本发明公开了一种谷物保健粉,由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米30-35、荞麦20-24、黑豆23-26、黑芝麻10-12、薏仁12-14、南瓜瓤6-9、八股绳1-2、桑寄生2-3、车前子1-2、菟丝子1-3、菠菜5-6、郁金香6-8、营养添加剂1-2,水适量。本发明的谷物保健粉,采用糯米、荞麦、黑豆、黑芝麻、薏仁等谷物作为原料,除了含有人体所需的营养成分外还含有叶酸,硒元素,维生素B等有益于心脏健康的元素,另外还富含对身体特特别有益的膳食纤维,不仅脂肪含量少,还有益于肠胃的健康,具有助消化的的作用。糯米有补虚、补血、健脾暖胃等作用。薏仁,有健脾、补肺、清热、利湿的作用。薏仁还有抗肿瘤、增强免疫力、降血糖等功效。此外,常吃还可以减少皱纹的产生。荞麦主要功效有开胃宽肠,下气消积,解湿热毒。黑芝麻主要功效有补肝肾,润五脏。

本发明涉及一种保健及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种谷物保健粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
民以食为天,而谷物是人体热能的主要来源,在我国的饮食习惯中,食物的一半以上都是来自于谷物。谷物不仅提供了淀粉这种主要的供能物质,还提供了蛋白质以及较多的B族维生素和矿物质。糯米味甘、性温。有补虚、补血、健脾暖胃等作用。适用于脾胃虚寒所致的反胃、食欲减少、泄泻和气虚引起的气短无力、妊娠腹坠胀等症,还有很好的收涩作用,对尿频、自汗有较好的食疗效果。薏仁,味甘淡,性微寒,有健脾、补肺、清热、利湿的作用。薏仁有抗肿瘤、增强免疫力、降血糖等功效。此外,常吃还可以减少皱纹的产生。荞麦味甘,性凉。入脾、胃、大肠经。主要功效有开胃宽肠,下气消积,解湿热毒。主治绞肠痧,肠胃积滞,慢性泄泻,噤口痢疾,赤游丹毒,痈疽发背,瘰疠,汤火灼伤。黑芝麻味甘,性平。入肝、肾经。 主要功效有补肝肾,润五脏。主治肝肾不足,虚风眩晕,风痹,瘫痪,大便燥结,病后虚羸,须发早白等病症。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种谷物保健粉及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
保健粉由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米30-35、荞麦20-24、黑豆23-26、黑芝麻10-12、薏仁12-14、南瓜瓤6-9、八股绳1-2、桑寄生2-3、车前子1-2、菟丝子1-3、菠菜5-6、郁金香6-8、营养添加剂1-2,水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉30-40、灵芝孢子粉1-2、葛根5-6、桂枝5-6、绞股蓝5-6、二色补血草1-2、苹果叶4-5、薰衣草2-3、蜜桶花5-6、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入灵芝孢子粉小火翻炒至薏仁油吸收;将葛根、桂枝、绞股蓝、二色补血草、苹果叶、薰衣草、蜜桶花加水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、灵芝孢子粉及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将糯米、荞麦、黑豆加1.5-2倍的水浸泡12个小时后,加热至水分蒸干,加入南瓜瓤一起捣成泥状,烘干后,研磨成杂粮粉;
(2)将黑芝麻、薏仁放入炒锅中,炒至有香味溢出,研磨成芝麻薏仁粉;
(3)将八股绳、桑寄生、车前子、菟丝子加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液,喷雾干燥,得中药粉;
(4)将菠菜、郁金香放入烤箱中,烤干后,研磨成粉,与步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的芝麻薏仁粉、步骤3的中药粉以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
本发明的有益效果:

具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:糯米35、荞麦21、黑豆23、黑芝麻12、薏仁13、南瓜瓤8、八股绳2、桑寄生2、车前子2、菟丝子2、菠菜5、郁金香7、营养添加剂2,水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:大麦苗粉35、灵芝孢子粉2、葛根5、桂枝5、绞股蓝6、二色补血草1、苹果叶4、薰衣草3、蜜桶花5、薏仁油1、糙米汤11、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入灵芝孢子粉小火翻炒至薏仁油吸收;将葛根、桂枝、绞股蓝、二色补血草、苹果叶、薰衣草、蜜桶花加水煎煮1小时,过滤得到药液;将所得药液、灵芝孢子粉及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
保健粉的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将糯米、荞麦、黑豆加2倍的水浸泡12个小时后,加热至水分蒸干,加入南瓜瓤一起捣成泥状,烘干后,研磨成杂粮粉;
(2)将黑芝麻、薏仁放入炒锅中,炒至有香味溢出,研磨成芝麻薏仁粉;
(3)将八股绳、桑寄生、车前子、菟丝子加入适量水中,文火煎煮2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液,喷雾干燥,得中药粉;
(4)将菠菜、郁金香放入烤箱中,烤干后,研磨成粉,与步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的芝麻薏仁粉、步骤3的中药粉以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。

1.一种谷物保健粉,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米30-35、荞麦20-24、黑豆23-26、黑芝麻10-12、薏仁12-14、南瓜瓤6-9、八股绳1-2、桑寄生2-3、车前子1-2、菟丝子1-3、菠菜5-6、郁金香6-8、营养添加剂1-2,水适量;

2.根据权利要求书1所述的谷物保健粉,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将糯米、荞麦、黑豆加1.5-2倍的水浸泡12个小时后,加热至水分蒸干,加入南瓜瓤一起捣成泥状,烘干后,研磨成杂粮粉;
(2)将黑芝麻、薏仁放入炒锅中,炒至有香味溢出,研磨成芝麻薏仁粉;
(3)将八股绳、桑寄生、车前子、菟丝子加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,滤去沉渣,得煎煮液,喷雾干燥,得中药粉;
(4)将菠菜、郁金香放入烤箱中,烤干后,研磨成粉,与步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的芝麻薏仁粉、步骤3的中药粉以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。
