本发明所属保健食品研究开发技术领域。本发明涉及一种高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉的制备方法。取高丽红参5年根,加入白酒提取,得到高丽红参白酒提取液和高丽红参残渣;将此高丽红参残渣,再加入水提取,得到高丽红参水提取液,真空浓缩、干燥,得到高丽红参水提取物和高丽红参残渣;将玉米、荞麦粉碎为颗粒与高丽红参残渣置于搅拌器中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合粉;加入到单螺杆挤压机中挤压膨化,通过模口形成棒状半成品;将棒状半成品粉碎至颗粒度100目以下,得到膨化粉半成品;将膨化粉半成品与无花果提取物、大枣提取物、山楂提取物、甘草提取物及高丽红参水提取物混合搅拌均匀,即得高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉。本发明产品具有强身健体的功能。

背景技术
1高丽红参 系由产自韩国的高丽鲜参经蒸、烘烤加工而成,在加工高丽红参过程中,有新的抗癌活性成分产生。高丽红参不凉也不热,属于温性;高丽参虽性温但补性强,益气助火。高丽参又分白参和红参,脾虚火旺者宜用白参,因“生用气凉,微苦补阴”;脾虚肺怯者宜用红参,“熟用气温,味甘补阳”。总体来说,高丽参更适合老年气虚症状明显的人服用,能强壮体质,增强免疫力。
高丽红参的功效:
(1)益智健脑:对记忆力减退和运动协调能力下降的人以及经常喝酒或接触带乙醇成分的食物、药物的人,高丽红参具有提高脑力工作能力、增强记忆力和改善脑缺血性障碍的功效
(2)镇痛:一些专家通过做传感神经细胞试验发现,高丽参对身体各种疼痛症状都有所帮助。
(3)防癌和抗癌:高丽红参的皂苷成分和非皂苷成分有抑制多种癌细胞的增殖活性,同时也可抑制癌细胞转移。另外,高丽红参与抗癌剂同服用,抗癌效果要好于单独用抗癌剂(丝裂霉素)。这是因为肿瘤化疗中癌细胞易形成耐受,高丽红参与抗癌剂同服用,增强对癌细胞的杀伤力、减轻抗癌剂的副作用。
(4)增强免疫力:高丽红参提取物可恢复因服用具有免疫毒性的抗癌剂(丝裂霉素)而下降的细胞性免疫反应,尤其乙醚提取物可激活或增强细胞性免疫,及自然杀伤细胞的活性,对提高免疫力有很大的功效。
(5)控制糖尿病:高丽红参含有促进胰岛素分泌和类似胰岛素作用的物质,其中人参皂苷能改善高血糖,有效地控制糖尿病的发生。
(6)健肝:高丽参成分中有抗肝炎活性,具有解毒、保护肝脏及促进肝再生、恢复的作用。此外,高丽红参还有解酒、消除宿醉的作用。
(7)调节血压:高丽红参具有扩张血管作用,能改善血液循环,其中的皂苷成分通过促进血管内皮细胞释放一氧化氮,可达到降血压作用。
(8)抗疲劳及抗压:经研究发现,持续服用高丽红参可以提高运动能力和缓解疲劳,对促进运动员疲劳累积的恢复和预防运动性贫血有很大帮助;此外,高丽红参还可以增强对低温(5℃、O℃、-10℃)及高温(35℃)等不利环境的耐受力,通过对压力或环境变化进行精妙调节,提高抗压能力,维持机体稳定性。
(9)改善女性更年期障碍:据调查,有更年期障碍症状的女性在服用高丽红参后,有80%的人承认服用高丽红参后症状明显改善。专家称,这些女性如根据症状来调整用量,还可提高疗效。

2玉米 玉米营养丰富:含有碳水化合物:74.8克,蛋白质:29克,脂肪:16.6克,膳食纤维6.9克。可以说玉米是当之无愧的第一黄金主食”,营养专家称,玉米所含的“全能营养”适合各个年龄段的人群食用,其丰富的谷氨酸能促进大脑发育,是儿童最好的“益智食物”;所含维生素B族能调节神经,是适合白领的“减压食品”;富含的亚油酸、钙质,能帮助调脂、降压,高纤维含量则使玉米成为很好的“刮肠食物”,能预防中年发福;此外,玉米中富含的谷胱甘肽是最有效的抗癌成分,其所含丰富的维生素E也能帮助抗衰老,软化血管。
3荞麦 荞麦种子含丰富淀粉,营养成分: 荞麦蛋白质含量11.2%,每100克甜荞米含赖氨酸630~741毫克。胱氨酸3 140毫克。比所有谷类作物均高。脂肪含量2.4%,并富有亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸,其特点是高度稳定,不易氧化。淀粉含量72%左右。纤维素含量1.2%。除含有丰富的钙、磷和铁之外,还含有维生素B1、维生素B2、烟草酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、芦丁与维生素E。荞麦性凉,味甘,具有健胃、消积、止汗之功效,能有效辅助治疗胃痛胃胀、
消化不良、食欲不振、肠胃积滞、慢性泄泻等病症。同时荞麦能帮助人体代谢葡萄糖,是防治糖尿病的天然食品;而且荞麦秧和叶中含多量芦丁,煮水经常服用可预防高血压引起的脑溢血。此外,荞麦所含的纤维素可使人大便恢复正常,并预防各种癌症。
4无花果 无花果性味甘、平,无毒。含有果含糖类、枸橼酸、苹果酸、醋酸、酶等。
无花果的功效:
开胃,止泻痢,治五痔:为缓和滋养润肠药,有催乳作用,兼具驱虫、消炎、消肿之功。果枝和叶都含有消化酵素,可作辅助消化药用。
无花果利咽:无花果两枚,开水冲泡,代茶频饮;无花果鲜果晒干研末,吹咽喉部;无花果15克,水煎后加冰糖适量调服,代茶频饮之。
无花果抗癌:果实乳汁对肉瘤,乳瘤,腺癌,白血病,淋巴肉瘤均有抑制作用。临床用治各类恶性肿瘤,包括舌癌,肺癌,腮腺癌,胃癌,肝癌,结肠癌,肾癌等。食方:鲜无花果50克,瘦肉100克,水炖半小时,服汤吃肉。连服一段时间,不少于30天。也可用无花果15克,开水冲泡代茶,天天饮服。
无花果降糖:无花果水提取液,具有降低血糖作用。食方:无花果15克,宁夏枸杞子10克,加水煎沸。代茶饮,每日1剂,最后嚼服无花果及枸杞子。也可用无花果50克,苦瓜100克,均切成片状,加水煮汤,调味可饮食,连服7--10天。
无花果健胃:无花果酵素与胃液混合,有助消化,但宜生食。食欲欠佳者,每日可嚼服无花果,每次1枚,每日3次,以饭前1小时为宜。对习惯性便秘,痔疮出血,慢性胃炎等疾病,服之亦有效。
5 大枣 又名红枣、干枣、枣子,起源于中国,在中国已有八千多年的种植历史,自古以来就被列为“五果”(栗、桃、李、杏、枣)之一。大枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分。其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅,有维生素王之美称。
6 山楂 可食用植物,质硬,果肉薄,味微酸涩;落叶灌木,枝密生,有细刺,幼枝有柔毛;小枝紫褐色,老枝灰褐色。
山楂的营养价值:
山楂含多种维生素、山楂酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化。促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能。中医认为,山楂具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。主治饮食积滞、胸膈脾满、疝气血淤闭经等症。山楂中含有山萜类及黄酮类等药物成分,具有显著的扩张血管及降压作用,有增强心肌、抗心律不齐、调节血脂及胆固醇含量的功能。适应范围:一般人皆可食用。儿童、老年人、消化不良尤其适合食用。伤风感冒、消化不良、食欲不振、儿童软骨缺钙症、儿童缺铁性贫血者可多食山楂片。
山楂的功效与作用:
(1)防治心血管疾病,降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;
(2)开胃消食,特别对消肉食积滞作用更好,很多助消化的药中都采用了山楂;
(3)山楂有活血化淤的功效,有助于解除局部淤血状态,对跌打损伤有辅助疗效;
(4)山楂中有平喘化痰、抑制细菌、治疗腹痛腹泻的成分。
7 甘草 甘草又名乌拉尔甘草,多年生草本植物,属豆科。是一种补益中草药,药食兼用品种。甘草益气补中,缓急止痛,润肺止咳,泻火解毒,调和诸药。主倦怠食少,肌瘦面黄,心悸气短,腹痛便溏,四肢挛急疼痛,脏躁,咳嗽气喘,咽喉肿痛,痈疮肿痛,小儿胎毒及药物、食物中毒。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
(1)甘草有类似肾上腺皮质激素样作用。对组胺引起的胃酸分泌过多有抑制作用;并有抗酸和缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛作用。 (2)甘草黄酮、甘草浸膏及甘草次酸均有明显的镇咳作用;祛痰作用也较显著,其作用强度为甘草酸>甘草黄酮>甘草浸膏。 (3)甘草还有抗炎,抗过敏作用,能保护发炎的咽喉和气管粘膜。甘草浸膏和甘草酸对某些毒物有类似葡萄糖醛酸的解毒作用。 (4)甘草常用来治疗随更年期而来的症状.因为甘草里含有甘草素,是一种类似激素的化合物,它有助于平衡女性体内的激素含量。 (5)甘草所含的次酸能阻断致癌物诱发肿瘤生长的作用。
发明内容
1、一种高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉的制备方法,其特征如下:
(1)原辅料组成与重量配比为高丽红参5年根3-9g、玉米9-27g、荞麦3-9g、无花果提取物0.5-1g、大枣提取物1-1.5g、山楂提取物1.5-2g、甘草提取物2-3g;
(2)取高丽红参5年根3-9g,加入高丽红参重量的8-10倍量55-60%的白酒,70-80℃回流提取4-5h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(3)将(2)中高丽红参残渣,再加入高丽红参重量的6-8倍量55-60%的白酒,70-80℃回流提取3-4h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(4)将(3)中高丽红参残渣,再加入高丽红参重量的8-10倍量的水90-95℃提取4-5h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(5)将(4)中的高丽红参提取液真空浓缩、干燥,得到高丽红参提取物;
(6)将玉米9-27g、荞麦3-9g粉碎为3-5mm颗粒;
(7)将(6)中的玉米颗粒和荞麦颗粒与(4)中的高丽红参残渣置于搅拌器中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合粉;
(8)将(7)中的混合粉加入到单螺杆挤压机中挤压膨化,通过模口形成棒状半成品;
(9)将(8)中的棒状半成品粉碎至颗粒度100 目以下,得到膨化粉半成品;
(10)将(9)中的膨化粉半成品与无花果提取物0.5-1g、大枣提取物1-1.5g、山楂提取物1.5-2g、甘草提取物2-3g及(5)中的高丽红参提取物混合搅拌均匀,即得高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉。
根据本发明,本发明中的“%”是重量百分比。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的涉及一种高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉的制备方法包括以下实施例,下面的实施例可进一步说明本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1:
1、一种高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉的制备方法,其特征如下:
(1)原辅料组成与重量配比为高丽红参5年根3g、玉米9g、荞麦3g、无花果提取物0.5g、大枣提取物1g、山楂提取物1.5g、甘草提取物2g;
(2)取高丽红参5年根3g,加入高丽红参重量的8倍量55%的白酒,70℃回流提取4h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(3)将(2)中高丽红参残渣,再加入高丽红参重量的6倍量55%的白酒,70℃回流提取3h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(4)将(3)中高丽红参残渣,再加入高丽红参重量的8倍量的水90℃提取4h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(5)将(4)中的高丽红参提取液真空浓缩、干燥,得到高丽红参提取物;
(6)将玉米9g、荞麦3g粉碎为3mm颗粒;
(7)将(6)中的玉米颗粒和荞麦颗粒与(4)中的高丽红参残渣置于搅拌器中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合粉;
(8)将(7)中的混合粉加入到单螺杆挤压机中挤压膨化,通过模口形成棒状半成品;
(9)将(8)中的棒状半成品粉碎至颗粒度100 目以下,得到膨化粉半成品;
(10)将(9)中的膨化粉半成品与无花果提取物0.5g、大枣提取物1g、山楂提取物1.5g、甘草提取物2g及(5)中的高丽红参提取物混合搅拌均匀,即得高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉。
实施例2:
1、一种高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉的制备方法,其特征如下:
(1)原辅料组成与重量配比为高丽红参5年根9g、玉米27g、荞麦9g、无花果提取物1g、大枣提取物1.5g、山楂提取物2g、甘草提取物3g;
(2)取高丽红参5年根9g,加入高丽红参重量的10倍量60%的白酒,80℃回流提取5h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(3)将(2)中高丽红参残渣,再加入高丽红参重量的8倍量60%的白酒,80℃回流提取4h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(4)将(3)中高丽红参残渣,再加入高丽红参重量的10倍量的水95℃提取5h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(5)将(4)中的高丽红参提取液真空浓缩、干燥,得到高丽红参提取物;
(6)将玉米27g、荞麦9g粉碎为5mm颗粒;
(7)将(6)中的玉米颗粒和荞麦颗粒与(4)中的高丽红参残渣置于搅拌器中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合粉;
(8)将(7)中的混合粉加入到单螺杆挤压机中挤压膨化,通过模口形成棒状半成品;
(9)将(8)中的棒状半成品粉碎至颗粒度100 目以下,得到膨化粉半成品;
(10)将(9)中的膨化粉半成品与无花果提取物1g、大枣提取物1.5g、山楂提取物2g、甘草提取物3g及(5)中的高丽红参提取物混合搅拌均匀,即得高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉。
Claims (1)
1.一种高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉的制备方法,其特征如下:
(1)原辅料组成与重量配比为高丽红参5年根3-9g、玉米9-27g、荞麦3-9g、无花果提取物0.5-1g、大枣提取物1-1.5g、山楂提取物1.5-2g、甘草提取物2-3g;
(2)取高丽红参5年根3-9g,加入高丽红参重量的8-10倍量55-60%的白酒,70-80℃回流提取4-5h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(3)将(2)中高丽红参残渣,再加入高丽红参重量的6-8倍量55-60%的白酒,70-80℃回流提取3-4h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(4)将(3)中高丽红参残渣,再加入高丽红参重量的8-10倍量的水90-95℃提取4-5h,得到高丽红参提取液和高丽红参残渣;
(5)将(4)中的高丽红参提取液真空浓缩、干燥,得到高丽红参提取物;
(6)将玉米9-27g、荞麦3-9g粉碎为3-5mm颗粒;
(7)将(6)中的玉米颗粒和荞麦颗粒与(4)中的高丽红参残渣置于搅拌器中搅拌混合均匀,得到混合粉;
(8)将(7)中的混合粉加入到单螺杆挤压机中挤压膨化,通过模口形成棒状半成品;
(9)将(8)中的棒状半成品粉碎至颗粒度100 目以下,得到膨化粉半成品;
(10)将(9)中的膨化粉半成品与无花果提取物0.5-1g、大枣提取物1-1.5g、山楂提取物1.5-2g、甘草提取物2-3g及(5)中的高丽红参提取物混合搅拌均匀,即得高丽红参膳食纤维膨化粉。
