The invention provides a natural open-heart peach tree shape with two main branches, which comprises a trunk, wherein a first main branch and a second main branch which grow and extend in opposite directions are arranged on the trunk, and an included angle between the first main branch and the second main branch is 90-115 degrees; the first main branch is provided with at least one first main branch first branch and at least one first main branch second branch, the growth extension directions of the first main branch first branch and the first main branch second branch on the first main branch are opposite, and the included angle between the first main branch and the first main branch first branch and the included angle between the first main branch second branch and the first main branch first branch are 80-90 degrees; the second main branch is provided with at least one first main branch first branch and at least one second main branch second branch, the growth extension directions of the first main branch first branch and the second main branch second branch on the second main branch are opposite, and the included angle between the second main branch and the first main branch first branch and the included angle between the second main branch second branch and the second main branch second branch of the second main branch are 80-90 degrees.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the plant height of the peach tree is 3.5-4 m. Is convenient for the lighting of peach trees and various farming operations.
In a preferred embodiment, the row spacing of the peach trees is 5-7m × 6-8m, preferably 6m × 7 m.
In a preferred embodiment, the height of the stem is 30-60cm, as shown in FIG. 2.

Example 1
The two-main-branch natural open heart-shaped peach tree form and the pruning method thereof are implemented in a certain peach garden in Qingpu district of Shanghai city.
Selecting peach trees which can be planted in various fertile soils and are in open air or in a greenhouse, selecting strong seedlings of 1 year, wherein the row spacing of the seedlings is 6m multiplied by 7m, the width of pits of the seedlings is 1.5-2m, and the depth of the pits is 50-60 cm. Before planting, 10-20kg of decomposed commodity organic fertilizer and 1-2kg of calcium superphosphate are added into the pits and mixed with soil uniformly, and after the saplings are put well, watering and treading are carried out. The diameter of 1 year strong seedling is 0.8-1.2cm, and when the height of seedling is greater than or equal to 1.2m in field planting, the seedling is trimmed to 60-80 cm. The planting time of the peach seedling trunk is 11 months after the leaves fall in the current year.
And after the field planting, the main branches are cultivated in 9-10 months in autumn of the second year. Determining 1 extending branch on the trunk as a first main branch, fixing and obliquely pulling by using bamboo poles, wherein the diameter of each bamboo pole is 2.0-2.5cm, the length of each bamboo pole is 150 plus 200cm, so that the first main branch faces to the right north, and the included angle between the first main branch and the vertical line of the root is more than or equal to 45 degrees. After the first main branch is determined, other young shoots are controlled to grow vigorously in 6 months by pinching, twisting or holding, and the growth of the first main branch is promoted. Meanwhile, the opposite (i.e. towards the southern part) robust branch of the first main branch 30-60cm from the ground is selected as the preparatory branch of the second main branch. The branch thickness ratio of the first main branch to the preliminary branch of the second main branch is 8:2 or 7: 3. The preparation branch of the second main branch is fixed and obliquely pulled by a bamboo pole, and the included angle between the preparation branch of the second main branch and the first main branch is 90-115 degrees.
In the first year after planting, the first main branch is pruned and an external bud is left. And pruning according to the strength of the first main branch. Cutting 1/3 the length of the first main branch when the first main branch is healthy; when the first main branch grows weakly, 1/2 of the length of the first main branch is cut off.
And in the second year after field planting, controlling other young shoots to grow vigorously in 6 months by pinching, twisting or picking branches, promoting the growth of the prepared branches of the first main branch and the second main branch, enabling the prepared branches of the second main branch to grow into the second main branch, and pruning the first main branch. The first main branch is mainly pruned in summer and is assisted in winter. The first main branch is trimmed by a cross-section trimming method. Replacing the diagonal fixed bamboo poles of the first main branch and the second main branch, wherein the length of the bamboo poles is 2-3m, the diameter of the bamboo poles is 2.5-3.5cm, and the diagonal angle is kept unchanged.
And in the third year after the field planting, pruning the first main branch and the second main branch and reserving external buds. And pruning according to the strength of the potential of the first main branch and/or the second main branch. When the first main branch and/or the second main branch grow well, 1/3 that the corresponding first main branch and/or the second main branch newly grows and extends the length of the branch in the current year is cut off; when the first main branch and/or the second main branch grow weakly, 1/2 that the first main branch and/or the second main branch can newly prolong the length of the branch in the current year is cut off. The strong side branches on the first main branch and the second main branch are supported by bamboo poles, the diameter of each bamboo pole is 2.5-3.5cm, and the length of each bamboo pole is selected according to actual conditions. The first main branch and the second main branch are mainly pruned in summer and are assisted by pruning in winter.
And in the fourth year after field planting, forming a first main branch first branch and a first main branch second branch on the first main branch, forming a second main branch first branch and a second main branch second branch on the second main branch, and pruning the first main branch first branch, the first main branch second branch, the second main branch first branch and the second main branch second branch. And pruning the first main branch, the first branch of the first main branch and the second branch of the first main branch by adopting a triangular plane pruning method. Specifically, an inclined triangular plane layer is formed by taking the branch head of the first main branch as a vertex and taking a cross-cut dotted line of a region above a bifurcation part of the first main branch and the second main branch and below a first branch of the first main branch as a bottom edge, so that the central lines of the first main branch and each bone main branch (the first branch of the first main branch and the second branch of the first main branch) can be effectively covered by the same virtual triangular plane, and the first main branch and each bone main branch (the first branch of the first main branch and the second branch of the first main branch) can be ensured to be covered by a triangular plane layer region formed by vertically extending the same virtual triangular plane in the height direction. Meanwhile, the branches extending to the inner bore of the crown in the triangular plane layer, such as the spindly branches, the branches on the back, the weak branches, the dense branches and other branches which influence the growth of the first main branch are removed.
And pruning the second main branch, the first branch of the second main branch and the second branch of the second main branch by adopting a triangular plane pruning method. Specifically, the branch head of the second main branch is taken as a vertex, and a cross-cut dotted line of a region above a bifurcation part of the first main branch and the second main branch and below a first branch of the second main branch is taken as a bottom edge to form an inclined triangular plane layer, so that the center lines of the second main branch and each framework branch (the first branch of the second main branch and the second branch of the second main branch) can be effectively covered by the same virtual triangular plane, and the second main branch and each framework branch (the first branch of the second main branch and the second branch of the second main branch) can be ensured to be covered by the triangular plane layer region formed by the vertical extension of the same virtual triangular plane in the height direction. Pruning branches exceeding the triangular plane layer, chopping drooping branches located in the bottom area of the triangular plane layer, and pruning strong branches located in the upper area of the triangular plane layer. Meanwhile, the branches extending to the inner bore of the crown in the triangular plane layer, such as the spindly branches, the vigorous branches on the back, the weak branches, the dense branches and other branches which influence the growth of the second main branch are removed.
The two main branches obtained by pruning are in a natural heart-shaped peach tree shape, as shown in fig. 1-3, the row spacing of the peach tree is 6m multiplied by 7m, the height of each peach tree is 3.7 m, the height of the peach tree trunk is 30-60cm, two main branches (a first main branch and a second main branch) are left on the trunk, and the included angles of the two main branches are respectively 95 degrees and 110 degrees. And after planting, the main branch is obliquely pulled through the bamboo pole to be determined as a first main branch, and the first main branch faces the north. And selecting a robust branch as a second main branch in the south-facing direction (opposite to the first main branch) with the vertical distance of 30-60cm from the ground. The branch thickness ratio of the first main branch to the second main branch is kept to be 6:4 permanently after the peach tree body is formed.
And taking a robust branch with the vertical distance of 1.1-1.5m from the ground at the branch point on the first main branch as a first lateral branch of the first branch on the first main branch, wherein the branch thickness ratio of the first main branch to the first lateral branch of the first main branch is kept to be 7: 3. The distance between the branch point of the first lateral branch of the first main branch and the branch point of the second main branch is 1.0-1.2 m. Taking a robust branch with a branch point on the first main branch and a vertical distance of 2.0-2.5m from the ground as a second branch second side branch of the first main branch, wherein the growth direction of the second side branch of the first main branch is opposite to that of the first side branch of the first main branch, and the distance between the branch point of the second side branch of the first main branch and the branch point of the first side branch of the first main branch is 1.0-1.2 m.
And taking a robust branch with the vertical distance of 0.9-1.1m from the ground at the branch point on the second main branch as a first branch first side branch of the second main branch, wherein the distance between the branch point of the first side branch of the first branch of the second main branch and the branch point of the first main branch is 1.0-1.2 m. And taking a robust branch with the branch point on the second main branch and the vertical distance of 1.8-2.0m from the ground as a second branch second side branch of the second main branch, wherein the second branch second side branch of the second main branch is opposite to the growth direction of the first side branch of the first branch of the second main branch. The distance between the branch point of the first side branch of the first branch of the second main branch and the branch point of the second side branch of the second main branch is 1.0-1.2 m.
The central lines of the first main branch and all branches thereof are positioned on the same plane, the included angle between the plane and the horizontal plane is 40-50 degrees, and the maximum deviation angle between the central lines of the first main branch and all branches thereof and the plane thereof is not more than 5-10 degrees. The first main branch and all the branches thereof are positioned in a plane where the central line of the first main branch is positioned and vertically extend in the height direction to form a plane layer region. The central lines of the second main branch and all the branches are located on the same plane, the included angle between the plane and the horizontal plane is 40-50 degrees, and the maximum deviation angle between the central line of the second main branch and all the branches and the plane where the second main branch is located does not exceed 5-10 degrees. The second main branch and all the branches thereof are positioned in the plane where the central line of the second main branch is positioned and vertically extend in the height direction to form a plane layer region. The included angles between all the branches of the first main branch and the first main branch are 80-90 degrees, and the included angles between all the branches of the second main branch and the second main branch are 80-90 degrees. The distance between branch points of adjacent branches on the first main branch and/or the second main branch in the same growth extension direction is 1.2-1.5 m.

Peach seedlings of the same variety were selected and trimmed to a conventional Y-shaped tree form under the same agricultural operations (fertilizer and water management, pest control, etc.) as in example 1.

Comparing the two main branch natural open heart-shaped peach tree forms obtained by pruning in the example 1 with the Y-shaped peach tree forms obtained by pruning in the comparative example 1, selecting key characters, quality and benefits of peach fruits in the full bearing period as objects, and the comparison data are shown in table 1.
As can be seen from table 1, compared with comparative example 1, the two main branches obtained by pruning in example 1 are in a natural open heart shape, the weight of a single fruit is increased, the coloring area of the fruit is increased, the soluble solid content is increased, the total acid content is reduced, the soluble protein is increased, the labor saving degree, the rate of finished products and the rate of commodity are greatly improved, and the profit of each mu of orchard is improved by 5-6 times.

Therefore, the two main branches obtained by pruning are in the shape of the natural open heart peach tree form, the growth characteristics of the peach tree are combined, the advantages of the existing different tree forms are integrated, the defects of the existing different tree forms are overcome to the greatest extent, the unique tree form and the matched forming method thereof are formed, and the peach tree form has the characteristics of high lighting effect, high yield and stable yield. Particularly, the original triangular plane pruning method ensures that the central lines of the first main branch and all branches thereof are always in an inclined triangular plane, thereby ensuring that the first main branch and all branches thereof can be vertically extended by the triangular plane in the height direction to form a triangular plane layer to cover; the central lines of the second main branch and all branches thereof are always in an inclined triangular plane, so that the second main branch and all branches thereof can be ensured to be covered by a triangular plane layer formed by the vertical extension of the triangular plane in the height direction. Thereby ensuring that the tree body is evenly illuminated, the flower buds are plump, the yield is stable and the fruit quality is good; the inclined-pulling angle of the two main branches is wide, the whole tree body is not high, trimming, flower thinning, fruit thinning, bag covering and picking are facilitated, and manual operation and mechanical operation are both suitable; and once the tree form is determined, trimming in the later period is simple and easy to learn, and the method is easy to popularize, greatly prolongs the time of the full bearing period, and prolongs the life of the orchard garden.
Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

A1) the first main branch faces north;
A2) the first main branch first branch comprises a first main branch first lateral branch, and the vertical distance between a branch point of the first main branch first lateral branch and the ground is 1.1-1.5 m; the branch thickness ratio of the first side branch of the first main branch to the first main branch is 2-4: 7;
A3) the first main branch and the second branch comprise a first main branch and a second lateral branch, and the vertical distance between a branch point of the first main branch and the second lateral branch and the ground is 2.0-2.5 m; the distance between the branch point of the second side branch of the second branch of the first main branch and the branch point of the first side branch of the first main branch is 1.0-1.2 m.
4. A two main branch peach tree form according to claim 1, wherein the second main branch comprises any one or more of the following conditions:
B1) the second main branch faces the south and the vertical distance between the branch point of the second main branch and the ground is 30-60 cm;
B2) the first branch of the second main branch comprises a first lateral branch of the first branch of the second main branch, and the vertical distance between a branch point of the first lateral branch of the first branch of the second main branch and the ground is 0.9-1.1 m;
B3) the second main branch and the second branch comprise second main branch and second lateral branches, and the vertical distance between a branch point of the second main branch and the second lateral branch and the ground is 1.8-2.0 m.

The peach tree form of two main branches according to claim 1, wherein the center lines of the first main branch, the first branch of the first main branch, and the second branch of the first main branch are all located on the same plane, and the included angle between the plane and the horizontal plane is 40-50 °; the center lines of the first branch of the second main branch and the second branch of the second main branch are all positioned on the same plane, and the included angle between the plane and the horizontal plane is 40-50 degrees.
6. The method for forming a two-main-branch peach tree shape as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:
1) placing peach tree seedlings into the tree pits after fertilization, filling soil, watering and planting;
2) determining a trunk, determining a first main branch on the trunk, then determining a prepared branch of a second main branch, and pruning the first main branch and reserving an external bud in the first year after field planting;
3) in the second year after planting, promoting the growth of the prepared branches of the first main branch and the second main branch in a mode of inhibiting the growth of other branches, so that the prepared branches of the second main branch grow into the second main branch, and pruning the first main branch;

D2) the first main branch is fixed and pulled obliquely by a bamboo pole, the diameter of the bamboo pole is 2.0-2.5cm, and the length of the bamboo pole is 150-200 cm;

E2) the strong side branches on the first main branch and the second main branch are supported by bamboo poles, and the diameters of the bamboo poles are 2.5-3.5 cm.
10. The method for shaping a two-main-branch peach tree form according to claim 6, wherein step 6) comprises any one or more of the following conditions:
F1) the branch thickness ratio between the first main branch and the second main branch is 5-7: 4;
F2) and in the full bearing period, the bearing branches on the first main branch first branch, the first main branch second branch, the second main branch first branch and the second main branch second branch are preserved, and the medium and short bearing branches are pruned.
