本发明公开了一种养胃健脾汤,由赤小豆、薏苡仁、茯苓、莲子、鸡内金、芡实、百合、麦麸、山药、小米、红枣、糙米和菊粉等原料混合研磨而成。配方完整,疗效确切,具有除湿、健脾、养胃、疏肝理气、加强肠胃蠕动、益肾化瘀、调营卫、养身心胃的功效,此配方具有纯天然、无毒无副作用等优点。

本发明涉及食品保健领域,特别是一种养胃健脾汤。
背景技术
现代人由于长期熬夜加上不良的饮食习惯以及过量抽烟喝酒等问题,出现了“生活越来越好,脾胃却越来越差”的问题。有统计显示,全球5亿胃病患者,中国就占1.2亿,是名副其实的“胃病大国”。中医里,提到胃就不能不说脾,脾胃是健康的“根”,如果脾胃功能受损,就会引发多种疾病,脾胃功能的强弱,直接关系到人体生命的盛衰。脾胃功能好,则人体营养充足,体格健壮;脾胃虚弱,则身体不佳,疾病丛生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种集除湿、健脾、养胃、疏肝、理气等保健功能于一体的纯天然、无毒副作用的养胃健脾汤。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种养胃健脾汤,由下列重量份的原料制成:赤小豆5-30份,薏苡仁10-35份,茯苓10-20份,莲子10-30份,鸡内金5-20份,芡实5-20份,百合10-20份,麦麸10-20份,山药5-35份,小米5-35份,红枣5-20份,糙米5-20份,菊粉5-10份。
制备本发明养胃健脾汤的原料优选重量配比范围是:赤小豆10-20份,薏苡仁10-20份,茯苓10-15份,莲子10-20份,鸡内金10-20份,芡实10-20份,百合10-20份,麦麸10-15份,山药10-35份,小米15-35份,红枣10-20份,糙米10-20份,菊粉5-10份。
制备本发明养胃健脾汤的原料最佳重量配比范围是:赤小豆20份,薏苡仁20份,茯苓10份,莲子10份,鸡内金10份,芡实15份,百合15份,麦麸10份,山药20份,小米20份,红枣15份,糙米15份,菊粉8份。
本发明配方中,赤小豆又称赤豆、饭赤豆、野赤豆、红小豆、红豆,味甘、酸、平、无毒。含淀粉、脂肪油、蛋白质、维生素(A、B、C)、植物皂素和铝、铜等矿物质。含多种营养成分,每100克红豆中含蛋白质21.7克、脂肪0.8克、碳水化合物60.7克,钙76毫克、磷386毫克、铁4.5毫克、硫胺素0.43毫克,核黄素0.16毫克、烟酸2.1毫克。红小豆蛋白质中赖氨酸含量较高;赤小豆能利水消肿、解毒排脓、清热祛湿、通利血脉;薏苡仁健脾,补肺,清热,利湿;茯苓菌核含β-茯苓聚糖约占干重93%和三萜类化合物乙酰茯苓酸、茯苓酸、3β-羟基羊毛甾三烯酸,具有渗湿利水,益脾和胃,宁心安神的功效;莲子具有养心,益肾,补脾的功效;鸡内金含胃激素、角蛋白等,具有消积滞,健脾胃的功效;芡实,具有固肾涩精,补脾止泄的功效;百合,具有养阴,清心,安神,润肺止咳的功效;麦麸,具有止汗泻,散瘀的功效;山药补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精;小米,益肾,除热,和中,解毒;红枣,养血,益气,调营卫;糙米,净化血液,镇静神经,健脾养胃;菊粉疏肝理气,摄入菊粉可有效降低血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),提高高密度脂蛋白/低密度脂蛋白比率,改善血脂状况,是一种天然的水溶性膳食纤维,几乎不能被胃酸水解和消化,只有在结肠被有益微生物利用,从而改善肠道环境。
本发明在祖传秘方的基础上,经过多例患者的服用与临床验证,不断总结经验,经总结和完善,配方比较完整,疗效确切,具有除湿、健脾、养胃、疏肝理气、加强肠胃蠕动、益肾化瘀、调营卫、养身心的功效,此配方具有纯天然、无毒无副作用等优点。

一种养胃健脾汤,由下列重量份的原料制成:赤小豆20份,薏苡仁25份,茯苓15份,莲子20份,鸡内金15份,芡实10份,百合15份,麦麸15份,山药20份,小米20份,红枣10份,糙米10份,菊粉6份。

一种养胃健脾汤,由下列重量份的原料制成:赤小豆20份,薏苡仁20份,茯苓10份,莲子10份,鸡内金10份,芡实15份,百合15份,麦麸10份,山药20份,小米20份,红枣15份,糙米15份,菊粉8份。
本发明提供的养胃健脾汤食用时,将各原料混合之后研磨成粉,冲服,每日服用3次,每次2g,三个月为一个周期。夏天食用效果最佳。
本发明经过临床验证,选择门诊病人100例食用本发明养胃健脾汤,其中男60例,女40例,量大年龄65岁,最小年龄27岁,每天食用3次,每次2g,三个月为一个疗程,临床表现为便秘、失眠、神经衰弱、慢性胃肠炎、腹胀、呕吐、消化不良、食欲不振,表1为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:
