具体实施方式
参照附图来说明本发明的实施方式。在附图的记载中,对相同或相似的部分附加相同或相似的附图标记并省略重复的说明。
(非接触充电系统)
应用了本发明的实施方式所涉及的锁定和解锁系统1的非接触供电系统如图1所示那样具备车辆V、作为车辆V的钥匙的钥匙装置8以及以非接触方式对车辆V进行供电的供电装置10。车辆V例如是电动汽车、混合动力车等利用电力驱动的车辆。
供电装置10具备:地面线圈11,其配置于供电用的停车空间PS;电力控制部12,其控制向地面线圈11供给的电力;控制部13,其对由供电装置10进行的处理进行必要的控制;以及无线通信部14。地面线圈11以非接触方式向设置于车辆V的车辆线圈21传送电力。地面线圈11和车辆线圈21分别由被卷绕的导电线构成,作为初级线圈和次级线圈而发挥功能。
电力控制部12具备整流部121、功率因数改善(PFC)电路122以及逆变器123。电力控制部12将从交流电源SS传送的交流电力转换为高频的交流电力并向地面线圈11传送电力。
整流部121对来自交流电源SS的输出交流电力进行整流后输出到PFC电路122。PFC电路122通过对来自整流部121的输出波形进行整形来改善功率因数并输出到逆变器123。
逆变器123是包括脉宽调制(PWM)控制电路的电力转换电路,该脉宽调制控制电路具有绝缘栅极双极型晶体管(IGBT)等开关元件。逆变器123基于开关控制信号来控制开关元件的接通和断开,由此将直流电力转换为例如85kHz左右的低频的交流电力并供给到地面线圈11。
无线通信部14根据控制部13的控制,与设置于车辆V的无线通信部6双向地进行通信。控制部13通过无线通信部14与无线通信部6之间的通信来向车辆V侧发送用于通知开始从供电装置10供电的信号,或者从车辆V侧接收用于请求开始从供电装置10供电的信号。另外,控制部13生成开关控制信号来进行逆变器123的开关控制,从而控制向地面线圈11供给的电力。
车辆V具备受电装置2、门部3、锁定和解锁控制部41、LF(Low Frequency:低频)发送器42、RF(Radio Frequency:射频)、受电控制部5、无线通信部6以及通知装置7。受电装置2具备车辆线圈21、整流部22、继电器部23、电池24、逆变器25以及电动机26。
车辆线圈21设置在车辆V的底面。当车辆V被恰当地停放在停车空间PS时,车辆线圈21成为与设置于地面的地面线圈11相距规定距离且彼此相向的状态。当从电力控制部12向地面线圈11供给电力时,车辆线圈21与地面线圈11之间发生磁性耦合,通过电磁感应来从地面线圈11以非接触方式进行电力传送。即,车辆线圈21以第一频率来非接触地从地面线圈接收电力。
整流部22将利用车辆线圈21接收到的交流电力整流为直流。继电器部23具备根据受电控制部5的控制来切换接通和断开的继电器开关。继电器部23通过将继电器开关断开来将电池24侧与整流部22侧分开。电池24由互相连接的多个二次电池构成。
逆变器25是包括PWM控制电路的电力转换电路,该PWM控制电路具有IGBT等开关元件。逆变器25基于开关控制信号来切换开关元件的接通和断开,由此将从电池24输出的直流电力转换为交流电力,并将该交流电力作为车辆V的驱动力而供给到马达26。电动机26例如由三相的交流电动机构成。
门部3具备:操作开关31,其设置在车辆V的外面,与用户的操作相应地输出操作信号;以及锁32,其设置在车辆V的门上,利用根据锁定和解锁控制部41的控制而进行驱动的致动器来进行门的锁定和解锁。
锁定和解锁控制部41根据被输入操作开关31的操作信号,与处于规定距离内的钥匙装置8进行无线通信,根据与钥匙装置8进行的无线通信成功来对锁32进行锁定和解锁。锁定和解锁控制部41是控制与锁32的锁定和解锁有关的处理的电子控制单元(ECU)。
锁定和解锁控制部41使用LF发送器42和RF接收器43与钥匙装置8进行无线通信。LF发送器42根据锁定和解锁控制部41的控制,发送规定的LF信号。RF接收器43接收RF信号并将该RF信号输出到锁定和解锁控制部41。
钥匙装置8具备钥匙控制部81、LF接收器82以及RF发送器83。钥匙控制部81使用LF接收器82和RF发送器83与车辆V的锁定和解锁控制部41进行无线通信。LF接收器82接收LF信号并将该LF信号输出到钥匙控制部81。钥匙控制部81根据被输入规定的LF信号来控制RF发送器83,以使RF发送器83发送包含钥匙装置8的识别符(ID)的RF信号。
在此,以第一频率附近的第二频率进行LF发送器42与LF接收器82之间的通信。LF发送器42例如发送130kHz左右的低频的LF信号。在本发明的实施方式中,“第一频率附近”是指在第二频率的通信中可能由于第一频率的信号而发生干扰的程度的频率。
RF发送器83例如发送300MHz左右的极超短波的RF信号。利用RF接收器43将所接收到的RF信号输入到锁定和解锁控制部41。在RF信号中包含的ID与预先存储的ID一致的情况下,锁定和解锁控制部41判定为与钥匙装置8进行的无线通信成功。锁定和解锁控制部41根据与钥匙装置8进行的无线通信成功来对锁32进行锁定和解锁。
受电控制部5是主要控制车辆线圈21的受电动作以对电池24进行充电的ECU。受电控制部5具备布线开关51、信号判断部52以及充电控制部53。布线开关51例如被装载于受电控制部5,且被连接在操作开关31与锁定和解锁控制部41之间。布线开关51由机械地切换布线的机械开关及根据受电控制部5的控制来切换机械开关的致动器构成。布线开关51被连接在操作开关31与锁定和解锁控制部41之间。
如图2所示,布线开关51在受电装置2的非受电动作时将布线进行连接,以使从操作开关31输出的操作信号被直接输入到锁定和解锁控制部41。在受电装置2的非受电动作时,布线开关51将一端连接于操作开关31的布线L1的另一端与一端连接于锁定和解锁控制部41的布线L2进行电连接。布线L2的另一端经由布线开关51连接于信号判断部52。在布线开关51处连接有布线L2的另一端,由此布线L2电连接于布线L1。
如图3所示,布线开关51在受电装置2的受电动作时将布线进行连接,以使从操作开关31输出的操作信号被直接输入到信号判断部52。布线开关51将布线L1的另一端与连接于信号判断部52的触点N进行连接,由此将操作开关31与信号判断部52电连接,并且将布线L1与布线L2分开。
信号判断部52存储从操作开关31输入的操作信号。信号判断部52在被输入了操作开关31的操作信号的情况下,将所输入的操作信号输出到锁定和解锁控制部41。另外,信号判断部52根据被输入操作信号,经由无线通信部6向供电装置10发送用于请求停止供电的信号,由此抑制受电装置2的受电动作。
信号判断部52基于与供电装置10的通信或受电装置2的受电状态来判定受电装置2的受电动作是否被抑制为规定的状态(例如0W),即判定是否完成抑制。信号判断部52根据受电装置2的受电动作的抑制完成来将所存储的操作信号输出到锁定和解锁控制部41。
充电控制部53将用于请求开始由供电装置10进行供电的信号等经由无线通信部6、14发送到控制部13,由此开始从地面线圈11进行供电。受电装置2根据充电控制部53的控制来控制整流部22和继电器部23的驱动,由此将车辆线圈21从地面线圈11接收到的电力供给到电池24,来对电池24进行充电。
充电控制部53利用CAN(Controller Area Network:控域网)与对逆变器25的开关控制、电池24的充电状态(SOC)等进行管理的控制器连接。充电控制部53在经由CAN从该控制器接收到用于通知电池24已达到充满电的信号时,将用于请求结束供电的信号经由无线通信部6、14发送到控制部13。
通知装置7由发出光的光源、显示字符、图像的显示装置以及输出警告音、锁定和解锁音等声音的扬声器等构成。通知装置7根据锁定和解锁控制部41的控制来输出光、声音,由此向用户通知信息。
(锁定和解锁系统1的动作)
参照图4的流程图来说明本发明的实施方式所涉及的锁定和解锁系统1的动作的一例。
在步骤S1中,受电控制部5根据与供电装置10的通信或受电装置2的受电状态来判定受电装置2是否处于从供电装置10接收电力的受电动作中。在处于受电动作中的情况下,使处理进入步骤S2,在处于非受电动作中的情况下,使处理进入步骤S7。在步骤S7中,受电控制部5切换布线开关51,以使从操作开关31输出的操作信号被直接输入到锁定和解锁控制部41,结束处理并从步骤S11起反复进行受电控制部5的处理。
在步骤S2中,受电控制部5的信号判断部52判定是否对操作开关31进行了操作、即判定是否从操作开关31输入了操作信号。在步骤S2中受电装置2处于受电动作中,因此布线开关51将布线进行连接,以使从操作开关31输出的操作信号被直接输入到信号判断部52。信号判断部52在被输入了操作信号的情况下存储操作信号并使处理进入步骤S3,信号判断部52在没有被输入操作信号的情况下,结束处理并从步骤S1起反复进行受电控制部5的处理。
在步骤S3中,信号判断部52根据被输入操作信号,经由无线通信部6向供电装置10发送用于请求暂时停止供电的信号,由此暂时抑制受电装置2的受电动作。
在步骤S4中,信号判断部52根据与供电装置10的通信或受电装置2的受电状态来判定供电装置10的供电动作即受电装置2的受电动作是否被抑制为规定的状态、即是否完成了抑制。在抑制完成的情况下,使处理进入步骤S5,在没有完成抑制的情况下,使处理返回到步骤S3。
在步骤S5中,信号判断部52根据受电装置2的受电动作的抑制完成来将在步骤S2中存储的操作信号输出到锁定和解锁控制部41。
在步骤S21中,锁定和解锁控制部41判定是否被输入了操作信号。锁定和解锁控制部41在被输入了操作信号的情况下使处理进入步骤S22,在没有被输入操作信号的情况下,结束处理并反复进行步骤S21的处理。
在步骤S22中,锁定和解锁控制部41使LF发送器42以第二频率发送规定的LF信号。
在步骤S31中,与LF发送器42相距规定的距离的钥匙装置8的LF接收器82接收在步骤S22中发送来的LF信号并输出到钥匙控制部81。在步骤S32中,钥匙控制部81根据被输入规定的LF信号来控制RF发送器83,使得RF发送器83发送包含钥匙装置8的ID的RF信号。
在步骤S23中,锁定和解锁控制部41判定是否由RF接收器43接收到在步骤S32中发送来的RF信号。在RF接收器43接收到RF信号的情况下,锁定和解锁控制部41使处理进入步骤S24,在RF接收器43没有接收到RF信号的情况下,锁定和解锁控制部41结束处理并反复进行步骤S21的处理。
在步骤S24中,锁定和解锁控制部41判定由RF接收器43接收到的RF信号中包含的ID是否与预先存储的ID一致。在ID一致的情况下,锁定和解锁控制部41设为与钥匙装置8之间的无线通信成功并使处理进入步骤S25,在ID不一致的情况下,锁定和解锁控制部41结束处理并反复进行步骤S21的处理。
在步骤S25中,锁定和解锁控制部41根据与钥匙装置8之间的无线通信成功来向锁32输出控制信号,来对锁32进行锁定和解锁。另外,锁定和解锁控制部41将指示再现锁定和解锁音的锁定和解锁信号输出到通知装置7,该锁定和解锁音用于对用户通知锁定和解锁。
在步骤S6中,根据从步骤S5的处理起经过了预先设定的设定时间,受电控制部5经由无线通信部6向供电装置10发送用于请求解除暂时停止供电的信号。由此,受电控制部5解除受电装置2的受电动作的暂时抑制。
根据本发明的实施方式所涉及的锁定和解锁系统1,在操作开关31与锁定和解锁控制部41之间连接有布线开关51。由此,在受电装置2的受电动作时,从操作开关31输出的操作信号被输入到信号判断部52,在非受电动作时,操作信号被直接输入到锁定和解锁控制部41。由此,根据锁定和解锁系统1,在与锁定和解锁有关的现有结构中能够容易地应用能减轻由非接触电力传送导致的、与钥匙装置8的通信的干扰时的用户的不适感的系统。
例如,在图4的流程图中,用点划线包围的锁定和解锁控制部41和钥匙控制部81的处理是普通处理,不需要基于现有结构来进行变更。这样,锁定和解锁系统1不需要更换锁定和解锁控制部41,仅以轻微的变更就能够减轻由非接触电力传送导致的干扰时的用户的不适感。
另外,根据锁定和解锁系统1,信号判断部52存储操作信号,根据抑制了受电装置2的受电动作的情况,将存储的操作信号输出到锁定和解锁控制部41。由此,根据锁定和解锁系统1,能够可靠地防止由非接触电力传送导致的干扰。
另外,根据锁定和解锁系统1,布线开关51由机械开关构成,由此在受电装置2的非受电动作时,即使受电控制部5不启动也能够对车辆V的锁32进行锁定和解锁。由此,根据锁定和解锁系统1,能够节省电力消耗。
(变形例)
在上述的实施方式中,说明了以下情况:受电控制部5根据操作信号向供电装置10请求停止供电,由此抑制受电装置2的受电动作,但未必需要控制受电装置2的受电动作。以下,说明本发明的实施方式的变形例所涉及的锁定和解锁系统1。以下未说明的结构、作用以及效果与上述的实施方式实质上相同,由于重复而省略说明。
如图5和图6所示,在本发明的实施方式的变形例所涉及的锁定和解锁系统1中,通知装置7连接于信号判断部52,使得根据受电控制部5的信号判断部52的控制来对用户通知信息。
如图5所示,在受电装置2的非受电动作时,布线开关51将布线进行连接,以使从操作开关31输出的操作信号被直接输入到锁定和解锁控制部41。如图6所示,在受电装置2的受电动作时,布线开关51将布线进行连接,以使从操作开关31输出的操作信号被直接输入到信号判断部52。
参照图7的流程图来说明本发明的实施方式的变形例所涉及的锁定和解锁系统1的动作的一例。
在步骤S11中,受电控制部5根据与供电装置10的通信或受电装置2的受电状态来判定受电装置2是否处于从供电装置10接收电力的受电动作中。在处于受电动作中的情况下,使处理进入步骤S12,在处于非受电动作中的情况下,使处理进入步骤S15。在步骤S15中,受电控制部5切换布线开关51,以使从操作开关31输出的操作信号被直接输入到锁定和解锁控制部41,结束处理并从步骤S11起反复进行受电控制部5的处理。
在步骤S12中,受电控制部5的信号判断部52判定是否从操作开关31输入了操作信号。在步骤S12中,布线开关51将布线进行连接,以使从操作开关31输出的操作信号被直接输入到信号判断部52。信号判断部52在被输入了操作信号的情况下,存储操作信号并使处理进入步骤S13,信号判断部52在没有被输入操作信号的情况下,结束处理并从步骤S11起反复进行受电控制部5的处理。
在步骤S13中,信号判断部52根据被输入操作信号来向通知装置7输出警告信号,该警告信号指示再现用于警告受电装置2处于受电动作中的警告音。通知装置7在步骤S41中被输入警告信号时,在步骤S42中再现警告音,来对用户通知受电装置2处于受电动作中。
在步骤S14中,根据从步骤S12的处理起经过了预先设定的设定时间,信号判断部52将在步骤S12中存储的操作信号输出到锁定和解锁控制部41。设定时间例如能够设为直到在步骤S13中被指示再现的警告音停止为止的时间。
步骤S21~步骤S25以及步骤S31~步骤S32的处理与图4的流程图相同,因此省略说明。当在步骤S41中被输入在步骤S25中输出的锁定和解锁信号时,通知装置7在步骤S42中再现锁定和解锁音,来对用户通知锁32被进行了锁定和解锁。
根据本发明的实施方式的变形例所涉及的锁定和解锁系统1,根据在受电装置2处于受电动作中对操作开关31进行了操作,通知装置7再现锁定和解锁音。由此,能够对用户通知以下内容:由于受电装置2处于受电动作中,因此在车辆V与钥匙装置8的通信中有可能发生干扰。由此,例如即使在与钥匙装置8的通信中发生了干扰,用户也能够理解该干扰是由来自供电装置10的供电引起的,从而能够减轻干扰时的不适感。
(其它实施方式)
如上所述,通过上述实施方式记载了本发明,但不应该理解为构成本公开的一部分的论述及附图用于限定本发明。对于本领域的技术人员来说,显然能够根据本公开来知晓各种替代实施方式、实施例以及运用技术。
例如,在已述的实施方式中,锁32也可以是点火开关中的锁等除门锁以外的各种锁。
除此以外,本发明显然包括互相应用了上述各结构的结构等在此未记载的各种实施方式等。因而,根据上述说明,本发明的技术范围仅由妥当的专利权利要求书所涉及的发明特定事项来决定。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,能够提供如下一种锁定和解锁系统:能够容易地应用通过在受电动作时和非受电动作时变更布线能够减轻由非接触电力传送导致的干扰时的用户的不适感的系统。

Claims (4)

1.一种锁定和解锁系统,具备:
受电装置,其具有车辆线圈,该车辆线圈设置于车辆,以第一频率来非接触地从设置于地面的地面线圈接收电力;
操作开关,其设置于所述车辆,与用户的操作相应地输出操作信号;
锁定和解锁控制部,其根据被输入所述操作信号,以第一频率附近的第二频率来与处于规定距离内的钥匙装置进行无线通信,根据与所述钥匙装置进行的无线通信成功来对设置于所述车辆的锁进行锁定和解锁;
信号判断部,其在被输入了所述操作信号的情况下将所输入的所述操作信号输出到所述锁定和解锁控制部;以及
布线开关,其在所述受电装置进行受电动作时以使从所述操作开关输出的所述操作信号被输入到所述信号判断部的方式将布线进行连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁定和解锁系统,其特征在于,
还具备受电控制部,该受电控制部根据所述信号判断部被输入了所述操作信号,抑制所述受电装置的受电动作,
所述信号判断部存储被输入的所述操作信号,根据由所述受电控制部对所述受电装置的受电动作进行的抑制完成来将所存储的所述操作信号输出到所述锁定和解锁控制部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锁定和解锁系统,其特征在于,
还具备通知装置,该通知装置用于对用户通知信息,
所述通知装置根据所述信号判断部被输入了所述操作信号,对用户通知所述受电装置处于受电动作中。
4.根据权利要求1~3中的任一项所述的锁定和解锁系统,其特征在于,
所述布线开关是机械开关,在所述受电装置的非受电动作时以使从所述操作开关输出的所述操作信号被输入到所述锁定和解锁控制部的方式将布线进行连接。
