Abstract

Description

用于机动车的充电盖和/或油箱盖模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的充电盖和/或油箱盖模块,其用于容纳或者装配(Anlage)至少一个接口,所述接口用于为机动车侧的能量储存器充电和/或加油,并且所述充电盖和/或油箱盖模块用于固定至少一个具有照明器件的设备,所述设备既用于照亮充电盖和/或油箱盖模块也用于显示能量储存器的当前的充电水平和/或油箱液位。本发明还涉及一种设备,用于照亮充电盖和/或油箱盖模块并且用于显示能够借助充电盖和/或油箱盖模块充电和/或加油的能量储存器当前的充电水平和/或油箱液位。
背景技术
这种充电盖和/或油箱盖模块以及这种设备由DE 10 2011 114 075 A1已知。具体地,在该专利文献中主要描述了一种布置在油箱槽中的组合仪表,其环形地围绕油箱开口布置。在组合仪表中,用于照亮油箱槽的环形光源与用于显示油箱液位的显示器件相结合。显示器件由多个同样是环形地围绕油箱开口布置的发光二极管(LED)组成。
这种解决方案的缺点在于,由于用于照亮油箱槽的、环形地围绕油箱开口布置的光源,可能使操作者眩目。此外,组合仪表的构造非常占用空间。
在DE 10 2012 211 048 A1中描述了一种用于为能够电气驱动的机动车的充电存储器充电的充电设备。所述充电设备具有用于插入充电插头的耦连装置。为了照亮耦连装置,所述耦连装置由轮廓呈c形的光导体包围,光源的光线在所述光导体的c形边脚的端侧输入。光导体朝操作者的方向被遮盖,因此耦连装置通过从光导体射出的光线被间接地照亮。光导体既用作搜寻照明装置也用作针对充电存储器的充电状态的相应显示的指示灯。这种用于照亮耦连装置的解决方案也非常占用结构空间。
最后,DE 10 2011 108 817 A1还公开了一种用于电动交通运输工具的充电装置,其中,部段状的照明器件围绕充电插座这样排列,使得它们围绕充电插座形成封闭的环。照明器件一方面用于照亮充电插座,另一方面它们提供了一种标度,所述标度可以用于说明电动交通运输工具的电池的充电状态。
然而,由于用于照亮充电插座的光线的大面积和直接的照射,在此也可能使操作者眩目。照明同样要求许多结构空间和许多照明器件。
发明内容
在所述现有技术的背景下,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种用于机动车的充电盖和/或油箱盖模块,其能够高效地并且成本低廉地被照亮并且还可以给出关于机动车的能量储存器的充电水平和/或油箱液位的信息。
此外,本发明所要解决的技术问题还在于,提供一种用于照亮这种充电盖和/或油箱盖模块的适当的设备。
该技术问题按本发明通过如下的充电盖和/或油箱盖模块并且通过如下的设备解决。
首先从用于机动车的充电盖和/或油箱盖模块出发,所述充电盖和/或油箱盖模块设计用于容纳或者装配至少一个接口,所述接口用于为机动车侧的能量储存器充电和/或加油。所述充电盖和/或油箱盖模块也设计用于固定至少一个具有照明器件的设备,所述设备既用于照亮充电盖和/或油箱盖模块也用于显示机动车侧的能量储存器的当前的充电水平和/或油箱液位。
如果机动车指的是通过燃料传统地驱动的机动车,则接口设计为注入接管(可封闭的油箱开口)。如果机动车指的是可电驱动的机动车,则接口设计为充电插座。
但完全也可以考虑的是,充电盖和/或油箱盖模块具有多个接口。这例如可能是以下情况,即机动车指的是混合动力车。在这种情况下可以考虑的是,充电盖和/或油箱盖模块用于容纳或者装配传统的油箱开口并且同时也用于充电插座。存在两个设计不同的充电插座或者油箱开口也是可行的。
充电盖和/或油箱盖模块通常处于机动车的一侧,优选在后轮的区域中。与之不同地,充电盖和/或油箱盖模块当然也可以布置在机动车的其它位置上,例如机动车的前部区域或者尾部区域中。
本发明现在建议,所述充电盖和/或油箱盖模块具有至少一个第一开口和相邻于第一开口的第二开口。所述开口用于至少部分地容纳既照亮充电盖和/或油箱盖模块也显示当前的充电水平和/或油箱液位的设备。所述开口这样定向,使得安装好的设备发出或者能够发出的光线能够从第一开口朝操作者的方向射出并且从第二开口朝用于为能量储存器充电和/或加油的接口的方向射出。
以此方式实现了用于非常有效地照亮为能量储存器充电和/或加油的接口的前提条件。此外,这种解决方案也实现了非常紧凑的布置,尽管其确保了双重功能,即一方面形成用于接口的搜寻照明装置,并且另一方面光学地显示关于能量储存器的充电水平和/或油箱液位的信息。
在本发明的第一扩展设计中建议,所述第一开口和第二开口具有彼此成直角的面延伸部。这有利于能够以简单和紧凑的方式实现所述双重功能。
非常适宜的是,在本发明思想的一种有利的设计方案中,所述第一开口处于第一平面,用于容纳或者装配至少一个接口的另一开口处于第二平面。所述平面呈角度地相互面对。这有利于通过所述设备有效地照亮接口。这两个平面相互形成的角优选是钝角。所述角优选在大约120°至170°之间,特别优选在大约130°至160°之间。
相宜地,用于照亮充电盖和/或油箱盖模块并且用于显示当前的充电水平和/或油箱液位的设备由壳体形成,所述壳体可拆卸地与充电盖和/或油箱盖模块连接。由此使得充电盖和/或油箱盖模块的维护更容易并且可以降低维修情况中的成本。壳体优选可以与充电盖和/或油箱盖模块螺纹连接或者卡锁。由此能够在故障情况下特别简单地更换壳体。
按照另一扩展设计,所述充电盖和/或油箱盖模块可以由双部件构件形成。在这种情况下,用于设备的开口设计在双部件构件的硬质部件中,并且至少另一个用于容纳或者装配至少一个接口的开口设计在双部件构件的软质部件中。
以此方式一方面通过设备确保了照明和显示的稳定定向,另一方面可以在加油和/或充电过程中实现接口的补偿运动。
如本文开头提到的,通过本发明也应该保护一种设备。所述设备指的是用于照亮充电盖和/或油箱盖模块的设备。所述设备也用于显示能够借助充电盖和/或油箱盖模块充电和/或加油的机动车能量储存器的当前的充电水平和/或油箱液位。
在设备方面,本发明现在建议,所述设备由壳体形成,在所述壳体中容纳有至少两个照明器件。至少一个照明器件所产生或者能够产生的光线在透光的第一光射出区域处从壳体中射出。至少另一个照明器件所产生或者能够产生的光线在透光的第二光射出区域处从壳体射出。在此,第一光射出区域能够使光线沿与第二光射出区域不同的方向射出。
以此方式通过所述设备产生了用于在将设备装入充电盖和/或油箱盖模块时实现所述双重功能的基本前提。
所述设备可以通过以下方式进行扩展设计,即所述第一光射出区域的面延伸部垂直于第二光射出区域的面延伸部。以此方式能够更容易地实现所述双重功能并且有利于壳体的紧凑构造方式。
为了降低设备的结构设计耗费而建议,通过第二光射出区域从壳体射出的光线通过光导体从照明器件向光射出区域导引。由此尤其实现了,为了容纳至少两个照明器件只需要一个电路板,并且在此对于充电水平和/或油箱液位的显示,可以获得照明器件与光射出区域的充分距离,以便形成均匀的光辐射。特别优选地,光导体使输入到所述光导体中的光线转向90°。由此使设备最佳地与充电盖和/或油箱盖模块的光射出开口的定向适配。
客户对于其交通运输工具的品牌特有的个性化需求较高。这种需求可以通过以下方式被考虑到,即所述第一光射出区域被不透光的层覆盖,并且所述层区域性地被这样去除,从而由此形成标志。所述标志例如可以是品牌特有的标识。如果光线透过设备的照明器件照射,则所述标识在加油或者充电过程中对于操作者来说可以明显地看到。
为了确保壳体的可简单更换性而建议,设有用于可拆卸地与充电盖和/或油箱盖模块固定的固定器件。所述固定器件例如可以设计为螺纹孔或者卡锁器件。与之对应地,充电盖和/或油箱盖模块可以配有相应的螺钉头或者配合卡锁器件。
为了轻易地并且不复杂地将设备与机动车的电气设备电连接,所述壳体优选具有至少一个用于与插塞连接器连接的插塞接头。通过所述插塞连接一方面可以获得用于运行照明器件的电能,并且另一方面可以获得向传感器或者能量管理装置的信号流,由此检测或者监控交通运输工具侧的能量储存器的充电水平或者油箱液位。
最后,本发明也应该保护一种机动车,所述机动车具有至少一个按照本发明的充电盖和/或油箱盖模块。

具体实施方式
在图1中可以看出用于可电驱动的机动车的充电盖模块1。充电盖模块1大部分由槽状的或者盆状的双部件构件10构成,所述双部件构件具有硬质部件11和与之连接的软质部件13。硬质部件11例如可以由硬质塑料、优选聚丙烯(PP)制成。对于软质部件13优选可以使用橡胶状的塑料、例如热塑性弹性体(TPE)。
在软质部件13中开设中央开口14。所述中央开口14用于露出从后方安设在软质部件13上的交通运输工具侧的接口200,所述接口用于为在此未详细示出的机动车的能量储存器充电。在本实施例中,接口200设计为充电插座。
与本实施例不同地,根据机动车的设计也可以考虑的是,接口200设计为油箱注入接管。同样可以考虑不同地设计的接口的组合。
充电盖模块1具有可电控的锁定元件15,所述锁定元件用于锁定在此未详细示出的、遮盖充电盖模块1的遮盖罩。
在锁定元件15上方,在双部件构件10的边缘区域中,在硬质部件11中开设有长条形开口16。与所述开口16直接相邻地在硬质部件11中存在第二开口17。
开口16和17用于部分地容纳设备100,所述设备还将在之后详细描述。
设备100一方面用于照亮接口200,另一方面用于为操作者显示充电状态。
由附图可以看出,硬质部件11设计为框架状并且在边缘区域中稳定软质部件13。通过较大的开口12,硬质部件11露出了软质部件13的大部分及其开口14以及装配(或称为支撑)在开口14上的接口200。
图2示出设备100的单独视图。所述设备具有壳体101,所述壳体具有上部部件101a和下部部件101b。所述上部部件101a例如可以与下部部件101b夹紧或者粘接。
上部部件101a具有长条形的、轮廓呈卵状的光射出区域102。光射出区域102在设备100的安装位置中填充硬质部件11内的所述开口16(也参见图1)。因此,所产生的光线朝操作者的方向射出。光射出区域102用作充电状态显示。
光射出区域102通过梯段104过渡为光射出区域103,所述光射出区域103大致垂直于光射出区域102定向。这还将在之后详细描述。
壳体101的下部部件101b配有固定器件105,所述固定器件用于将设备100可拆卸地固定在充电盖模块1的硬质部件11上。
如可以看出的那样,设备100的轮廓具有长条形形状,其对置的端部通过固定器件105形成。固定器件105具有开口106,所述开口用于使固定螺栓穿过,借助所述固定螺栓可以将设备100固定在硬质部件11的固定突起结构(Befestigungsdome)上(不可见)。
下部部件101b最终过渡为插塞接头107。所述插塞接头107用于插入机动车侧的插塞连接器(未显示)并且因此用于确保能量供应以及适当的信号传递。
由图3在开口16和17的区域中还稍微放大地示出双部件构件10。在此可以特别清楚地看出,设备100如何在安装状态中部分地伸入开口16和17中。由此能够非常有效地并且以紧凑的方式方法通过开口16实现充电状态显示,并且借助开口17确保朝向开口14或者朝向接口200(在此未显示)的直接照明。
开口16和17相对于开口14倾斜。以此方式能够优化在开口14的区域中的照明。
这可以特别好地在图4中看出,图4原理性地显示了有利的几何设计方案。
由此可以看出,开口16在硬质部件11中具有处于第一平面E1中的面延伸部F1。第二开口17具有面延伸部F2,所述面延伸部F2相对于平面E1具有大约90°的角α,也就是大约垂直于平面E1地定向。
开设在软质部件13中的开口14具有处于平面E2中的面延伸部F3。平面E1和E2以角β相互指向,其中,角β优选是钝角。角β优选在大约120°至170°之间,特别优选在大约130°至160°之间。
换而言之,平面E1和E2这样定向,使得垂直于开口17的面延伸部F2的面法线18同样以角β落到平面E2或者开口14的面延伸部F3上。
根据图5简略画出设备100’的实施形式,其显示了照明器件在设备100’的壳体101中的可行的布置。
在此可以看出,在壳体101中容纳有第一电路板108,其具有两个照明器件110和111。第二电路板109垂直于电路板108定向并且具有另一个照明器件112。照明器件110至112优选设计为发光二极管,特别优选设计为RGB发光二极管。所述RGB发光二极管可以根据控制发出任意颜色的光线。
设备100’的壳体101也具有透明的第一光射出区域102和透明的第二光射出区域103,第一光射出区域具有面延伸部F4,第二光射出区域具有面延伸部F5。面延伸部F4和F5优选以直角α彼此定向。
照明器件110和111的光线在光射出区域102处向外射出,照明器件112的光线在光射出区域103处向外射出。
所示的划分为两个电路板108和109的布局不只实现了沿两个不同方向的光照射,也能够保持电路板108与光射出区域102的特定距离a。这是必需的,以避免针对操作者的所谓热点(点状的光外观)并且实现用于充电状态显示的均匀的光外观。这对于照明器件112的光线L不是必需的,因为所述光线只用于接口200的搜寻照明并且在设备100’的安装位置中,光射出区域103对于操作者不直接可见。
在图6中可以看出针对优选的设备100的类似的原理视图。在这种解决方案中使用光导体114。以此方式能够将所有三个照明器件110、111和112布置在唯一的电路板113上。这有利于设备100的紧凑和简单的构造方式。
在这种优选的解决方案中,光射出区域102和103的面延伸部F4和F5也以直角α彼此定向。
照明器件110和111的光线L必要时在会聚之后通过光学元件(未示出)从光射出区域102射出。而照明器件112的光线L在端侧的光输入面114a处进入光导体114,在所述光导体中被转向大约90度并且在同样处于端侧的光输出部位114b处又从光导体114射出并且最终从光射出区域103射出。
在图7中现在更详细地描述设备100。
可以看出,光导体114具有大致呈女鞋的形状,具有鞋跟状的部分114c和前部部分114d。
所述部分114c实现了真正的光线导引,用于将从照明器件112发出的光线从光输入面114a导引至光输出面114b。在所述视图中可以清楚地看出,光射出区域103的轮廓(从上方观察)设计为半圆状,具有在附图中竖直的面延伸部F5和水平的、半圆状的面延伸部F6。
而光导体114的已经提到的前部部分114d只用于“收集”由照明器件110和111发出的光线。所述光线基本上笔直地穿过部分114d朝光射出区域102的方向导引。
由图8和图9可以看出,设备100的光射出区域102可以配设有不透光的层115。在所述层115中这样开设透光的区域116,使得在对光射出区域102的俯视图中形成标志S(在之前的附图中未示出)。
标志S优选是品牌标志并且用于为操作者实现充电盖模块1的品牌特有的个性化。
最后,图10示出可电驱动的机动车K,所述机动车配有按照本发明的充电盖模块1。
充电盖模块1通过或者可以通过遮盖罩2遮盖。
借助充电盖模块1可以通过插入未示出的充电插头为机动车侧的、形式为牵引用电池的能量储存器3充电。能量储存器3的电能用于为驱动电机4提供电能。
充电盖模块1或者设备100(如接口200)导电地或者在信号技术上与能量管理装置5连接。所述能量管理装置5在能量储存器3充电时用于实现正确的能量管理,例如充电电流的高度。此外,能量管理装置5用于根据能量储存器3的当前充电状态控制设备100。设备100与车载电池6导电连接。
充电过程现在可以示例性地如下进行:
在机动车K解锁并且打开遮盖罩2之后,首先这样控制设备100的照明器件110至112,使得它们发出白光,尤其是白色的持续光线。以此方式通过开口17实现对接口200的最佳搜寻照明。操作者由此可以快速地定位接口200并且将充电插头插入接口200中。
在插入充电插头并且开始充电过程之后,由照明器件110至112发出的光线L(例如参见图7)的颜色转换为绿色。此外,闪烁地发出光线L,以便向操作者说明正在开始的或者还在持续的充电状态。
如果通过能量管理装置5确定能量储存器3充满电了,则这样控制设备100,从而由照明器件110至112显示绿色的持续光线。
如果在充电过程期间出现故障,则这样控制设备100,使得照明器件110至112发出红色的持续光线或者闪烁光线。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于机动车(K)的充电盖和/或油箱盖模块(1),其用于容纳或者装配至少一个接口(200),所述接口用于为机动车侧的能量储存器(3)充电和/或加油,并且所述充电盖和/或油箱盖模块(1)用于固定至少一个具有照明器件(110、111、112)的设备(100、100’),所述设备既用于照亮充电盖和/或油箱盖模块(1)也用于显示能量储存器(3)的当前的充电水平和/或油箱液位,其特征在于,所述充电盖和/或油箱盖模块(1)具有至少一个第一开口(16)和相邻于第一开口的第二开口(17),其中,开口(16、17)用于至少部分地容纳设备(100、100’)并且这样定向,使得安装好的设备(100、100’)发出或者能够发出的光线(L)能够从第一开口(16)朝操作者的方向射出并且从第二开口(17)朝用于为能量储存器(3)充电和/或加油的接口(200)的方向射出。

6.一种设备(100、100’),用于照亮按前述权利要求之一设计的充电盖和/或油箱盖模块(1)并且用于显示能够借助充电盖和/或油箱盖模块(1)充电和/或加油的能量储存器(3)的当前的充电水平和/或油箱液位,其特征在于,所述设备(100、100’)由壳体(101)形成,在所述壳体中容纳有至少两个照明器件(110、111、112),其中,至少一个照明器件(110、111)所产生或者能够产生的光线(L)在透光的第一光射出区域(102)处从壳体(101)中射出,并且至少另一个照明器件(112)所产生或者能够产生的光线(L)在透光的第二光射出区域(103)处从壳体(101)射出,并且其中,第一光射出区域(102)能够使光线(L)沿与第二光射出区域(103)不同的方向射出。
7.按权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一光射出区域(102)的面延伸部(F4)垂直于第二光射出区域(103)的面延伸部(F5)。
8.按前述权利要求6至7之一所述的设备,其特征在于,通过第二光射出区域(103)从壳体(101)射出的光线(L)通过光导体(114)从照明器件(112)向光射出区域(103)导引。
9.按权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述光导体(114)使输入的光线(L)转向90°。
10.按前述权利要求6至9之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一光射出区域(102)被不透光的层(115)覆盖,其中所述层(115)区域性地被去除,从而由此形成标志(S)。
11.按前述权利要求6至10之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述壳体(101)具有用于可拆卸地与充电盖和/或油箱盖模块(1)固定的固定器件(105)。
12.按前述权利要求6至11之一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述壳体(101)具有至少一个用于与插塞连接器连接的插塞接头(107)。
13.一种机动车(K),其特征在于至少一个按前述权利要求1至5之一所述的充电盖和/或油箱盖模块(1)。
