Description
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf
[DWpは経糸総繊度(dtex)、MWpは経糸織密度(本/2.54cm)、DWfは緯糸総繊度(dtex)、MWfは緯糸織密度(本/2.54cm)である。]
前記織物において、織物組織は綾織、朱子織、平織、リップストップ等が例示されるが、生産性を考えると平織が最適である。
1)ポリエステルマルチフィラメントの引張強度(引張強さ)、総繊度
JIS L1013-1992記載の方法により測定を行った。
2)カバーファクター
下記式によりカバーファクターCFを求めた。
CF=(DWp/1.1)1/2×MWp+(DWf/1.1)1/2×MWf
[DWpは経糸総繊度(dtex)、MWpは経糸織密度(本/2.54cm)、DWfは緯糸総繊度(dtex)、MWfは緯糸織密度(本/2.54cm)である。]
3)破断伸度
JIS L1096-1990 6.12.1A法に基づき、織物の経方向と緯方向について、織物幅は3cm、引張つかみ間隔15cm、引張速度200mm/minで引っ張った時の破断伸度を測定し両者の平均を求めた。
4)剛軟度
JIS L1096-1990 6.19.1A法により測定した。
5)引裂強力
織物の経方向と緯方向について、ISO 13937-2シングルタング法により測定し両者の平均を求めた。
6)目付け
JIS L1096-1990 6.4.2により測定した。
7)厚さ
JIS L1096-1990 6.5により測定した。
表1に示すポリエステルマルチフィラメントを用いて、これを無撚の状態でウォータージェット織機により表1のカバーファクターになるように平織組織で織物を製織し生機を得た。該生機にエマルジョン系シリコーン樹脂(信越化学製)を織物裏面にブレードを接触させながらフローティングナイフ方式でコーティング加工し固形分樹脂重量が表1になるようにした。
表1に示すポリエステルマルチフィラメントを用いて、これを無撚の状態でウォータージェット織機により表1のカバーファクターになるように平織組織で織物を製織し生機を得た。次いで、コーティング加工する面に、平織の生機に150℃の加熱ロールで加圧プレス(カレンダー加工)した後、該生機にエマルジョン系シリコーン樹脂(信越化学製)を織物裏面にブレードを接触させながらフローティングナイフ方式でコーティング加工し固形分樹脂重量が表1になるようにした。
表1に示すポリエステルマルチフィラメントを用いて、これを無撚の状態でウォータージェット織機により表1のカバーファクターになるように平織組織で織物を製織し生機を得た。該生機にエマルジョン系シリコーン樹脂(信越化学製)を織物裏面にブレードを接触させながらフローティングナイフ方式でコーティング加工し固形分樹脂重量が表1になるようにした。これらのエアバッグ用織物は、柔軟性の点で十分とは言えないものであった。
経糸および緯糸に、無撚の566dtex/140フィラメント(単繊維繊度4.0dtex)、引張強度7.6g/dtex、沸水収縮率1.9%のポリエステルマルチフィラメントを使用し、ウォータージェットルームにて平織組織で織物を製織後、熱水槽(予備層、第一層、第二層)を通過させ、引き続きサクションドラム乾燥機を使用し乾燥セット仕上げすることにより、ノンコートエアバッグ用織物を得た。このノンコートエアバッグ織物の物性評価結果を表1に示す。
Claims (6)
- ポリエステルマルチフィラメントを含むエアバッグ用織物であって、
前記ポリエステルマルチフィラメントにおいて、総繊度が140~580dtexかつフィラメント数が96~192本の範囲内であり、かつ引張強度が6.5~7.9cN/dtexの範囲内であり、織物の組織が平織であり、
前記織物において、織物を構成する経糸と緯糸の総繊度の差が5dtex以下であり、かつ経糸の織密度が緯糸の織密度よりも小さく、織密度(経/緯)が、51(本/2.54cm)/52(本/2.54cm)または52(本/2.54cm)/53(本/2.54cm)または50(本/2.54cm)/52(本/2.54cm)であり、
ISO 13937-2シングルタング法で測定した引裂強力(経・緯平均)が251~600Nの範囲内であり、
かつ織物の少なくとも片面にコーティングが施されており、前記コーティングが、シリコーン系、ウレタン系、アクリル系、ゴム系またはそれらの共重合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種からなる樹脂をコーティングしてなるものであることを特徴とするエアバッグ用織物。 - 前記織物において、カバーファクターが1700~2600の範囲内である、請求項1に記載のエアバッグ用織物。
- カレンダー加工が施されてなる、請求項1または請求項2に記載のエアバッグ用織物。
- コーティングされた樹脂の塗布量が15~25g/m2の範囲内である、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のエアバッグ用織物。
- JIS L1096-1990 6.19.1A法で測定した剛軟度が経・緯ともに90mm以下である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のエアバッグ用織物。
- JIS L1096-1990 6.12.1A法に基づき、織物幅3cm、引張つかみ間隔15cm、引張速度200mm/minで引っ張った時の破断伸度(経・緯平均)が15%以上である、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のエアバッグ用織物。
