近年来,作为用于保护汽车的乘坐人员的气囊用织物,多使用由合成纤维构成的织物。特别是多将由尼龙线、聚酯线等构成的织物缝制成袋状而使用(例如专利文献1~4)。
然而,气囊用织物通常实施有涂覆,因此,存在缺乏柔软性且收纳性降低的问题。另外,如果为了提高柔软性而减小构成织物的线的纤度,则存在撕裂强度降低的问题。

发明内容

本发明人为了实现上述课题而进行了深入研究,结果发现通过对构成织物的线的纤度、织物密度等巧妙地进行设计,可得到柔软性、撕裂强度、撕裂伸长率优异的气囊用织物,通过进一步反复进行深入研究,以至完成了本发明。
如此,根据本发明,可提供“一种气囊用织物,其特征在于,是含有聚酯复丝的气囊用织物,在所述聚酯复丝中,总纤度为140~580dtex且纤丝数(フィラメント数)在96~192根的范围内,在所述织物中,构成织物的经线与纬线的总纤度的差为5dtex以下,且经线的织密度比纬线的织密度小”。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施方式详细地进行说明。首先,构成本发明的气囊用织物的纤维为聚酯复丝。聚酯复丝由于纤维间摩擦力大,因此,优选作为构成气囊用织物的纤维。
在上述聚酯复丝中,总纤度需要为140~580dtex(优选为330~580dtex)的范围。总纤度小于140dtex时,有作为气囊用织物难以得到充分的强度的顾虑。相反,超过580dtex时,有产生如下问题的顾虑:织造而成的织物的厚度变大,向装置的收纳性差,纤维变粗,由此得到的织物变得刚直,在裂开时难以吸收向面部等的冲击。应予说明,该总纤度可以通过JIS L1013-1992进行测定。
另外,重要的是聚酯复丝的纤丝数在96~192根的范围内,从生产率的方面考虑,更优选为96~144根。纤丝数为95根以下时,制成织物时,有变得刚直的顾虑。相反,如果纤丝数为193根以上,则由于单纤维纤度变细,因此,有纤维的生产率降低的趋势,有织物的成本变高的顾虑。

另外,重要的是经线的织密度比纬线的织密度小。如果经线的织密度与纬线的织密度相同或大,则有柔软性降低的顾虑。其理由是因为如果在纬线根数恒定化下经线根数增加,相对于纬线的应力增大,经线弯曲结构变少而布匹的柔软性降低。此时,作为经线的织密度,优选在40~57根/2.54cm的范围内。另外,作为纬线的织密度,优选在45~60根/2.54cm的范围内。另外,纬线的织密度与经线的织密度的差优选在1~5根/2.54cm的范围内。

在上述织物中,织物组织可例示斜纹组织、缎纹组织、平纹组织、格子组织(リップストップ)等,如果考虑生产率,则最优选平织。
作为织造上述织物的方法,可以使用剑杆织机、喷气织机、苏尔泽片梭织机、喷水织机等,通过常规方法进行织造,但从生产率的观点考虑,优选喷水织机。
本发明的气囊用织物可以为无涂覆,也可以为了降低透气度而对上述织物的至少单面实施树脂涂覆。
作为该树脂,优选由选自有机硅系、氨基甲酸酯系、丙烯酸系、橡胶系或它们的共聚物中的至少一种构成。其中,特别优选有机硅系树脂。
作为有机硅系树脂,例如可举出二甲基有机硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基有机硅橡胶、甲基苯基有机硅橡胶、三甲基有机硅橡胶、氟有机硅橡胶、甲基有机硅树脂、甲基苯基有机硅树脂、甲基乙烯基有机硅树脂、环氧改性有机硅树脂、丙烯酸改性有机硅树脂、聚酯改性有机硅树脂等。
应予说明,使用有机硅系树脂时,例如可以使用日本专利第4756407号公报中记载的那样的反应固化剂、粘接助剂等。
树脂的粘度在25℃时优选为10000~50000cs,该范围的粘度时,涂覆加工容易,能够形成树脂向织物的渗透也少且粘接力强的涂覆。
在织物的表面进行涂覆时,树脂的涂布量优选为15~25g/m2(15~25cN/m2)的范围,进一步优选为16~22g/m2。进行涂覆的树脂的涂布量小于15g/m2时,有气密性不充分,不适合作为气囊用织物的顾虑。相反,如果涂布量超过25g/m2时,则有重量超出必要地变重的顾虑。
另外,在将树脂涂覆加工于上述织物之前或之后(优选之前),可以实施使用热辊的轧光加工。此时,能够抑制织物的透气度,并且织物表面的平滑性提高,能够减少树脂的涂布量。

在这样得到的气囊用织物中,织物的断裂伸长率(经·纬平均)优选为15%以上,更优选为20%以上(特别优选为25~40%)。如果断裂伸长率小于15%时,则有在气囊的膨胀时发生破裂的顾虑。应予说明,断裂伸长率(经·纬平均)是基于JIS L1096-19906.12.1A法测定以织物宽度3cm、拉伸夹持间隔15cm、拉伸速度200mm/min进行拉伸时的断裂伸长率(经·纬平均)而得的。
另外,在气囊用织物中,织物的刚柔度通过JIS L1096-1990 6.19.1A法进行测定,经线方向和纬线方向均优选为90mm以下,经线方向的刚柔度进一步优选为70mm以下(特别优选为50~70mm)。如果刚柔度超过90mm,则有气囊的收纳性降低的顾虑。
另外,气囊用织物的撕裂强度(经·纬平均)通过ISO 13937-2单舌片法进行测定,优选为200~600N。撕裂强度小于200N时,有在气囊膨胀时织物发生破裂的顾虑。如果撕裂强度超过600N,则有需要增大聚酯复丝的总纤度、织物成为刚直且厚度厚的织物的顾虑。
另外,在气囊用织物中,作为克重,优选在200~300g/m2的范围内。如果克重比该范围小,则有织物的撕裂强度降低的顾虑。相反,如果克重比该范围大,则有织物的柔软性降低的顾虑。

基于JIS L1096-1990 6.12.1A法,对织物的经方向和纬方向测定以织物宽度3cm、拉伸夹持间隔15cm、拉伸速度200mm/min进行拉伸时的断裂伸长率并求出两者的平均。
4)刚柔度
通过JIS L1096-1990 6.19.1A法进行测定。
5)撕裂强度
通过ISO 13937-2单舌片法对织物的经方向和纬方向进行测定并求出两者的平均。
6)克重
通过JIS L1096-1990 6.4.2进行测定。
7)厚度
通过JIS L-1096-1990 6.5进行测定。
[实施例1~4]
使用表1所示的聚酯复丝,将其在无捻的状态下利用喷水织机以成为表1的覆盖系数的方式以平织组织织造织物而得到坯布。一边使刮刀与织物背面接触一边通过浮刀方式将乳液系有机硅树脂(信越化学制)涂覆加工于该坯布,使固体成分树脂重量如表1所示。
这些气囊用织物的柔软性优异,在气囊膨胀时,接缝的缝隙小,气密性良好,特别适于帘状的侧面气囊。
[实施例5]
使用表1所示的聚酯复丝,将其在无捻的状态下利用喷水织机以成为表1的覆盖系数的方式以平织组织织造织物而得到坯布。接着,在进行涂覆加工的面,利用150℃的加热辊对平织的坯布加压压制(轧光加工)后,一边使刮刀与织物背面接触一边通过浮刀方式将乳液系有机硅树脂(信越化学制)涂覆加工于该坯布,使固体成分树脂重量如表1所示。
该气囊用织物的柔软性优异,在气囊膨胀时,接缝的缝隙小,气密性良好,特别适于帘状的侧面气囊。
[比较例1~5]
使用表1所示的聚酯复丝,将在无捻的状态下利用喷水织机以成为表1的覆盖系数的方式以平织组织织造织物而得到坯布。一边使刮刀与织物背面接触一边通过浮刀方式将乳液系有机硅树脂(信越化学制)涂覆加工于该坯布,使固体成分树脂重量如表1所示。这些气囊用织物在柔软性方面不能说充分。
[实施例6]
经线和纬线使用无捻的566dtex/140丝(单纤维纤度4.0dtex)、拉伸强度7.6g/dtex、沸水收缩率1.9%的聚酯复丝,利用喷水织机以平织组织织造织物后,使其通过热水槽(预备层、第一层、第二层),接下来,使用抽吸式转筒干燥机进行干燥定形精加工,从而得到无涂覆气囊用织物。将该无涂覆气囊用织物的物性评价结果示于表1。
该气囊用织物的柔软性优异,在气囊膨胀时,接缝的缝隙小,气密性良好,特别适于帘状的侧面气囊。

产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,可提供一种气囊用织物,是保护汽车等的乘坐人员的气囊用织物,该气囊用织物柔软性、撕裂强度、撕裂伸长率优异,其工业价值极大。

Claims (11)

1.一种气囊用织物,其特征在于,是含有聚酯复丝的气囊用织物,
在所述聚酯复丝中,总纤度为140~580dtex且纤丝数在96~192根的范围内,
在所述织物中,构成织物的经线与纬线的总纤度的差为5dtex以下,且经线的织密度比纬线的织密度小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气囊用织物,其中,在所述聚酯复丝中,拉伸强度在6.5~8.0cN/dtex的范围内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的气囊用织物,其中,在所述织物中,覆盖系数在1700~2600的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的气囊用织物,其中,织物的组织为平织。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的气囊用织物,是实施轧光加工而成的。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的气囊用织物,其中,织物为无涂覆。
7.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的气囊用织物,其中,对织物的至少单面实施涂覆,所述涂覆是涂覆由选自有机硅系、氨基甲酸酯系、丙烯酸系、橡胶系或它们的共聚物中的至少一种构成的树脂而成的。
8.根据权利要求7所述的气囊用织物,其中,所涂覆的树脂的涂布量在15~25g/m2的范围内。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的气囊用织物,其中,对于通过JIS L1096-19906.19.1A法测定的刚柔度,经·纬均为90mm以下。
10.根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的气囊用织物,其中,通过ISO 13937-2单舌片法测定的撕裂强度在200~600N的范围内,所述撕裂强度是经·纬平均的撕裂强度。
11.根据权利要求1~10中任一项所述的气囊用织物,其中,基于JIS L1096-19906.12.1A法,以织物宽度3cm、拉伸夹持间隔15cm、拉伸速度200mm/min进行拉伸时的断裂伸长率为15%以上,所述断裂伸长率是经·纬平均的断裂伸长率。
