技术领域:
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,特别涉及一种长期食用,对人的健康有保健功能的多功能保健豆粉。
背景技术:
随着经济的快速发展,人们生活水平逐渐提高,人们对饮食的标准要求越来越高,人们不仅注重食品的口味,也更加注重其营养价值,有资料表明,我国70%人民正处亚健康状态,其原因主要是由于进食营养结构不合理,通常的大米、豆制品的营养成分并不全面,已经不能满足人们高要求的生活标准。
当代营养学证明,每天食用豆类食品,只要2周的时候,人体就能够淘汰脂肪含量,增加免疫力,降低得病的概率。现在我国市场上保健食品品种繁多,但是产品质量良莠不齐,保健效果不够明显。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种配方全面、保健功效显著的多功能保健豆粉。
本发明的技术方案是:一种多功能保健豆粉,其特征是,由下述重量的原料制成:当归10-20克,枸杞子10-20克,山楂10-20克,黑豆20-30克,红豆20-30克,花生仁20-30克,黄豆40-60克,粳米20-30克,薏米20-30克,大枣5-10颗,百合10-20克,绿豆10-20克,高粱10-20克,玉米面10-20克,燕麦10-20克。
本发明保健豆粉原料药的最佳重量配比为:当归15克,枸杞子15克,山楂15克,黑豆25克,红豆25克,花生仁25克,黄豆50克,粳米25克,薏米25克,大枣6颗,百合15克,绿豆15克,高粱15克,玉米面15克,燕麦15克。
制备方法如下:
将上述原材料按比例衡量、清洗、沥干,置于干燥箱中加热,然后恒温干燥4小时、粉碎,过100目筛制成保健豆粉。
药理作用:
当归:甘辛,温。入心、肝、脾经。补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠。治月经不调,经闭腹痛,癥瘕结聚,崩漏;血虚头痛,眩晕,痿痹;肠燥便难,赤痢后重;痈疽疮窃,跌扑损伤。
枸杞子:甘,平。入肝、肾经。滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目。治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精。
山楂:酸甘,微温。入脾、胃、肝经。消食积,散瘀血,驱绦虫。治肉积,癥瘕,痰饮,痞满,吞酸,泻痢,肠风,腰痛,疝气产后儿枕痛,恶露不尽,小儿乳食停滞。
花生:味甘、性平,益气健脾。而花生衣则有止血又补血的双重功效,能抑制纤维蛋白的溶解,增加血小板的含量和改善血小板的质量,同时还能促进骨髓造血机能。
黑豆:味苦性平,有补肾强身、活血利水、解毒的功效。黑豆有补脾肾、益阴活血、安神明目、利湿通淋、清热解毒的功效。
粳米:粳米能提高人体免疫功能,促进血液循环,从而减少高血压的机会;粳米能预防糖尿病、脚气病、老年斑和便秘等疾病;粳米米糠层的粗纤维分子,有助胃肠蠕动,对胃病、便秘、痔疮等疗效很好。
薏米:薏苡仁含丰富的碳水化合物,其主要成分为淀粉及糖类,并含有脂肪、蛋白质、薏苡仁酯、亮氨酸、鞍氨酸、维生素B1等营养物质。薏苡仁能抑制痛细胞的增殖,可供多种恶性肿瘤之人食用;还有促进新陈代谢和减少胃肠负担的作用;并有利水渗湿、健脾、除痹、清热排脓之功效。
大枣:大枣含有维生素A、C、E、P,生物素,胡萝卜素磷、钾、镁等矿物质,叶酸,泛酸,烟酸等。它有提高人体免疫力,防治骨质疏松和贫血,软化血管,安心宁神等作用。中老年人更年期骨质疏松、青少年生长发育高峰期缺钙、女性易贫血缺铁等,食用枣类食品都会有很好的食疗效果,病后体虚的人食用枣类也有很好的滋补作用。
百合:百合主要含生物素、秋水碱等多种生物碱和营养物质,有良好的营养滋补之功,特别是对病后体弱、神经衰弱等症大有裨益。支气管不好的人食用百合,有助病情改善,皆因百合可以解渴润燥。常食有润肺、清心、调中之效、可止咳、止血、开胃、安神。
红豆:红豆具有清热解毒、健脾益胃、利尿消肿、通气除烦的功效,可治疗小便晦气、脾虚水肿、脚气症等,能治疗肝硬化、肝腹水,补体虚。
绿豆:绿豆含丰富的维生素A、维生素B、维生素C,有降血压的作用,同时对疲倦、肿胀、小便不顺畅有很好的功效。常喝绿豆汤,不但能增添营养,还对肾炎、糖尿病、高血压、动脉硬化、肠胃炎、咽喉炎及目力消退等病症有必然的疗效。
黄豆:味甘、性平,入脾、大肠经。具有健脾宽中、润燥消水、清热解毒的功效,主治疳积泻痢、腹胀羸瘦、妊娠中毒、疮瘤肿毒、外伤出血等。黄豆还能抗菌消炎,对咽炎、结膜炎、口腔炎、菌痢、肠炎有效。
高粱:和胃、消积、温中、涩肠胃、止霍乱、凉血解毒。主治脾虚湿困、消化不良及湿热下痢、小便不利等症。高粱蛋白质中赖氨酸含量较低,属于半完全蛋白质。
玉米面:玉米面有益肺宁心、健脾开胃、防癌、降胆固醇、健脑的功效,可抑制肿瘤生长,降血压、降血脂,抗动脉硬化,美容养颜,延缓衰老。
燕麦:可以有效地降低人体中的胆固醇,经常食用,对心脑血管病起到一定的预防作用;经常食用燕麦对糖尿病患者也有非常好的降糖、减肥的功效。燕麦粥有通大便的作用,很多老年人大便干,容易导致脑血管意外,燕麦能解便秘之忧。
