技术领域
本发明涉及一种面条,具体是指一种红薯保健面条。
背景技术
面条起源于中国,已有四千多年的制作食用历史。面条是一种制作简单,食用方便,营养丰富,即可主食又可快餐的健康保健食品。早已为世界人民所接受与喜爱,面条一种用谷物或豆类的面粉加水磨成面团,之后或者压或擀制或抻成片再切或压,或者使用搓、拉、捏等手段,制成条状(或窄或宽,或扁或圆)或小片状,最后经煮、炒、烩、炸而成的一种食品,随着社会的发展,人民的生活水平越来越高,人民对于食物的要求越来越高,红薯富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,有“长寿食品”之誉。含糖量达到15%-20%。有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥等功效,但现有的红薯面条原料过于局限,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种红薯保健面条,它的重量份数组成为:红薯20~30份、小麦粉40~50份、玉米粉40~50份、青稞粉20~30份、绿豆粉10~25份、花生粉10~25份、糯米粉10~20份、大蒜2~5份、芦荟5~10份、人参叶1~3份、车前子2~6份、黄芪2~6份、三七1~3分、芝麻叶2~4份、肉桂2~4份、食盐3~5份。
作为改进,红薯22~28份、小麦粉43~48份、玉米粉42~48份、青稞粉22~28份、绿豆粉12~22份、花生粉12~22份、糯米粉12~18份、大蒜2~4份、芦荟5~8份、人参叶1~2份、车前子2~5份、黄芪3~5份、三七1~2分、芝麻叶2~3份、肉桂2~3份、食盐3~4份。

(2)将小麦粉、玉米粉、青稞粉、绿豆粉、花生粉、糯米粉混合匀,并放入铁锅内翻炒至八成熟,并过200目筛备用。
(3)将芦荟、人参叶、车前子、黄芪、三七、芝麻叶、肉桂加水文火煎煮30~40分钟,过滤药渣,取中药滤液,将芦荟榨取芦荟汁,将大蒜碾压成泥,备用;
(4)将步骤(2)处理后的小麦粉、玉米粉、青稞粉、绿豆粉、花生粉、糯米粉加入步骤(3)制得的中药滤液、芦荟汁、大蒜泥的加水混合进行和面20~30分钟,再将制得的面团静置30分钟后加工称面条即可。
本发明中红薯:富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,有“长寿食品”之誉。含糖量达到15%-20%。有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥等功效,明代李时珍《本草纲目》记有“甘薯补虚,健脾开胃,强肾阴”,并说海中之人食之长寿,中医视红薯为良药。
小麦粉:甘,温,补虚;久食,实人肤体,浓肠胃,强气力(藏器);养气,补不足,助五脏(《日华》);水调服,治人中暑,马病肺热(宗);敷痈肿损伤,散血止痛;生食,利大肠;水调服,止鼻衄吐血(时珍)。
玉米粉:玉米的营养成分比较全面,一般含蛋白质8.5%、脂肪4.3%、糖类73.2%、钙0.022%、磷.21%、铁0.0016%,还含有胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2和尼克酸以及谷固醇、卵磷脂、维生素E、赖氨酸等;玉米中所含谷胱甘肽其有杭癌作用,它可与人体内多种致癌物质结合,能使这些物质失去致癌性;玉米中所含纤维素是一种不能为人体吸收的碳水化合物,可降低人的肠道内致癌物质的浓度,并减少分泌毒素的腐质在肠道内的积累,从而减少结肠癌和直肠癌的发病率;玉米中所含木质素,可使人体内的“巨噬细胞”的活力提高2~3倍,从而抑制癌瘤的发生;玉米中还含大量的矿物质镁,食物中的镁具有明显的防癌效果。日本遗传学家确认:玉来糠可使二硝基茂致癌物质及煎烤鱼、肉时形成的杂环胺的诱癌变作用降低92%。
青稞粉:性平、味咸,归脾经、胃经、大肠经,含有蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、维生素B具有补脾养胃、益气止泻、壮筋益力、除湿发汗的功效。
绿豆粉:绿豆的药理作用为降血脂、降胆固醇、抗过敏、抗菌、抗肿瘤、增强食欲、保肝护肾;绿豆粉有显著降脂作用,绿豆中含有一种球蛋白和多糖,能促进动物体内胆固醇在肝脏分解成胆酸,加速胆汁中胆盐分泌和降低小肠对胆固醇的吸收;绿豆的有效成分具有抗过敏作用,可辅助治疗荨麻疹等过敏反应。绿豆对葡萄球菌有抑制作用。绿豆中所含蛋白质、磷脂均有兴奋神经,增进食欲的功能。绿豆含丰富胰蛋白酶抑制剂,可以保护肝脏,减少蛋白分解,减少氮质血症,因而保护肾脏。
花生粉:性甘,平,生研用下痰,炒熟用开胃醒脾,滑肠,干咳者宜餐,滋燥润火。
糯米粉:糯米性甘平,能温暖脾胃,补益中气.对脾胃虚寒、食欲不佳、腹胀腹泻有一定缓解作用,故古语有“糯米粥为温养胃气妙品”,糯米有收涩作用,对尿频盗汗有较好的食疗效果。
大蒜:性温,辛、甘,能解毒杀虫,消肿止痛,止泻止痢,治肺,驱虫,此外还有温脾暖胃。治痈疽肿毒,白秃癣疮,痢疾泄泻,肺痨顿咳,蛔虫蛲虫,饮食积滞,脘腹冷痛,水肿胀满。
芦荟:性味:苦,寒,能杀菌作用,抗炎作用,湿润美容作用,健胃下泄作用,强心活血作用,免疫和再生作用,免疫与抗肿瘤作用,解毒作用,抗衰老作用,镇痛、镇静作用,防晒作用。
人参叶:苦、甘、寒。归肺、胃经。能补气,益肺,祛暑,生津。用于气虚咳嗽,暑热烦躁,津伤口渴,头目不清,四肢倦乏。
车前子:味甘,寒,入肾、膀胱经。能利水,清热,明目,祛痰。治小便不通,淋浊,带下,尿血,暑湿泻痢,咳嗽多痰,湿痹,目赤障翳。
黄芪:味甘,微温,归肺、脾、肝、肾经。黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。能消除实验性肾炎蛋白尿,增强心肌收缩力,调节血糖含量。黄芪不仅能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,提高免疫功能,而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。
三七:甘、微苦,温。归肝、胃经。能散瘀止血,消肿定痛。主要用于咯血,吐血,衄血,便血,崩漏,外伤出血,胸腹刺痛,跌扑肿痛。
芝麻叶:芝麻叶性平、味苦;具有滋养肝、肾、润燥滑肠功能;能治疗肝、肾虚、头眩、病后脱发、津枯血燥、大便秘结等;
肉桂:主补元阳,暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉。治命门火衰,肢冷脉微,亡阳虚脱,腹痛泄泻,寒疝奔豚,腰膝冷痛,经闭症瘕,阴疽,流注,及虚阳浮越,上热下寒。
本发明根据营养学、中药学理论,在考虑食用口感的同时加入中药材料,使得制作完成的面条可全面提供机体所需能量,又具有抗癌、养气、补脾、养胃、抗菌、降脂、清热、明目、利尿等功效,本发明配方合理,营养全面,增强了面条的保健效果。

(1)将红薯均匀的切成若干小块并放入锅内隔水蒸熟,然后按压成泥状,制得红薯泥;
(2)将小麦粉、玉米粉、青稞粉、绿豆粉、花生粉、糯米粉混合匀,并放入铁锅内翻炒至八成熟,并过200目筛备用。
(3)将芦荟、人参叶、车前子、黄芪、三七、芝麻叶、肉桂加水文火煎煮30~40分钟,过滤药渣,取中药滤液,将芦荟榨取芦荟汁,将大蒜碾压成泥,备用;

其制备方法包括如下步骤:

其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将红薯均匀的切成若干小块并放入锅内隔水蒸熟,然后按压成泥状,制得红薯泥;
(2)将小麦粉、玉米粉、青稞粉、绿豆粉、花生粉、糯米粉混合匀,并放入铁锅内翻炒至八成熟,并过200目筛备用。
