实施例3
本发明提出的一种减肥护肤辣酱,其原料按重量份包括:辣椒80份、生姜1.5份、大蒜22份、芝麻0.5份、复合维生素0.1份、防腐剂0.04份、调味液8.5份、植物油1.5份、食盐11份。
其中,防腐剂的原料按重量份包括:纳他霉素8份、苯甲酸4份、山梨酸3份、壳聚糖7份;
植物油由葵花籽油、花椒油按重量比为4:1组成;
调味液由以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3份桂皮、1.5份小茴香、3份山楂、1.5份肉桂、0.4份花椒、3份香菇、2份胡萝卜、0.3份生姜切碎,加入去离子水,真空浓缩,过滤,得到滤液;再将16份滤液与1.5份柠檬酸、2.5份苹果酸、0.15份鸡精、25份鱼子酱、8份蟹黄酱、10份麻油混合,搅拌,得到调味液。
本发明还提出的一种减肥护肤辣酱的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1、将辣椒清洗,晾干,去蒂,切碎,然后与生姜、大蒜、芝麻混合,然后加食盐进行腌制,得到腌制辣椒酱;
S2、将调味液与腌制辣椒酱混合,以2.5℃/min的速度在搅拌状态下升温至85℃,保温4min,冷却至室温,然后与复合维生素、防腐剂混合,搅拌,加入植物油,装瓶,杀菌,得到减肥护肤辣酱。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种减肥护肤辣酱,其原料按重量份包括:辣椒65份、生姜1.2份、大蒜25份、芝麻0.3份、复合维生素0.08份、防腐剂0.03份、调味液7.2份、植物油1.2份、食盐8份。
其中,防腐剂的原料按重量份包括:纳他霉素10份、苯甲酸2份、山梨酸4份、壳聚糖5份;
植物油为橄榄油;
调味液由以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2.5份桂皮、2份小茴香、3.5份山楂、2份肉桂、0.5份花椒、4份香菇、2.5份胡萝卜、0.4份生姜切碎,加入去离子水,真空浓缩,过滤,得到滤液;再将18份滤液与1.2份柠檬酸、3份苹果酸、0.12份鸡精、28份鱼子酱、8份蟹黄酱、10份麻油混合,搅拌,得到调味液。
本发明还提出的一种减肥护肤辣酱的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1、将辣椒清洗,晾干,去蒂,切碎,然后与生姜、大蒜、芝麻混合,然后加食盐进行腌制,得到腌制辣椒酱;
S2、将调味液与腌制辣椒酱混合,以4℃/min的速度在搅拌状态下升温至90℃,保温3min,冷却至室温,然后与复合维生素、防腐剂混合,搅拌,加入植物油,装瓶,杀菌,得到减肥护肤辣酱。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种减肥护肤辣酱,其原料按重量份包括:辣椒70份、生姜0.8份、大蒜20份、芝麻0.2份、复合维生素0.12份、防腐剂0.04份、调味液9.5份、植物油1.4份、食盐10份。
其中,防腐剂的原料按重量份包括:纳他霉素8份、苯甲酸3份、山梨酸2份、壳聚糖5份;
植物油由菜籽油、花椒油按重量比为3:1组成;
调味液由以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份桂皮、2份小茴香、4份山楂、1份肉桂、0.5份花椒、4份香菇、1份胡萝卜、0.4份生姜切碎,加入去离子水,真空浓缩,过滤,得到滤液;再将20份滤液与2份柠檬酸、2份苹果酸、0.2份鸡精、20份鱼子酱、10份蟹黄酱、12份麻油混合,搅拌,得到调味液。
本发明还提出的一种减肥护肤辣酱的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1、将辣椒清洗,晾干,去蒂,切碎,然后与生姜、大蒜、芝麻混合,然后加食盐进行腌制,得到腌制辣椒酱;
S2、将调味液与腌制辣椒酱混合,以3.5℃/min的速度在搅拌状态下升温至86℃,保温3min,冷却至室温,然后与复合维生素、防腐剂混合,搅拌,加入植物油,装瓶,杀菌,得到减肥护肤辣酱。

1.一种减肥护肤辣酱,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:辣椒50-90份、生姜0.2-1.5份、大蒜10-30份、芝麻0.05-0.5份、复合维生素0.05-0.15份、防腐剂0.02-0.05份、调味液5-10份、植物油1-2份、食盐6-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述减肥护肤辣酱,其特征在于,防腐剂的原料按重量份包括:纳他霉素5-10份、苯甲酸2-5份、山梨酸2-4份、壳聚糖5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述减肥护肤辣酱,其特征在于,植物油由花生油、菜籽油、棕榈油、葵花籽油、橄榄油、花椒油中的一种或两种以上组成。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述减肥护肤辣酱,其特征在于,调味液由以下工艺进行制备:将桂皮、小茴香、山楂、肉桂、花椒、香菇、胡萝卜、生姜切碎,加入去离子水,真空浓缩,过滤,得到滤液;再将滤液与柠檬酸、苹果酸、鸡精、鱼子酱、蟹黄酱、麻油混合,搅拌,得到调味液。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述减肥护肤辣酱,其特征在于,调味液由以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2-5份桂皮、1-2份小茴香、2-4份山楂、1-2份肉桂、0.2-0.5份花椒、2-4份香菇、1-3份胡萝卜、0.2-0.4份生姜切碎,加入去离子水,真空浓缩,过滤,得到滤液;再将10-20份滤液与1-2份柠檬酸、2-3份苹果酸、0.1-0.2份鸡精、20-30份鱼子酱、5-10份蟹黄酱、6-12份麻油混合,搅拌,得到调味液。
6.一种如权利要求1-5中任一项所述减肥护肤辣酱的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
S1、将辣椒清洗,晾干,去蒂,切碎,然后与生姜、大蒜、芝麻混合,然后加食盐进行腌制,得到腌制辣椒酱;
S2、将调味液与腌制辣椒酱混合后进行预热处理,然后与复合维生素、防腐剂混合,搅拌,加入植物油,装瓶,杀菌,得到减肥护肤辣酱。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述减肥护肤辣酱的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,预热处理具体步骤如下:将调味液与腌制辣椒酱混合,以2-4℃/min的速度在搅拌状态下升温至80-90℃,保温3-5min,冷却至室温。
