Example 1
A preparation method of a nitrogen and phosphorus matrix of 2-3 years machilus pauhoi kanehfia container seedling soil comprises the following steps:
a. mixing the southern mountain red loam and fermented and matured rice husks according to the mass ratio of 8:2, and sampling to determine the contents of organic nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and phosphorus in the mixed soil.
b. C, applying a green organic fertilizer and potassium nitrate (KNO) into the soil mixed in the step a 3 ) Ammonium sulfate ((NH) 4 ) 2 S0 4 ) And a calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, which is used for adjusting the contents of organic nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and phosphorus in the mixed soil to be 1.5mg/g, 0.75mg/g and 1.0mg/g respectively, and adding a nitrification inhibitor dicyandiamide (DCD) according to 5% (mass fraction) of the nitrogen content of Shi Antai nitrogen fertilizer while applying the ammonium nitrogen fertilizer, so as to obtain the nitrogen and phosphorus matrix of the container seedling soil of the 2-3-year machilus pauhoi.
The cultivation experiment of the 2-year-old machilus pauhoi kanehfia container seedlings is carried out by adopting the matrix: selecting a non-woven bag with the specification of 35cm (diameter) multiplied by 35cm (height) as a seedling culture container for culturing 2-year-old machilus pauhoi seedlings, filling nitrogen and phosphorus matrixes of soil prepared according to the method into the non-woven bag, bagging the non-woven bag by 10kg, then respectively moving the 2-year-old machilus pauhoi seedlings cultured for half a year (namely seeding in 7 months in the last year) into the container within 3 and 5 days of 2020, watering the containers thoroughly, building a shade shed at the position 3.0-3.2m above the container, covering the surface of the shade shed with a sunshade net with the light transmittance of 25% to perform conventional seedling management, and properly lifting the sunshade net off in the daytime in sunny weather in winter to refine seedlings. By measurement, the container Miao Dejing of the 2-year-old machilus pauhoi nanmu cultivated by adopting the soil nitrogen and phosphorus substrate and the seedling height are respectively 2.1cm and 1.85m.
The cultivation experiment of the 3-year-old machilus pauhoi kanehfia container seedlings is carried out by adopting the matrix: selecting a non-woven bag with the specification of 35cm (diameter) multiplied by 35cm (height) as a seedling culture container for culturing the machilus pauhoi nanmu seedlings of 3 years, filling the soil nitrogen and phosphorus matrixes prepared according to the method into the container, bagging 14kg of the bag, then respectively moving the machilus pauhoi nanmu seedlings of 3 years cultured for half a year (namely seeding in 7 months in the last year) into the container in 28 days of 2020, 2 and 28 days, watering the container thoroughly, building a shelter at the position 3.0-3.2m above the container, covering the surface of the shelter with a sunshade net with the light transmittance of 25% to perform conventional seedling management, and properly lifting the sunshade net to refine the seedlings in the daytime in sunny weather in winter. By measurement, the container Miao Dejing of the 3-year-old machilus pauhoi nanmu cultivated by adopting the soil nitrogen and phosphorus substrate and the seedling height are 3.4cm and 2.88m respectively.
