2.根据权利要求1所述的一种健胃消食罐头,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:南瓜13-19份,洋葱6-9份,卷心菜10-22份,西红柿8-14份,橘皮3-6份,山楂粉6-8份,猪肚8-10份,芦荟3-6份,莱菔子3-5份,六曲2-4份,麦芽4-6份,鸡内金1-3份,味精0.6-1.2份,食盐2-3份,植物油3-5份,水140-180份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种健胃消食罐头,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:南瓜15份,洋葱7份,卷心菜16份,西红柿10份,橘皮5份,山楂粉7份,猪肚9份,芦荟4份,莱菔子5份,六曲2份,麦芽5份,鸡内金1份,味精1份,食盐2份,植物油3份,水160份。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种健胃消食罐头的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜洗净,切成片状放入锅中,加入适量水,加热蒸煮15-18分钟,再加入卷心菜、西红柿,继续加热蒸煮20-25分钟,得到罐头主料;
(2)将猪肚洗净,切成肉片,放入锅中加热煮熟,再加入洋葱、芦荟,继续加热蒸煮12-18分钟,得到预备肉料;
(3)将橘皮、莱菔子、六曲、麦芽和鸡内金放入锅中,加入适量水,先用武火煮沸,再用文火熬煮1.5-2小时,过滤得到营养药液;
(4)将步骤(1)罐头主料、步骤(2)预备肉料和步骤(3)营养药液放入锅中,加入山楂粉、味精、食盐和植物油,继续加热5-8分钟,得到预备罐料;
(5)将步骤(4)预备罐料装入罐中,封口;
(6)在100-110℃条件下进行高温灭菌,冷却、包装、入库。
