Abstract

Description

大容量冷藏集装箱
本发明涉及一种大容量冷藏集装箱,其具有由端壁、门、侧壁、顶板和底板包围形成的内室,其中在底板上以夹层结构方式设置有流通冷空气的通道,这些通道是由设置在底板的上层盖板上的T形栅极构成的。底板具有一相对于门托梁向下延伸的斜面,所述门托梁用于限制向下方向的门开口。
这种集装箱已由德国专利申请DE 44 33 728 A公开。其中描述的是一种冷藏式集装箱,它的底板在门的区域内遮护(abweisen)一个向下延伸的凹陷。
这种冷藏集装箱作为所谓的“porthole”(气孔式)集装箱在全球范围被用于运输冷藏及冷冻货物。在运输过程中,冷空气通过气孔进入或流出集装箱的内室,其中冷空气沿集装箱的壁环绕货物的各个侧边。
然而实践证明,由于带有T形栅格的底板厚度较大,使得内室较小,而且由于门的上侧框以及门的镶板在集装箱上角端配件下方延伸,使开门时的敞开高度较小,因此在装货及卸货时的可能的货层高度局限在集装箱装货时所使用的货板的高度。
本发明的目的在于对上述大容量冷藏集装箱进行改进,以便既可以扩大可供使用的载货容积又能扩大集装箱门的开口静高。
本发明的目的通过这样一种大容量冷藏集装箱来实现,其具有由端壁、门、侧壁、顶板和底板包围形成的内室,其中在底板上以夹层结构方式设置有由T形栅格或空心槽构成的流通冷空气的通道,这些栅格或空心槽设在底板的上盖板上,底板具有一相对于门托梁向下延伸的斜面,所述门托梁用于限制向下方向的门开口,所述底板总体上相对于门托梁向下沉降,亦即该底板的上、下盖板一起相对于门托梁向下沉降,所述T形栅格具有与门托梁排成一条直线的翼缘,在所述底板上具有紧凑构成的位于内部的支撑件,它们被嵌入到用于填充底板的固态泡沫中。
由此可在保持相应的由ISO(国际标准化组织)标准规定的集装箱外部尺寸的同时,使集装箱的装载空间比传统的集装箱扩大约5%,在当前激烈的国际竞争中,由于这种集装箱能相对减少运输次数,因而提高了经济效益。
以下将结合附图所示优选实施例详细描述本发明,附图中:

本发明的大容积冷藏集装箱具有由端壁1,门2,侧壁3,顶板4及底板5包围构成的内室6,其中在底板5上以夹层结构方式设有流通冷空气的通道7,这些通道由设置在底板5的盖板9上的T形栅格8构成(也可以是方格形),其中底板5具有一个相对于(用于从下部限制门的开口10的)门托梁11向下延伸的下陷部分12。在T形栅格8上设有与门托梁11排成一条直线的翼缘13,在翼缘与门托梁11之间延伸形成一流通冷空气的空隙14。T形栅格8伸出底板5的上盖板9之外最好至多为30mm(传统的集装箱为40mm)。
该集装箱在其下部四个角15上具有箱底角端配件16,这些角端配件在其朝向侧壁3的范围17具有朝下的斜面18。这些斜面最好与角端配件16的水平棱19和垂直棱20成约45°角,这样才能形成底板的下陷。
底板5具有紧凑构成的位于内部的支撑件21和22,它们伸进到用于填充底板5的固态泡沫23中。在上盖板9背朝T形栅格8的下侧24具有带形断面25或T形断面26,在底板5的下盖板27上设有沿内室6横向延伸的箱格式支撑件28。为保证稳定性,至少四个支撑件嵌入到固态泡沫中。为增加其抗弯性能,用固态泡沫29来填充支撑件28。
也可以不采用箱格式支撑件28,而用波纹板来构成下盖板27,其皱折波纹34沿内室6的横向延伸。这种波纹最好至少具有5mm的深度,以便节省底板5的建筑高度。
顶板4至少用一个深拉的位于内部的加劲波纹(未示出)来加固,以避免弯曲和扭曲。
端壁1由一个最大厚度为336mm的冷却机(未示出)构成,其位于一框体内,而且其部件分布能保证各组件均不超出ISO-标准规定的集装箱外部尺寸。冷却机在端壁1朝向底板5的下棱30处设有流通冷空气的空气导管31(所谓的“curvedkick-plate”弯曲折板),来自冷却机的冷空气通过此导管被导入底板5的通道7,并可从该处被导向门2、垂直端壁1和侧壁3这些部位。端壁1和用于封闭内室6的门2在其朝向内室6的内表面32和33上设有垂直陷入到内表面32、33的皱折波纹34,35,它们垂直延伸并构成向装载的货物通入冷空气的通道。内表面32、33也可具有朝向内部的深拉的皱折波纹。侧壁3在其朝向门的边棱区域具有下陷部分42,该下陷部分在位于该处的门密封件43的范围形成流通冷空气的通道。由于在集装箱的门密封件43部位总是最热的,因而在此处导入冷空气特别有益。
在门2上设有位于外部的门折叶36,它们在门的外侧方向向后伸出。这样,就能在开门时完全打开门,在例如使用叉式升降机往内室2装载货物时不会损坏门。门向后最多打开到后面角端配件的55mm处,由此使门能免受横向撕裂(racking)力而受到最佳保护,并保持370°的开角。
在与门2相邻的集装箱的上角端配件37的范围,门2和其镶板38都具有斜面39,由此增加了门托梁11和内室的上部限制部分40之间的敞开高度。由此在装货及卸货时可充分利用全部高度,使叉车升降机必须从门托梁11上进入内室,然后在内室中达到从箱底角端配件后端开始下降的斜面12,从而为装卸货物留下足够的空间。
底板5上还设有自动排水装置41,用于从货仓内排走冷凝水,并防止外部的水和灰尘进入货仓。

Claims (15)

1.一种大容积冷藏集装箱,其具有由端壁、门、侧壁、顶板和底板包围形成的内室,其中在底板上以夹层结构方式设置有由T形栅格或空心槽构成的流通冷空气的通道,这些栅格或空心槽设在底板的上盖板上,底板(5)具有一相对于门托梁(11)向下延伸的斜面(12),所述门托梁用于限制向下方向的门开口(10),其特征在于,所述底板(5)总体上相对于门托梁(11)向下沉降,亦即该底板(5)的上、下盖板(9,27)一起相对于门托梁(11)向下沉降,所述T形栅格(8)具有与门托梁(11)排成一条直线的翼缘(13),在所述底板(5)上具有紧凑构成的位于内部的支撑件(21,22),它们被嵌入到用于填充底板(5)的固态泡沫中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述T形栅格(8)最多伸出上盖板(9)30mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,在所述集装箱下部的四个角(15)处设有箱底角端配件(16),它们在其朝向侧壁(3)的范围(17)具有朝下的斜面(18)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述斜面(18)与角端配件(16)的水平棱边和垂直棱边(19,20)成大约45°角。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述上盖板(9)在其背朝T形栅格(8)的下侧(24)具有带形断面(25)或T形断面(26)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述底板(5)在其下盖板(27)处具有沿内室(6)的横向延伸的箱格式支撑件(28)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,在所述底板(5)上至少设有四个箱格式支撑件(28)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述箱格式支撑件(28)由固态泡沫(29)填充。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述下盖板(27)为一波纹板,其具有沿内室(6)的横向延伸的皱折波纹(34)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述波纹板具有至少为5mm的波纹深度。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述端壁(1)由一冷却机构成,并且空气出口是这样设置的,其具有邻近底板(5)的,用于引导从冷却机流出的冷空气的空气导管(31)。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述端壁(1)和用于封闭内室(6)的门(2)在朝向内室(6)的内表面(32,33)具有皱折波纹(34,35),它们陷入内表面(32,33)并为所装载的货物形成一个流通冷空气的通道或朝向内部的深拉波纹。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,所述门(2)具有位于外部的门折叶(36),它们在门的外侧方向上伸出到门的后面。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的大容积冷藏集装箱,其特征在于,在与门(2)邻近的上角端配件(37)的区域,门(2)和其镶板(38)具有上部的,用于扩大门托梁(11)和位于其对面的内室(6)的上部限制部分(40)之间的敞开高度的斜面(39)。
