Abstract

一种移位寄存器单元(100)、栅极驱动电路(10)、显示装置(1)及驱动方法。该移位寄存器单元(100)包括输入电路(110)、输出电路(120)、第一节点控制电路(130)和第二节点控制电路(140)。输入电路(110)与第一节点(Q1)连接,且配置为响应于第一控制信号将输入信号提供至第一节点(Q1);输出电路(120)与第一节点(Q1)和输出端(OUT)连接,且配置为在第一节点(Q1)的电平的控制下,将输出信号在输出端(OUT)输出;第一节点控制电路(130)与第一节点(Q1)和第二节点(Q2)连接,且配置为在第二节点(Q1)的电平的控制下对第一节点(Q1)进行复位;第二节点控制电路(140)与第二节点(Q2)连接,且配置为响应于第二控制信号将第三控制信号提供至第二节点(Q2)以对第二节点(Q2)的电平进行控制。该移位寄存器单元(100)可避免第二节点(Q2)长时间处于有效电平状态,以避免与该第二节点(Q2)连接的晶体管正漂。
