Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架,包括安装板、车架和橡胶减震垫,所述安装板的底部两侧焊接有支撑板,所述支撑板的下部内侧安装有用于安装变速箱的变速箱安装装置,所述安装板的上端固定有横梁,所述车架的内侧安装有三角钢板,所述橡胶减震垫的底部通过钢板固定于三角钢板的上端,所述横梁的两侧下端安装于橡胶减震垫的上端,本发明通过橡胶减震垫和减震帽的设置,使得变速箱安装支架具有很好的减震效果好,从而保证变速箱正常可靠的工作,提高了其使用寿命,且各个零件之间的拆卸安装方便,有利于维修更换。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体为一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架。
背景技术
变速箱悬置作为动力总成的辅助支撑装置,保证变速箱正确姿态,保证在变速箱重力和其他载荷条件下的变形不超出允许范围,保证变速箱在车辆的极限工况下不发生超出允许范围的位移。同时悬置系统还应具有较好的抑制振动能力,避开可能的共振区域。
例如,一种新型变速箱辅助悬置装置的专利中,通过在横梁两端设置悬置软垫、在衡量的中部位置设置支架的方式来悬置变速箱。该技术方案的缺点在于,变速箱距离悬置软垫较远,不仅减震效果差,而且占用空间大。
现有变速箱安装支架直接采用支撑板固定安装,减震效果差,长此以往,影响变速箱正常可靠的工作和使用寿命,拆卸安装不便,不利于维修,为此,我们推出一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架,包括安装板、车架和橡胶减震垫,所述安装板的底部两侧焊接有支撑板,所述支撑板的下部内侧安装有用于安装变速箱的变速箱安装装置,所述安装板的上端固定有横梁,所述车架的内侧安装有三角钢板,所述橡胶减震垫的底部通过钢板固定于三角钢板的上端,所述横梁的两侧下端安装于橡胶减震垫的上端。
优选的,所述支撑板的内侧设有滑接槽,所述变速箱安装装置的两侧设有滑接凸起,所述滑接凸起滑接于滑接槽的内部。
优选的,所述变速箱安装装置的上端设有凹槽,所述凹槽的拐角处设有用于安装弹簧的弹簧安装槽,所述弹簧的上端套接有减震帽。
优选的,所述弹簧安装槽的两侧设有滑槽,所述减震帽的下端连接有滑接板,所述滑接板的两端滑接于滑槽。
优选的,所述支撑板之间连接焊接有加强筋。
优选的,所述橡胶减震垫的内腔设有通孔,所述通孔内部设有螺纹管,所述螺纹管的底部螺接有第一螺栓,所述第一螺栓贯穿三角钢板和钢板,所述横梁的两侧下端通过第二螺栓与螺纹管固定,所述钢板通过螺钉固定于三角钢板的上端。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过减震帽的设置,再通过弹簧对减震帽的弹力作用,起到对变速箱的减震作用,橡胶减震垫起到对横梁的减震作用,进而提高变速箱的抗震性,使得变速箱安装支架具有很好的减震效果好,从而保证变速箱正常可靠的工作,提高了其使用寿命,且横梁和安装板,变速箱安装装置和支撑板之间的拆卸安装方便,有利于维修更换。

请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架,包括安装板2、车架7和橡胶减震垫6,所述安装板2的底部两侧焊接有支撑板9,概支撑板9是焊接在安装板2的对称轴上,所述支撑板9的下部内侧安装有用于安装变速箱4的变速箱安装装置5,所述安装板2的上端固定有横梁1,横梁1是通过螺栓与安装板2连接的;所述车架7的内侧安装有三角钢板8,所述橡胶减震垫6的底部通过钢板11固定于三角钢板8的上端,所述横梁1的两侧下端安装于橡胶减震垫6的上端,横梁1为包括一个顶板和往下弯曲的环形侧板,环形侧板的顶部与顶板固定,环形侧板呈一个底部开口大,顶部开口小的喇叭形。
进一步的,所述支撑板9的内侧设有滑接槽91,所述变速箱安装装置5的两侧设有滑接凸起51,所述滑接凸起51滑接于滑接槽91的内部,通过滑接凸起51滑接于滑接槽91的内部的设置,便于变速箱安装装置5与支撑板9的快速定位,便于安装。
进一步的,所述变速箱安装装置5的上端设有凹槽52,所述凹槽52的拐角处设有用于安装弹簧55的弹簧安装槽54,所述弹簧55的上端套接有减震帽53,通过减震帽53的设置,再通过弹簧55对减震帽53的弹力作用,起到对变速箱4的减震作用。
进一步的,所述弹簧安装槽54的两侧设有滑槽57,所述减震帽53的下端连接有滑接板56,所述滑接板56的两端滑接于滑槽57,通过滑接板56的两端滑接于滑槽57的设置,使得减震帽53在上下移动减震过程中,移动平顺。
进一步的,所述支撑板9之间连接焊接有加强筋3,通过加强筋3的设置,提高支撑板9之间连接牢固性。
进一步的,所述橡胶减震垫6的内腔设有通孔10,所述通孔10内部设有螺纹管14,所述螺纹管14的底部螺接有第一螺栓13,所述第一螺栓13贯穿三角钢板8和钢板11,所述横梁1的两侧下端通过第二螺栓12与螺纹管14固定,所述钢板11通过螺钉固定于三角钢板8的上端,通过第一螺栓13和第二螺栓12的设置,使得横梁1、橡胶减震垫6和三角钢板8固定牢固。
具体的,使用时,通过变速箱安装装置5的设置,其滑接凸起51滑接于滑接槽91的内部的设置,便于变速箱安装装置5与支撑板9的快速定位,便于安装,通过减震帽53的设置,再通过弹簧55对减震帽53的弹力作用,起到对变速箱4的减震作用,通过滑接板56的两端滑接于滑槽57的设置,使得减震帽53在上下移动减震过程中,移动平顺,横梁1、橡胶减震垫6和三角钢板8连接安装,其中橡胶减震垫6起到对横梁1的减震作用,进而提高变速箱4的抗震性。

1.一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架,包括安装板(2)、车架(7)和橡胶减震垫(6),其特征在于:所述安装板(2)的底部两侧焊接有支撑板(9),所述支撑板(9)的下部内侧安装有用于安装变速箱(4)的变速箱安装装置(5),所述安装板(2)的上端固定有横梁(1),所述车架(7)的内侧安装有三角钢板(8),所述橡胶减震垫(6)的底部通过钢板(11)固定于三角钢板(8)的上端,所述横梁(1)的两侧下端安装于橡胶减震垫(6)的上端;所述支撑板(9)的内侧设有滑接槽(91),所述变速箱安装装置(5)的两侧设有滑接凸起(51),所述滑接凸起(51)滑接于滑接槽(91)的内部;所述变速箱安装装置(5)的上端设有凹槽(52),所述凹槽(52)的拐角处设有用于安装弹簧(55)的弹簧安装槽(54),所述弹簧(55)的上端套接有减震帽(53)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架,其特征在于:所述弹簧安装槽(54)的两侧设有滑槽(57),所述减震帽(53)的下端连接有滑接板(56),所述滑接板(56)的两端滑接于滑槽(57)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架,其特征在于:两组所述支撑板(9)之间连接焊接有加强筋(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车变速箱后悬置支架,其特征在于:所述橡胶减震垫(6)的内腔设有通孔(10),所述通孔(10)内部设有螺纹管(14),所述螺纹管(14)的底部螺接有第一螺栓(13),所述第一螺栓(13)贯穿三角钢板(8)和钢板(11),所述横梁(1)的两侧下端通过第二螺栓(12)与螺纹管(14)固定,所述钢板(11)通过螺钉固定于三角钢板(8)的上端。
