本发明公开了代餐粉,由以下的原料制备而成:富硒有机葛根全粉60份‑80份、红枣1份‑3份、糯米1份‑5份、黄豆3份‑5份、黑芝麻3份‑5份、核桃1份‑3份、大麦1份‑3份、玉米1份‑5份、小麦3份‑5份、红豆5份‑7份、薏米1份‑3份。本发明其中的富硒有机葛根全粉内含丰富的黄酮类化合物,如葛根素、大豆黄酮苷、花生素等营养成分,还有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖、及人体必需的铁、钙、铜、硒等矿物质,在减肥效果好的同时且具有调节内分泌的效果、修护肌肤的效果、对降血糖、降血压、降血脂有功效、丰胸效果好;在保护营养成份全面安全的基础上进行无菌化(熟)处理,科学安全无菌营养搭配合理,生产男女老少皆宜安全、健康、营养、便利代餐粉。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,特别是涉及代餐粉。
背景技术
代餐粉是一种由谷类、豆类、薯类食材等为主,其它属类植物的根、茎、果实等可食用部分为辅制成的一种单一或综合性冲调粉剂产品。它集营养均衡、效果显著、食用方便等优点于一身。代餐粉,秉承均衡营养、健康减肥的理念。通过调整和均衡身体中的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、维生素、矿物质和微量元素的摄入,保证在减肥过程中,不饥饿、不乏力、不腹泻、不反弹、不改变饮食习惯,符合世界卫生组织推荐的健康减肥理念。
现有的代餐粉在食用的过程中减轻了体重,但是损害了健康,并不能保证人体正常的能量,不能补充人体所需的营养成分。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供安全、营养、健康、便利的代餐粉。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
代餐粉,由以下的原料制备而成:富硒有机葛根全粉60份-80份、红枣1份-3份、糯米1份-5份、黄豆3份-5份、黑芝麻3份-5份、核桃1份-3份、大麦1份-3份、玉米1份-5份、小麦3份-5份、红豆5份-7份、薏米1份-3份。

其中,富硒有机葛根粉为生长三年以上的野葛或甘葛藤的块茎经水磨而澄取的淀粉。
原料功效:
红枣:含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成分;
糯米:含有蛋白质、钙、磷、铁、烟酸等丰富营养;
黄豆:营养全面,含量丰富,其中蛋白质的含量不仅高,而且质量好;
黑芝麻:具有补肝肾,滋五脏,益精血,润肠燥等功效;
核桃:营养价值丰富,核桃中86%的脂肪是不饱和脂肪酸,核桃富含铜、镁、钾、维生素B6、叶酸和维生素B1,也含有纤维、磷、烟酸、铁、维生素B2和泛酸;
大麦:富含淀粉、脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、钾,钠,镁、维生素B族等;
玉米:具有许多生物活性,如抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、提高免疫力和抑菌杀菌等;
小麦:富含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、钙、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酸及维生素A等;
红豆:主要含蛋白质、糖类等营养成分;
薏米:含有丰富的氨基酸、薏苡素、薏苡酯、三萜化合物,薏米种仁含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素等。
本发明的优点如下:
1、其中的葛根全粉内含丰富的黄酮类化合物,如葛根素、大豆黄酮苷、花生素等营养成分,还有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖、及人体必需的铁、钙、铜、硒等矿物质,在减肥效果好的同时且具有调节内分泌的效果、修护肌肤的效果、对降血糖、降血压、降血脂有功效、丰胸效果好;
2、原料中各成分营养搭配合理,男女老少皆宜,提供了安全、健康、营养、便利的代餐粉;
3、在保护营养成份全面安全的基础上进行无菌化(熟)处理,葛根全粉通过无菌化熟处理(时间控制、安全控制、原味营养),科学安全无菌。

代餐粉,由以下的原料制备而成:生长三年以上富硒有机葛根全粉60份、红枣1份、糯米1份、黄豆3份、黑芝麻3份、核桃1份、大麦1份、玉米1份、小麦3份、红豆5份、薏米1份。

代餐粉,由以下的原料制备而成:生长三年以上富硒有机葛根全粉80份、红枣3份、糯米5份、黄豆5份、黑芝麻5份、核桃3份、大麦3份、玉米5份、小麦5份、红豆7份、薏米3份。
