、单甲基硬脂胺、二肉豆蔻胺、二棕榈胺等脂肪族仲胺;烯丙胺、二烯丙胺、油胺、二油胺等脂肪族不饱和胺;苯胺、甲基苯胺、乙基苯胺、苄胺、二苄胺、二苯胺、α-萘胺等芳香族胺等。
其中优选使用己胺、庚胺、辛胺、壬胺、癸胺、月桂胺、肉豆蔻胺、棕榈胺、硬脂胺、二十二烷胺、二丁胺、二戊胺、单甲基月桂胺、单甲基硬脂胺、油胺等。
上述钡复合皂增稠剂可以优选使用市售品。
此外,在聚α-烯烃油中,加入脂肪族二羧酸和单酰胺单羧酸,加热到能够搅拌的温度且高效地进行反应的温度、且不发生基础油的劣化的温度(例如约80~180℃)并搅拌,向其中加入氢氧化钡,形成钡复合皂,可以使用该钡复合皂。
上述钡复合皂增稠剂可以相对于润滑脂组合物的总量以0.3~3.6质量%的量使用,优选以0.6~3.6质量%的量使用。当钡复合皂增稠剂的量低于0.3质量%、或超过3.6质量%时,存在高速高温寿命变短的倾向。此外,小于0.6质量%时存在低温转矩变高的倾向。
<其他添加剂>
此外,在不损害本发明效果的范围内,润滑脂组合物中除了上述必须成分之外,根据需要还可以包含润滑脂组合物中通常使用的添加剂。
作为这样的添加剂的例子,可列举出抗氧化剂、极压剂、金属钝化剂、抗磨损剂(耐磨损剂)、防锈剂、油性提高剂、粘度指数提高剂、增粘剂等。
在包含这些其他添加剂的情况下,其添加量(合计量)通常相对于润滑脂组合物的总量为0.1~10质量%。
例如作为上述抗氧化剂,例如可列举出:十八烷基-3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、季戊四醇四[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]、2,4-双-(正辛基硫代)-6-(4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯胺基)-1,3,5-三嗪、1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)苯、三乙二醇-双[3-(3-叔丁基-5-甲基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]、1,6-己二醇-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]、2,2-硫代-二亚乙基双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]、N,N’-六亚甲基双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基-苯基丙酰胺)等受阻酚系抗氧化剂;2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚和4,4-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)等酚系抗氧化剂;二苯胺、二芳基胺,三苯基胺、苯基-α-萘胺、烷基化苯基-α-萘胺、吩噻嗪、烷基化吩噻嗪等胺系抗氧化剂等
此外作为极压剂,例如可列举出:磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯胺盐等磷系化合物;硫化物类、二硫化物类等硫系化合物;氯化石蜡、氯化联苯等氯系化合物;二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼等硫系化合物的金属盐等。
作为金属钝化剂,例如可列举出:苯并三唑、1-[N,N-双(2-乙基己基)氨基甲基]-苯并三唑、1-[N,N-双(2-乙基己基)氨基甲基]-4-甲基苯并三唑等苯并三唑系化合物;噻二唑、2-巯基噻二唑、2,5-双(烷基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑等噻二唑系化合物;苯并咪唑、2-巯基苯并咪唑、2-(十二烷基二硫)-苯并咪唑等苯并咪唑系化合物;亚硝酸钠等。
此外,耐磨损剂可列举出磷酸三甲苯酯、高分子酯。
作为上述高分子酯,例如可列举出脂肪族一元羧酸和二元羧酸与多元醇的酯。作为上述高分子酯的具体例子,例如可列举出Croda Japan公司制的PRIOLUBE(注册商标)系列等,但不限定于此。
本发明的润滑脂组合物可以将上述各种基础油与各种增稠剂以成为规定的上述比例的方式混合,根据期望配合其他添加剂而得到。
此外,例如可以将由氟油和氟系增稠剂构成的氟系润滑脂、由酯油和脲系增稠剂构成的脲系润滑脂、以及由聚α-烯烃油和钡复合皂增稠剂构成的钡复合皂润滑脂这三种基础润滑脂根据期望与其他添加剂配合,得到润滑脂组合物。进而,也可以将所述基础润滑脂的一种或两种与剩余的基础油和增稠剂、以及根据期望与其他添加剂配合,制造润滑脂组合物。
通常,增稠剂相对于基础润滑脂的含量为10~30质量%左右,例如在上述三种基础润滑脂中,各增稠剂相对于各基础润滑脂的含量可以分别设为:氟系增稠剂:15~30质量%、脲系增稠剂:10~20质量%、以及钡复合皂增稠剂:10~20质量%。
本发明不限定于本说明书中记载的实施方式、具体的实施例,能够在技术方案中记载的技术思想的范围内进行各种变更、变形。
例如,在上述实施方式和下述实施例中,作为滚动轴承列举出球轴承,但本发明不限定于此,并不限制润滑脂组合物在其他滚动轴承中,例如在滚子轴承、针轴承、圆锥滚子轴承、球面滚子轴承、推力轴承等、汽车的车轴支承轴承这样的轴承单元中的应用。
实施例
以下,通过实施例对本发明进一步进行详细说明。不过,本发明并不限定于此。
〔润滑脂组合物的评价〕
以下述表1所示的配合量制备出用于实施例1至实施例7和比较例1至比较例5的润滑脂组合物。
需要说明的是,用于润滑脂的制备的各成分的详情和其简称如以下所述。
(a)基础油。
(a1)氟油:直链全氟聚醚(PFPE)。
(a2)酯油:酯油。
(a3)PAO:聚α-烯烃油。
(b)增稠剂。
(b1)氟系增稠剂:PTFE(聚四氟乙烯,粒径10~25μm)。
(b2-1)脲系增稠剂:包含脂肪-芳香族脲的脲化合物。
(b2-2)脲系增稠剂:包含脂肪族脲的脲化合物。
(b3-1)Ba复合皂增稠剂:癸二酸和癸二酸单硬脂基酰胺的钡复合皂。
(b3-2)Ca复合皂增稠剂:脂肪族二羧酸和单酰胺单羧酸的钙复合皂。
(b3-3)Ba皂增稠剂:12OHBa皂(12-羟基硬脂酸钡)。
需要说明的是,通常脲系增稠剂(b2-1~b2-2)相对于包含所述脲系增稠剂和酯油(a2)的基础润滑脂总量以10~20质量%添加,此外,Ba复合皂增稠剂(b3-1)、Ca复合皂增稠剂(b3-2)、Ba皂增稠剂(b3-3)的皂系增稠剂相对于包含所述皂系增稠剂和PAO(a3)的基础润滑脂总量以10~20质量%添加。
(c)其他添加剂
·抗氧化剂:胺系抗氧化剂。
·极压剂:磷系极压添加剂。
其他添加剂以相对于实施例和比较例的各润滑脂组合物(总质量)、合计上述抗氧化剂、极压剂为3质量%的方式添加。
就所得到的润滑脂组合物的特性而言,使用以下的步骤对发尘量、高温高速寿命、以及低温转矩进行了评价。
<试验方法>
1.发尘量试验
利用图3所示的构成的发尘量测定装置30实施了发尘量试验。
在带钢盾的球轴承31(内径5mm,外径13mm,宽度4mm)中,按轴承容积的25%~35%封入了试验润滑脂组合物。将该球轴承31以使O形环32塞紧的方式安装于壳体33后,将轴34插入至球轴承31。此外将轴34插入至轴承39并将其装配于后罩38b。对球轴承31的外圈,通过载荷赋予部35和弹簧36从径向施加19.6N的预压后,将试验用马达37的旋转轴(未图示)结合于轴34,使得球轴承31进行内圈旋转。
将前罩38a装配于所述壳体33,所述前罩38a上设置两个孔,在各孔装接有管40(第一管(送气)40a,第二管(吸气)40b)的一端。将各管40的另一端连接于粒子计数器41(理音(株)制KC-01E),构建出由壳体33、罩38(38a、38b)、管40(40a、40b)以及粒子计数器41构成的封闭系空间(室温)。一边使球轴承31以2000rpm旋转,一边在所述封闭系空间内以0.5L/分钟使气流回流,此时,来自连接于粒子计数器41的第一管40a的送风气流采用由粒子计数器41内的过滤器过滤了的清洁的气流。该由壳体33、罩38(38a、38b)、管40(40a、40b)以及粒子计数器41构建的封闭系空间不会从外部混入灰尘等,因此能够计测仅在球轴承31旋转时所产生的发尘量。
在上述封闭系空间中,通过粒子计数器41对使球轴承31以2000rpm旋转时所产生的0.3μm至5.0μm的粒子数进行50秒测定,将换算为每1L的粒子数的粒子数设为发尘量(pcs)。对各实施例和比较例的试验润滑脂,分别各进行三次试验,求出平均值。
<评价基准>
在本实施例的试验条件下,将发尘量为1000pcs以下情况评价为优选。
A:发尘量为1000pcs以下。
N:发尘量超过1000pcs。
2.高速高温寿命试验
利用图4所示的构成的高温高速寿命测定装置50实施了高速高温寿命试验。
在带钢盾的球轴承51(内径5mm,外径13mm,宽度4mm)中,按轴承容积的25%~35%封入了试验润滑脂组合物。将该球轴承51向轴52压入,固定于壳体53内。通过弹簧54对球轴承51的外圈从轴向施加12N的预压后,将轴52结合于试验用马达55的旋转轴(未图示),使得球轴承51进行内圈旋转。
接着,通过加热器(未图示)将所述壳体53加热到130℃,在试验温度130℃、转速90000rpm下使球轴承51旋转,测量出直到球轴承51停止的时间。就停止条件而言,由(株)KEYENCE制放大单元GA-245测定振动,将成为规定的振动等级的时间点设为停止,将直到停止的试验时间设为高速高温寿命(hr)。对于各实施例和比较例的试验润滑脂,分别各进行三次试验,求出平均值。
<评价基准>
在本实施例的试验条件下,将高速高温寿命为1000hr以上的情况评价为优选。
A:高速高温寿命为1000hr以上。
N:高速高温寿命小于1000hr。
此外,对于实施例1、比较例1、比较例2以及比较例4的润滑脂,除了上述的转速90000rpm,还将转速设为21000rpm、40000rpm、以及60000rpm,除此以外,还在相同条件下实施试验,求出各转速下的高速高温寿命(hr)的平均值。将高速高温寿命(hr)(纵轴)相对于转速(rpm)(横轴)的结果示于图8。
3.低温转矩试验
利用图5所示的构成的旋转装置60,实施了低温转矩试验。
在带钢盾的球轴承61(内径8mm,外径22mm,宽度7mm)中,按轴承容积的25%~35%封入试验润滑脂组合物。将该球轴承61向试验用马达64的轴62插入。利用预压用重物63对球轴承61的外圈从轴向施加19.6N的预压后,将轴62结合于试验用马达64的旋转轴65,使得球轴承61进行内圈旋转,构成旋转装置60。
将所述旋转装置60设置于-40℃的恒温槽(未图示),通过外部电源(未图示)使球轴承61以转速200rpm旋转,通过应变计(未图示)对球轴承61的外圈因试验用马达64的旋转而连动旋转的应力进行检测,换算为旋转转矩。测量旋转启动时的转矩值,将最大值设为测定值(mNm)。对于各实施例和比较例的试验润滑脂,分别各进行三次试验,求出各测定值的平均值。
<评价基准>
在本实施例的试验条件下,将转矩的测定值为60mNm以下的情况评价为优选。
A:转矩的测定值为60mNm以下。
N:转矩的测定值超过60mNm。
将结果示于表1、以及图6至图8。需要说明的是,表中的配合量是以质量%相对于组合物的总质量的值。

如表1所示,就将氟系增稠剂、脲系增稠剂、钡复合皂增稠剂以特定比例配合而成的润滑脂组合物而言,即,相对于润滑脂组合物总量以氟系增稠剂的含量为9~18质量%、脲系增稠剂为3.6~6.9质量%、钡复合皂增稠剂为0.3~3.6质量%配合而成的润滑脂组合物,其结果是,在使用了外径26mm以下的滚动轴承的发尘量试验(在室温、2000rpm、预压19.6N下旋转50秒)中得到1000pcs以下的发尘量,在高速高温寿命试验(在预压12N下、在130℃、90000rpm下旋转)中得到1000hr以上的寿命,并且在低温转矩试验(在-40℃、预压19.6N下以200rpm旋转启动时)中得到60mNm以下的转矩,全部实现低发尘性、高速旋转下的长寿命化、低温环境下的低转矩性能。需要说明的是,可以说转速与发尘量呈大致比例关系,因此发尘量随着转速上升的增加量不依赖于润滑脂组合物的配合。因此认为,在上述发尘量试验中得到的结果反映了更高速旋转下的发尘量的大小。
特别是确认到:通过将脂肪族脲(b2-2)用作脲系增稠剂,成为低发尘性更优异的润滑脂组合物(实施例5和实施例6),通过将钡复合皂增稠剂的配合量设为0.6~3.6质量%,成为在低温下更低转矩的润滑脂组合物(实施例1至实施例6)。
另一方面,在仅配合一种增稠剂(氟系增稠剂)的情况下(比较例1),发尘量少且低温转矩优异,与之相对,成为高速高温旋转下低于400hr的寿命。
此外,在仅配合了两种增稠剂(氟系增稠剂、脲系增稠剂)的情况下(比较例4),进一步也在使用钙复合皂增稠剂代替钡复合皂增稠剂的情况下(比较例2),成为高速高温旋转下低于400hr的寿命。
另一方面,在使用钡皂增稠剂代替钡复合皂增稠剂的情况下(比较例3),结果不仅高速高温旋转下的寿命降低,而且发尘量也增大超过1000pcs。
并且,在虽然配合了氟系增稠剂、脲系增稠剂以及钡复合皂增稠剂,但将钡复合皂增稠剂的配合量设为远离规定范围(0.3~3.6质量%)的情况(5.4质量%)下(比较例5),与其他比较例相比,高速高温旋转下的寿命稍微延伸了,但是仍未实现实施例的润滑脂组合物所实现的1000hr这样的长寿命。
图6和图7中示出了基于表1的结果,低温转矩或发尘量的试验结果相对于高速高温寿命的试验结果。
图6是示出低温转矩(mNm)的试验结果(纵轴)相对于高速高温寿命(hr)的试验结果(横轴)的图。需要说明的是,在图6中,与横轴平行地附加的直线表示低温转矩值60mNm,与纵轴平行地附加的直线表示高温高速寿命1000hr。此外,在图6中,实施例的润滑脂组合物的结果以○表示,比较例的润滑脂组合物的结果以△表示。
图7是示出发尘量(pcs)的试验结果(纵轴)相对于高速高温寿命(hr)的试验结果(横轴)的图。需要说明的是,在图7中,与横轴平行地附加的直线表示发尘量1000pcs,与纵轴平行地附加的直线表示高温高速寿命1000hr。此外,在图7中,实施例的润滑脂组合物的结果以○表示,比较例的润滑脂组合物的结果以△表示。
如图6和图7所示,实施例的润滑脂组合物(○)都得到如下结果:高温高速寿命为1000hr以上、且低温转矩为60mNm以下以及发尘量为1000pcs以下,另一方面结果为,比较例的润滑脂组合物(△)都达不到高温高速寿命1000hr。
图8是示出在高速高温寿命试验中高速高温寿命(hr)(纵轴)相对于转速(rpm)(横轴)的结果的图。图8中的符号分别为实施例1(○)、比较例1(×)、比较例2(△)、比较例4(□)的润滑脂组合物的结果。需要说明的是,基于在本试验评价中将高温高速寿命为1000hr以上的情况评价为最优,在本图中将高温高速寿命的基准值设为1000hr,即使在得到1000hr以上的结果的情况下也示出为1000hr。
如图8所示,实施例1(○)的润滑脂组合物无论转速如何均能实现为1000hr以上的寿命,即使为转速90000rpm以上也能实现1000hr以上的高温高速寿命。
另一方面,仅使用了氟系增稠剂的比较例1(×)的润滑脂组合物、使用了钙复合皂增稠剂代替钡复合皂增稠剂的比较例2(△)的润滑脂组合物、以及使用了氟系增稠剂和脲系增稠剂且不使用钡复合皂增稠剂的比较例4(□)的润滑脂组合物的结果都为,转速为40000rpm以上时高温高速寿命低于1000hr。特别是仅使用了氟系增稠剂的比较例1的润滑脂组合物的结果为,当转速超过21000rpm时寿命急剧地降低,在此,比较例4的润滑脂组合物的寿命通过配合脲系增稠剂会稍微改善,进而,比较例2的润滑脂组合物的寿命通过采用钙复合皂增稠剂会进一步改善,但是在90000rpm的超高速旋转环境下,结果为,寿命均达不到500hr,始终达不到实施例1的润滑脂组合物的寿命。
根据本图可以明确,本发明的润滑脂组合物与比较例的润滑脂组合物相比,即使在数倍以上的转速下,也能实现1000hr以上的长寿命。
如上所述,可确认到:添加有氟系增稠剂、脲系增稠剂以及钡复合皂增稠剂的本发明的润滑脂组合物是在转速超过30000rpm的超高速/高温环境下为低发尘/长寿命、且为低温转矩低的润滑脂组合物。
以上,对最佳的实施方式进行详细说明,但本发明不限定于上述实施方式,在能实现本发明的目的的范围内的变形、改良等包括在本发明内。

1.一种润滑脂组合物,其含有:
作为基础油的氟油、酯油以及聚α-烯烃油;以及
作为增稠剂的氟系增稠剂、脲系增稠剂以及钡复合皂增稠剂,
相对于所述润滑脂组合物的总量,所述润滑脂组合物分别含有:
按合计为70~90质量%的氟油、酯油以及聚α-烯烃油;
9~18质量%的氟系增稠剂;
3.6~6.9质量%的脲系增稠剂;
0.3~3.6质量%的钡复合皂增稠剂。
2.一种滚动轴承,其是封入有权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物的、外径26mm以下的滚动轴承,其中,所述滚动轴承在转速30000rpm以上的高速条件下使用。
3.一种马达,其具备权利要求2所述的滚动轴承。
