鸡肉:中医认为,鸡肉味甘,性微温。能温中补脾,益气养血,补肾益精,鸡肉含有维生素C、E等,蛋白质的含量比例较高,种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用,另外含有对人体生发育有重要作用的磷脂类,是中国人膳食结构中脂肪和磷脂的重要来源之一。鸡肉对营养不良、畏寒怕冷、乏力疲劳、月经不调、贫血、虚弱等有很好的食疗作用,祖国医学认为,鸡肉有温中益气、补虚填精、健脾胃、活血脉、强筋骨的功效。
如何开发鸡肉的食用和制备方法是有待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供赤小豆大枣鸡,即保留了中药的成分,又有鸡肉的营养,补益五脏,益精补髓的功效。
本发明的技术方式是提供赤小豆大枣鸡,是由以下重量份比的原料制成:大枣20-30份,赤小豆20-40份,草果5-7份,鸡1只,姜片2-4份,精盐1-3份。

上述赤小豆大枣鸡的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)把鸡宰杀后,去毛、内脏,切块;
2)把赤小豆淘净,与大枣一同放入砂锅内,再放进草果、鸡肉;
3)加适量水,再放入姜片、精盐,大火烧沸;
4)再用小火炖至鸡肉、赤小豆烂熟时即可。

赤小豆:别名赤豆、红饭豆、饭豆、蛋白豆、赤山豆,是豆科、豇豆属一年生草本,茎纤细,长达1米或过之,幼时被黄色长柔毛,老时无毛,外形与红豆相似而稍微细长。一年生草本植物,赤小豆主要用于中药材,种子供食用;入药,有行血补血、健脾去湿、利水消肿之效。
