本发明公开了一种润肠通便面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:粳米40-50、赤小豆40-50、扁豆30-40、小麦淀粉25-35、老鹤草1-2、罗布麻1-2、牛夕1-2、寮刁竹2-3、番薯20-30、蜂蜜15-20、松子仁20-30、海带25-30、韭菜15-20、陈醋10-12、猪大肠20-25、食品改良剂1-2、水适量;本发明的面条,采用粳米、赤小豆、扁豆作为主原料,赤小豆具有良好的润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。扁豆有健脾、和中、益气、化湿、消暑之功效。番薯具有补脾益气、宽肠通便、生津止渴的作用。韭菜具有增进食欲、保暖、健胃、促进胃肠蠕动、散瘀、活血、解毒的作用。

本发明涉及一种食品及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种润肠通便面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
如今,便秘是临床常见症状,症状轻重不一,有很大一部分人没有重视便秘的情况,认为便秘不是病,不用治疗,但实际上便秘对我们的身体有着很大的危害。长时间的便秘不仅会使我们的皮肤变差,还会产生一些病症,有的甚至是不可治愈的病症。所以,及早的发现并治愈是十分必要的,大大减轻便秘带来的严重后果,改善生活质量,减轻社会和家庭负担。目前市场上出现了很多治疗便秘的药物,但是鉴于这些药物在润肠通便的同时也会产生副作用,且具有润肠通便作用的食品效果很慢,目前,最好治疗便秘的方法就是通过食疗的手段,从人们的日常饮食着手,是比较可靠的实施方案。面条是人们普遍的饮食,本发明的面条,是一种无副作用,纯天然,并且具有润肠通便功能的营养保健面条,存在着大量的需求。

本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种润肠通便面条及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
面条由下列重量份的原料制成:粳米40-50、赤小豆40-50、扁豆30-40、小麦淀粉25-35、老鹤草1-2、罗布麻1-2、牛夕1-2、寮刁竹2-3、番薯20-30、蜂蜜15-20、松子仁20-30、海带25-30、韭菜15-20、陈醋10-12、猪大肠20-25、食品改良剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品改良剂由下列重量份的原料制成:青豆30-40、金枪鱼肉20-30、释迦果20-25、黑蒜15-20、火龙果皮10-15、九仙草4-5、柿蒂5-6、罗汉果叶3-4、竹茹3-4、黑皮根4-5、瓜子金5-6、白及5-6、小麦胚芽油1-2、水适量;制备方法是将九仙草、柿蒂、罗汉果叶、竹茹、黑皮根、瓜子金、白及加入适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤掉沉渣,再与青豆混合加热煮沸后研磨成浆;将黑蒜、火龙果皮烘干研磨成粉,加入小麦胚芽油后与金枪鱼肉混合搅拌均匀,放入蒸笼中蒸熟,烘干,研磨成粉;将取释迦果的果肉打成果汁;将所得的青豆浆、鱼粉、果汁以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将粳米、赤小豆、扁豆加入洗净后加水研磨成浆,喷雾干燥,得杂粮粉,备用;
(2)将老鹤草、罗布麻、牛夕、寮刁竹与猪大肠混合后加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,取出猪大肠烘干后研磨成粉,得肠粉,备用;
(3)将番薯蒸熟后捣成泥状与蜂蜜混合,搅拌均匀,得番薯泥,备用;
(4)将海带、韭菜加入陈醋中浸泡10-12小时,取出与松子仁一起放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉,得混合粉,备用;
(5)将步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的肠粉、步骤3的番薯泥、步骤4的混合粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。
本发明的有益效果:

下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:粳米45、赤小豆45、扁豆35、小麦淀粉30、老鹤草1、罗布麻1、牛夕1、寮刁竹2、番薯25、蜂蜜1 7、松子仁25、海带27、韭菜18、陈醋11、猪大肠23、食品改良剂1、水适量;
所述食品改良剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:青豆35、金枪鱼肉25、释迦果23、黑蒜17、火龙果皮12、九仙草4、柿蒂5、罗汉果叶3、竹茹4、黑皮根4、瓜子金5、白及5、小麦胚芽油1、水适量;制备方法是将九仙草、柿蒂、罗汉果叶、竹茹、黑皮根、瓜子金、白及加入适量水煎煮1小时,滤掉沉渣,再与青豆混合加热煮沸后研磨成浆;将黑蒜、火龙果皮烘干研磨成粉,加入小麦胚芽油后与金枪鱼肉混合搅拌均匀,放入蒸笼中蒸熟,烘干,研磨成粉;将取释迦果的果肉打成果汁;将所得的青豆浆、鱼粉、果汁以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌25分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备方法的具体步骤如下:

(5)将步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的肠粉、步骤3的番薯泥、步骤4的混合粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。

1.一种润肠通便面条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:粳米40-50、赤小豆40-50、扁豆30-40、小麦淀粉25-35、老鹤草1-2、罗布麻1-2、牛夕1-2、寮刁竹2-3、番薯20-30、蜂蜜15-20、松子仁20-30、海带25-30、韭菜15-20、陈醋10-12、猪大肠20-25、食品改良剂1-2、水适量;

(2)将老鹤草、罗布麻、牛夕、寮刁竹与猪大肠混合后加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,取出猪大肠烘干后研磨成粉,得肠粉,备用;
(3)将番薯蒸熟后捣成泥状与蜂蜜混合,搅拌均匀,得番薯泥,备用;
