fermentation: mixing 0.22kg of zymocyte and 21kg of brown sugar water (5 wt%) to prepare a bacterial liquid, and pre-activating the bacterial liquid for 6 hours; spraying bacteria liquid after piling the mixture, and fermenting, wherein the temperature in the pile fermentation is controlled to be 50-55 ℃, the continuous fermentation is carried out for 24 days, and the pile turning is carried out once every 8 hours during the fermentation period;
