实施例1:
一种素食代餐,其包括以下原料:黑大豆、花生、a-亚麻酸、黄豆、鹰嘴豆、黑米、小米、核桃、糙米、黑芝麻、螺旋藻、黑糯米、燕麦、薏米、高粱、红豆、玉米、荞麦、小麦、大麦、绿豆、豌豆、山药、紫薯、蓝莓、低聚果糖、西瓜籽、葡萄耔、猴头菇、南瓜籽、海带、紫菜、茄子皮、红玫瑰花、杏仁和硒香菇。
通过将原料混合食用,营养均衡,此外,还可以补充人体所需的微量元素硒,快速调理身体、适合各类慢性病人食用,况且食用方便快捷。

在该实施例中,可选地,还包括红枣:1~10重量份和枸杞:1~15重量份。进一步地,所述红枣:5.5重量份和所述枸杞:8重量份。所述红枣具有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功效,富含蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。所述枸杞具有生理活性,能够增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力,抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变。
通过在原料的基础上增加所述红枣和所述枸杞,在营养均衡的基础之上可以补气血、安神、提高抗病能力等。
在该实施例中,可选地,还包括灵芝孢子粉:0~8重量份,玛咖提取物: 1~6.5重量份、桂圆:1~10重量份和黄芪:2~8.5重量份。进一步地,所述灵芝孢子粉:4重量份,所述玛咖提取物:3.5重量份、所述桂圆:5重量份和所述黄芪:5.5重量份。所述灵芝孢子粉可治疗思虑过度、心神失养、夜睡不佳、体力及记忆力减退、心血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性肝炎、老年病、慢性疾病患者的辅助调理,还可延缓衰老、美容养颜。所述玛咖提取物具有滋补强身的功用,食用过的人会有体力充沛、精神旺盛不会疲劳。所述桂圆具有益心脾,补气血,滋养补益作用等。所述黄芪具有补气固表、托毒排脓、利尿、生肌。通过将所述灵芝孢子粉、所述玛咖提取物、所述桂圆和所述黄芪放入原料中,与原料同食可起到强身健体,抗疲劳,提高免疫力的作用。
在该实施例中,可选地,还包括山楂:2~10重量份、柠檬:0~8重量份和乌梅:2~5重量份。进一步地,所述山楂:5重量份、所述柠檬:4.5 重量份和所述乌梅:3.5重量份,通过将所述山楂、所述柠檬和所述乌梅放入原料中,与原料同食可提升口感健脾开胃。
在该实施例中,可选地,还包括蒲公英:2~8重量份、霸王花:2~10 重量份和炮姜:5~16重量份。进一步地,所述蒲公英4重量份、所述霸王花: 7重量份和所述炮姜:10重量份。所述蒲公英富含维生素A、维生素C及钾,也含有铁、钙、维生素B2、维生素B1、镁、维生素B6、叶酸及铜,具有去火,消炎、利尿的作用。所述霸王花水分,蛋白质,粗纤维,灰分,钙,磷,具有清热润肺,除痰止咳,滋补养颜。所述炮姜具有散寒的功效。通过在原料中增加所述蒲公英、所述霸王花、所述炮姜可补充多种维生素,去火,散寒。
在该实施例中,可选地,还包括芸豆:10~25重量份、桃仁:2.5~8 重量份和南瓜:8.5~15重量份。进一步地,所述芸豆:16重量份、桃仁:6 重量份和所述南瓜:13.5重量份。所述芸豆含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、维生素A、萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、维生素C、维生素E、钙、磷、钠,具有提高人体血身的免疫能力,增强抗病能力。所述桃仁具有活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘的功效。所述南瓜含有多种维生素与矿物质,其中维生素C的含量很高,使它具有出色的清热解毒功效。通过在原料中添加所述芸豆、所述桃仁和所述南瓜可以补充多种维生素,还可以润肠通便。
在该实施例中,可选地,还包括胶原蛋白肽:12~26重量份,进一步地,所述胶原蛋白肽:22重量份。通过在原料中增加所述胶原蛋白肽可补充胶原蛋白,使皮肤光鲜亮丽,具有美容的功效。
本申请增加了蛋白质(21.4%)和降低了碳水化合物的含量,有利于激活身体的修复系统。素餐富含富硒香菇的有机硒元素(有机硒99.9%),一般35 克含有50微克的有机硒,使补硒变得简单容易。硒是生命的营养素,被世界医学界称之为抑制肿瘤之王的“硒”、长寿元素的“硒”、生命火种的“硒”,能强效改善高血压、糖尿病、动脉硬化、脑中风、冠心病、第胃肠病、肿瘤、肾虚前列腺、失眠、皮肤病、眼病、更年期综合症等80多种慢性疾病,有效抗击衰老、创造长寿奇迹。药物治疗疾病无效的时候,就应该考虑到补硒,也可以说,一切慢性疾病,疑难病,老年病等都必须补硒,因为硒在人体内不能自己生成,需依靠外源性补充,而我国大部分国土是缺硒区,食物也是缺硒的,单纯依靠食补是无法满足人体日常硒的要求。研究显示,长年吸烟、喝酒的人要排除体内烟毒、酒毒,需二十年,若每天补硒 50-200微克,三个月就能排除体内毒素,保护肝脏和肺。硒的作用是广谱的,它是多种酶的活性中心,其在人体的生命活动中起到抵御疾病、防止衰老、增强机体免疫功能,从而达到平衡机体的作用。硒还是一种强抗氧化剂,它的抗氧化能力比作用强大的维生素E还要大50-500倍,可见它对人体的重要性;据调查发现,我国城市居民的饮食结构中,硒的成年人日摄入量大约在20--30微克范围,离中国营养学会提出的推荐值50-250微克相差甚远。因此,专家们提倡补硒,以提高居民硒的摄入量,达到防病抗病的目的。缺硒可导致多种疾病的产生。在我国72%的地区都缺硒,老年人吃得本来就少,硒缺情况更严重一些。目前,已查证的490多种疾病都是缺硒引起的,尤其是作为疾病高发人群的老年人,缺硒将有可能导致糖尿病、心血管病、急性心肌炎等病的发生。此外,一些老年人患有的白内障、青光眼也和缺硒有关。据调查,目光锐利的鹰的眼睛中,含有1000多微克的硒元素,使得它能在高空中准确辨识运动中猎物的位置。前几年北京地区曾统计过,平均每人每天摄入的硒仅为39微克,而且老年人是在这个平均标准之下,远远不及200微克的有效防病量。所以,建议老年人可以通过天然富硒食品补硒。
素餐还增加了不饱和脂肪酸(特别是ω3)含量,加入了a-亚麻酸(a- 亚麻酸),它是构成人体组织细胞的主要成分,在体内能合成、代谢,转化为机体必需的生命活性因子DHA和EPA。然而,它在人体内不能合成,必须从体外摄取。人体一旦缺乏,即会引导起机体脂质代谢紊乱,导致免疫力降低、健忘、疲劳、视力减退、动脉粥样硬化等症状的发生。尤其是婴幼儿、青少年如果缺乏亚麻酸,就会严重影响其智力正常发育,这一点已经被国内外科学家所证实,并被世界营养学界所公认。另外,缺乏α-亚麻酸,维生素、矿物质、蛋白质等营养素不能被有效吸收和利用,造成营养流失。
素餐还增加了低聚果糖,有利于增强调节肠道菌群,消灭致病菌,增殖双歧杆菌等益生菌,促进钙、镁、铁等矿物质和微量元素吸收的效果,并可以促进体内自然合成B类复合维生素,具有支持大脑、神经系统活动,促进消化,改善便秘,促进能量生成,调节血脂,免疫调节,改善口味,延长保存期的作用。每餐包35克,满足多数人群一餐需要量。
帮助人类恢复自愈力,战胜疾病,是一种恢复自愈力食物:
1.通过全营养自愈(细胞建筑材料齐全);
2.通过富硒自愈;

9食材,以坚果,豆类,籽种为主,富含蛋白质达到20%,碳水化合物较低,有力于身体自愈系统含的激活和加上。
10.富含有机硒:每包35克,硒50微克,使补硒变得容易。
11.增加5%的α亚麻酸,更有利于满足少年儿童和老人对ω脂肪酸的需求。

如图1所示,一种制备上述素食代餐的方法,其包括以下步骤:
称取步骤:按重量份称取原料;
清洗步骤:对称取好的所述原料分开进行清洗;
烘干步骤:将清洗干净的所述原料分开进行烘干处理;
烘焙步骤:将烘干后的所述原料分类进行高温和低温烘焙;
粉碎步骤:对烘焙后的所述原料分类进行粉碎;
混合步骤:将粉碎的所述原料混合形成混料;
再次粉碎步骤:将所述混料再次粉碎形成终料;
搅拌步骤:将所述终料搅拌均匀;
灭菌步骤:对搅拌均匀的所述终料辅照灭菌;
分装步骤:分装灭菌后的所述终料。
可满足现代人快节奏的生活,随身携带由营养师搭配均衡的素食代餐包,开水一冲就可以快速解决营养和亚健康问题,是一种越来越多的现代都市人选择的生活方式,但现有的代餐包,要么搭配过多种类,如上百种,可能好多是平常非常少吃食材,容易引起过敏;太少(25种以下)的搭配,营养素不容易齐全和均衡;目前市场代餐包多是原生态,对日常容易缺乏的营养素没有适当合理加强,有优化的空间。

黑大豆、花生、a-亚麻酸、黄豆、鹰嘴豆、黑米、小米、核桃、糙米、黑芝麻、螺旋藻、黑糯米、燕麦、薏米、高粱、红豆、玉米、荞麦、小麦、大麦、绿豆、豌豆、山药、紫薯、蓝莓、低聚果糖、西瓜籽、葡萄耔、猴头菇、南瓜籽、海带、紫菜、茄子皮、红玫瑰花、杏仁和硒香菇。
