23 parts of humus soil, 23 parts of vegetable garden soil, 3 parts of loess, 2 parts of ternary compound fertilizer, 15 parts of vermiculite, 20 parts of rice bran and 3 parts of river sand.

the radix tetrastigme plant is a young tender radix tetrastigme plant with roots and leaves just growing after the cutting seedling is carried out for 30-40 days;
the planting pot is a wooden barrel with the diameter of 12-15 cm and the depth of 20-25 cm, and the side surface of the barrel is drilled with a hole diameter of 50-100 mm or less; the middle part of the barrel also comprises a partition plate with the thickness of 1cm and the diameter completely same as that of the barrel, the barrel is divided into an upper part and a lower part on average, and 8-12 pore diameters with the diameter less than or equal to 1cm are drilled on the partition plate;
