天线线圈
在无触点或无接触芯片卡中,在芯片卡上或内部至少安排一个天线线圈,通过它向半导体芯片提供能量或从和向芯片传输数据。
以前制造这样的天线线圈的概念是设想使用漆绝缘的铜线绕制这样的天线线圈。它也建议了例如通过厚膜技术直接在芯片卡的塑料骨架上装上天线线圈(作为平面化的线圈)。
在印刷品“日本专利摘要,第七卷,第33期(E-157),1983年2月9日和JP,A,57 186802(KOUON DENPA),1982年11月17日”和“日本专利摘要,第9卷,第189期(E-333),1983年2月9日和JP,A,60 057703(MATSUSHITA),1985年4月3日”中公开了天线线圈,它的绕组由安排在一个柔韧的不导电的带状载体上的窄的平行的导电轨道以下面方式构成的;各个导电轨道的第一个端和相邻的导电轨道的第二个端电导通相连,其中,第一个导电轨道的第一个端与最后一条导电轨道的第二个端作为天线线圈的接头。

本发明的任务是给出一种天线线圈;制造这种线圈简单、成本适当并且容易实现自动化,同时在与一个半导体芯片连接中容易使用,并具有较小的结构高度。
此任务是这样完成的,一种特别适用于无触点芯片的天线线圈,它的线圈由安排在一个柔性的、不导电的带状载体上的窄的平行的导电轨道以下面方式构成:各个导电轨道的第一个端与相邻轨道的第二端相连且电导通,其中第一条导电轨道的第一端和最后一条导电轨道的第二端构成线圈接头,其特征在于,带状载体有弯曲,因此在导电轨道连接结束后,带状载体构成一多边形,其中各弯曲大约为180°度,因此,天线线圈大约位于同一平面上。在实施例描述部分中给出有益的另外的构造。
符合本发明的天线线圈的一个特别优点是由在自由的市场上买得到的预先提供了导电轨道的带状载体,例如Mylar平面带状载体(=Dupont)制造这种天线线圈。这些带状载体仅需裁剪成正确的长度和宽度并且首先形成一个长方形线圈。当然,它也可以是另一种类型的多边形,例如三角形。
在这里,天线线圈的形状看上去是这样的,带状载体的一部分相对于带状载体的另一部分主要以90°的角度弯曲,这里,两部分基本上将位于同一平面。这种弯曲一直进行到带状载体的两端相互面对或相互重合。带状导体的端被去绝缘并且然后在暴露的导电轨道上例如镀锡和相互焊接。这时,第一条导电轨道的第二端和第二条导电轨道的第一端相连,第二条导电轨道的第二端和第三导电轨道的第一端相连,等等。只有第一条导电轨道的第一端和最后一条导电轨道的第二端空闲,它们被用作天线线圈的接头。
这种过程可以容易地实现自动化并且因此获得可靠的可再生的线圈值例如质量。因为尽管带状载体的柔韧性,但它还具有一定的基本的刚度,所以容易处理一个与半导体芯片适配的已完成的天线线圈,也就是说它容易运输或在芯片片中安装。
在天线线圈的形状形成时,带状载体有利地绕过一个平面支撑骨架的倾斜的角,所以一个更好的处理是可能的。

图1介绍了一个柔性的、不导电的并且在它上面具有导电轨道2的带状载体1的第一种可能实施形式的横截面。例如可以使用Malay-聚脂薄膜作为带状载体1的材料。在这些基本材料上,通过压制技术获得导电轨道。图2和图3介绍了带状载体的另一种实施形式,其中这里调整了带状载体1上的导电轨道2。图2中导电轨道2象图1一样同样是长方形截面,然而在图3中所示的导电轨道2是一圆形截面。
图4介绍了一个已完全成形的天线线圈3。带状载体1具有四个弯曲5。因此,带状载体的各部分例如在同一平面内大约相互垂直。导电轨道2的终端去掉绝缘层并且以下面方式相互连接:第一条导电轨道的第二端和第二条轨道的第一端相连,而第二条导电轨道的第二端与第三导电轨道的第一端相连。第一条导电轨道的第一端和第三条即最后一条导电轨道的第二端构成天线线圈3的接头4。

Claims (5)

1.特别适用于无触点芯片的天线线圈,它的线圈由安排在一个柔性的、不导电的带状载体(1)上的窄的平行的导电轨道(2)以下面方式构成:各个导电轨道(2)的第一个端与相邻轨道(2)的第二端相连且电导通,其中第一条导电轨道的第一端和最后一条导电轨道的第二端构成线圈接头(4),其特征在于,带状载体(1)有弯曲(5),因此在导电轨道(2)连接结束后,带状载体构成一多边形,其中各弯曲大约为180°度,因此,天线线圈大约位于同一平面上。
2.根据权利要求1的天线线圈,其特征在于,在带状载体(1)上嵌入导电轨道(2)。
3.根据权利要求1的天线线圈,其特征在于,导电轨道(2)大约有一个长方形截面。
4.根据权利要求1的天线线圈,其特征在于,在一个平面的、不导电的支撑骨架(6)上安排带状载体(1)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一个的天线线圈,其特征在于,带状载体(1)的弯曲(5)绕过基本是长方形的平面的支撑骨架(6)的斜角。
