Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将乘客从山顶站运送到山谷站的装置,该装置具有支撑钢缆,钢缆通过支撑件被导向,该装置还具有滑架,滑架可沿支撑钢缆移动并在其上固定有一个用于容纳至少一位乘客的装置,例如轿厢、座椅、支撑吊带和类似物。
背景技术
已知WO98/36811公开的这种装置具有一个山谷站和一个山顶站,一方面,在两站之间设置有一牵引钢缆,所述牵引钢缆能够向山顶站输送传送装置,例如输送带有支撑吊带的滑架,另一方面,在两站之间还设置有一导轨,所述导轨由支撑件支撑,并且沿着该导轨所述滑架能够从山顶站下降到山谷站。但该文献只公开了这种装置的示意图,而没有公开对于建造这种装置以及对于安全操作来说很重要的设计细节。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种装置,该装置用于将乘客从山顶站运送到山谷站并能满足设计和安全需求。根据本发明,这些目的通过下述方式得以实现,即在支撑钢缆上固定有一个支撑用导轨,沿着所述导轨,滑架能够从山顶站移动到山谷站。
支撑用导轨最好由T形轨道制成,T形轨道的腹板顶端固定在支撑钢缆上,从腹板上沿横向伸出的T形轨道的支腿构成了滑架的运行表面。另外,在T形轨道的竖直腹板顶端最好固定有多个托架,所述托架将支撑钢缆封闭,对于所述托架来说,也可以相对于支撑钢缆移动。
另外,沿着支撑用导轨还提供有涡流制动装置,借助该制动装置,可以控制滑架沿所述支撑用导轨移动的速度。在这种情况下,可以在滑架要被制动的那些导轨区域上,在支撑用导轨上制成条带,该条带用非导磁材料制成,特别是用铜、铝或高等级钢制成,并与设置在滑架上的永久磁铁相互作用。
根据一个优选实施例,滑架设计成带有至少四个运行辊的形式,这些辊子在T形轨道的横向伸出支腿的顶面上滚动,滑架还带有至少两个相配的辊子,这两个辊子在T形轨道的运行表面的下表面上滚动,滑架还特别带有四个导辊,它们在T形轨道的竖直腹板上滚动。另外,支撑用导轨可以包括相互连接的多种乘客导轨。
在支撑用导轨的上游弯曲部分特别提供有用非导磁性材料制成的条带。另外,最好在支撑用导轨中的弯曲区域中,支撑钢缆跨过安装在支撑柱台或类似物上的转向辊子而被导向,支撑用导轨借助于支柱固定在支撑柱台上。另外,对于支撑用导轨来说,可以在弯曲部分借助于支柱支撑在支撑柱台上。

具体实施方式
图1表示用于将乘客从山顶站移动到山谷站的装置,它包括一个传送装置10,传送装置10位于该装置的山谷站1和该装置的山顶站2之间,该装置借助滑架,乘客可从山谷站1被移动到山顶站2。该传送装置由诸如其上可以连接滑架的斜面提升机或支撑和牵引钢缆构成。
由于该装置的部分构件可以设计成任何所需的形式并且不构成本发明的组成部件,所以不再对它们进行详细说明。
从山顶站2运行下来的是向下倾斜的轨道3,该轨道3由支撑件和柱台支撑,轨道3离地面有一定距离,并具有直线部分3a和曲线部分3b,在曲线部分3b的区域上至少有几个支撑柱台7,并且轨道3固装在其上。在山顶站2上有一个上车位置21,在山谷站1上有一个下车位置11。在上车位置21,带有至少一个乘客的滑架运动到轨道3上。然后滑架沿轨道的直线部分3a和曲线部分3b向位于山谷站1处的下车站11下降,并且不需要额外驱动。
图2和2a表示了上车站21的一种设计形式。在上车站21处,由支撑件6支撑的导轨3以比水平线稍高或稍低的方式设置。滑架4沿导轨3在箭头A的方向上前进并带有支撑吊带40,该支撑吊带40用于接受乘客通过斜台22到上车位置21。轨道3上高于或低于水平线的部分通过向下倾斜的部分相连,结果是滑架4开始向山谷站下降。在该区域,导轨3被柱台7支撑。
在下车位置11,如图2b所示,导轨再次设计成具有水平部分3a的形式,在该处滑架4减速,直至乘客能够从其上下来。此后,滑架4在箭头B的方向上向传送装置10移动,借助该装置,这些滑架被传送到山顶站2上。
下面参照图3、3a和3b对支撑用导轨3以及滑架4的设计形式,还有支撑用导轨3的紧固形式加以描述:
用于紧固导轨3的部件是牢固地锚固在山顶站2上的钢缆5,它绕过转向辊和支撑辊导向,安装在支撑柱台7上,并在山谷站处通过拉伸装置加上了预应力。支撑用导轨3在截面上是T形的,并且高于或低于水平线设置,中央腹板31借助于U形支架33安装在钢缆5上,这就可能相对于钢缆5更换支架33。T形轨道3的中央腹板31和两个从其上横向伸出的支腿32用作滑架4的辊子41的导向轨道。另外,轨道3的各部分均通过支架35相互连接。
滑架4设计成带有下述部件的形式:两对运行辊子41,这些辊子在两个支腿32的顶部侧面上;一对配对辊子42,在两个支腿32的下面滚动;两对导辊43,在腹板31的两个侧表面上滚动。
为了控制滑架4沿轨道3下降的速度,在轨道3上提供了用非导磁材料,特别是铜、铝或高等级钢制成的条带36,它们设置在支撑用导轨3的曲线部分3b的上游,并分配有永久磁铁46,所述磁铁设置在滑架4上。沿着用非导磁材料制成的条带36,永久磁铁46完全具有涡流制动器的作用,其作用力正比于滑架4的速度。结果是滑架4沿支撑用导轨3下降的速度受到了控制,而不会超过最大安全速度,这就保证了乘客的安全。
如图4和4a所示,在导轨3的曲线部分3b的区域内具有支撑柱台7,它们设有多个高于或低于水平线并在曲线段上平均分配的伸出支柱71,支撑用导轨3借助这些伸出支柱在径向上被支撑。支柱71由支柱72支撑。在两个外侧支柱71上安装有导辊73,支撑钢缆5跨过导辊73被导向和转向。为了保证支柱71能移动到所需位置,所述支柱与支撑柱台7铰接,使它们能够绕垂直轴线转动。柱台7借助支柱70附加支撑。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于将乘客从山顶站(2)运送到山谷站(1)的装置,该装置具有一支撑钢缆(5),钢缆通过支撑柱台(7)导向,该装置还具有滑架(4),滑架能够沿支撑钢缆(5)移动,并在其上固定有一个用于容纳至少一位乘客的装置,其特征在于,在支撑钢缆(5)上固定有一个支撑用导轨(3),沿着所述导轨,滑架(4)能够从山顶站(2)移动到山谷站(1),且沿着支撑用导轨(3),该装置设置有涡轮制动装置(36,46),借助该制动装置,能够控制滑架(4)沿所述导轨移动的速度。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,支撑用导轨由一个T形轨道(3)制成,T形轨道(3)的竖直腹板(31)顶端固定在支撑钢缆(5)上,T形轨道(3)的横向伸出支腿(32)构成了滑架(4)的运行表面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,在T形轨道(3)的竖直腹板(31)顶端固定有多个托架(33),所述托架将支撑钢缆(5)封闭,所述托架(33)可以相对于支撑钢缆(5)移动。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,在滑架(4)要被制动的导轨(3)的那些区域上,在轨道(3)上安装条带(36),所述条带用非导磁材料制成,特别是用铜、铝或高等级钢制成,并与设置在滑架(4)上的永久磁铁(46)相互作用。
5.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,滑架(4)设计成带有至少四个运行辊(41)的形式,这些辊子在T形轨道(3)的横向伸出支腿(32)的顶面上滚动,滑架还带有至少两个相配的辊子(42),这两个辊子在T形轨道(3)的支腿(32)的下表面上滚动,滑架还能带有导辊(43),它们在T形轨道(3)的竖直腹板(31)上滚动。

8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,多种乘客轨道借助于托架(35)彼此连接。
9.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,在支撑用导轨(3)的弯曲上游区域提供有用非导磁性材料制成的条带(36)。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,在支撑用导轨(3)中的弯曲区域中,支撑钢缆(5)跨过安装在支撑柱台(7)上的转向辊子(73)而被导向,支撑用导轨(3)借助于支柱(71)固定在支撑柱台(7)上。
11.如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,支撑用导轨(3)在弯曲部分借助于支柱(70)支撑在支撑柱台(7)上。
