本发明涉及酿酒技术领域,尤其涉及一种清热解暑桂花酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
酒是一种美好的饮料,全世界各个民族几乎都有饮酒的习惯。酒的品种有很多,一般的酒是温性的,喝过后会有全身发热的感觉,因此不太适合夏季闷热的天气饮用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种清热解暑桂花酒,营养丰富,口味清香,具有清凉去火、滋养脾胃、解暑、促进消化、增进食欲的功效,适合夏季闷热的天气饮用,而且方便携带,便于储存。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种清热解暑桂花酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:桂花20-40份、莲子心5-8份、刺玫果3-6份、西瓜皮7-9份、荷叶5-8份、甜叶菊3-5份、西洋参3-5份、糯米120-150份、蜂蜜3-6份、黑豆2-5份、绿豆8-10份、酒曲10-15份、水适量。
优选地,所述的清热解暑桂花酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:桂花30份、莲子心6份、刺玫果5份、西瓜皮8份、荷叶6份、甜叶菊4份、西洋参4份、糯米130份、蜂蜜5份、黑豆3份、绿豆9份、酒曲12份、水适量。
所述的清热解暑桂花酒的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份称取原料;
(2)将桂花清洗干净,上屉蒸透3-5min,放入冷水浸凉控干水分,备用;
(3)将莲子心、刺玫果、西瓜皮、荷叶、甜叶菊、西洋参、黑豆、绿豆磨成粉,混合得混合粉,备用;
(4)将糯米用清水冲洗二至三遍,洗净,沥干,放入在冷水中浸泡13-16h,再捞出并沥干,然后上屉蒸饭,待出笼后打散并冷却至35℃,得糯米饭;
(5)将糯米饭与处理后的桂花、混合粉、蜂蜜、酒曲拌匀,加入20-35重量份水,盛入消毒后的干净容器中,35-38℃发酵24-32h,用模具制成长宽高5×5×3cm的方块,采用低温风干,真空包装。
荷叶,具有降血脂、减肥、清凉去火的功效;
西洋参具有滋阴补气,宁神益智及清热生津,降火消暑的双重功效。古语云:“西洋参性凉而补,凡欲用人参而不受人参之温者皆可用之”。故补而不燥是西洋参的特别之处。西洋参能够强化心肌及增强心脏之活动能力。西洋参能够强壮中枢神经,安定身心并恢复疲劳,有镇静及解酒作用,增强记忆能力,对老人痴呆症有显著功效。西洋参能够对血压有调整作用,使暂时性或持久性血压下降.抑制动脉硬化并促进红血球生长,增加血色素的份量。西洋参能够能调节胰岛之分泌,因此对糖尿病有功效。西洋参能够对肝脏有调节毒素之分泌,促进新陈代谢的作用。西洋参能够能增强体力并对运动员具极大助益。西洋参能够抑制癌细胞生长,增加免疫功能。西洋参能够助长消化,对慢性胃病和肠胃衰弱有助效。
甜叶菊是一种多年生菊科草本植物,叶片中含有菊糖苷,其甜度是蔗糖的150~300倍,是一种良好的天然甜味剂,不但无副作用,而且能治疗某些疾病,如治糖尿病,降血压,对肥胖症、心脏病、小儿虫齿等也有疗效,并有促进新陈代谢,强健身体的作用。本发明中加入一定的甜叶菊水提取物增加了产品的甜度,代替了能够增加血糖水平的蔗糖,适合于糖尿病病人食用。
黑豆为豆科植物大豆的黑色种子,味甘性平,营养丰富,含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分,同时又具有多种生物活性位置,如黑豆色素、黑豆多糖和异黄酮等。具有高蛋白、低热量的特性,具有活血、利水、祛风、清热解毒、滋养健血的功效。
莲子心,是睡莲科植物莲的成熟种子的绿色胚芽,性味苦,寒,具有清心安神,去热,止血,降压去脂之功效。
本发明食用时将清热解暑桂花酒块加水、调味煮食即可,简单方便。

一种清热解暑桂花酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:桂花20份、莲子心5份、刺玫果3份、西瓜皮9份、荷叶8份、甜叶菊3份、西洋参5份、糯米120份、蜂蜜3份、黑豆2份、绿豆10份、酒曲10份、水适量。
所述的清热解暑桂花酒的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份称取原料;
(2)将桂花清洗干净,上屉蒸透3min,放入冷水浸凉控干水分,备用;
(3)将莲子心、刺玫果、西瓜皮、荷叶、甜叶菊、西洋参、黑豆、绿豆磨成粉,混合得混合粉,备用;

一种清热解暑桂花酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:桂花40份、莲子心5份、刺玫果6份、西瓜皮9份、荷叶5份、甜叶菊5份、西洋参5份、糯米150份、蜂蜜6份、黑豆5份、绿豆10份、酒曲15份、水适量。
所述的清热解暑桂花酒的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份称取原料;
(2)将桂花清洗干净,上屉蒸透5min,放入冷水浸凉控干水分,备用;
(3)将莲子心、刺玫果、西瓜皮、荷叶、甜叶菊、西洋参、黑豆、绿豆磨成粉,混合得混合粉,备用;
(4)将糯米用清水冲洗二至三遍,洗净,沥干,放入在冷水中浸泡16h,再捞出并沥干,然后上屉蒸饭,待出笼后打散并冷却至35℃,得糯米饭;
(5)将糯米饭与处理后的桂花、混合粉、蜂蜜、酒曲拌匀,加入35重量份水,盛入消毒后的干净容器中,38℃发酵24h,用模具制成长宽高5×5×3cm的方块,采用低温风干,真空包装。

1.一种清热解暑桂花酒,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:桂花20-40份、莲子心5-8份、刺玫果3-6份、西瓜皮7-9份、荷叶5-8份、甜叶菊3-5份、西洋参3-5份、糯米120-150份、蜂蜜3-6份、黑豆2-5份、绿豆8-10份、酒曲10-15份、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清热解暑桂花酒,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:桂花30份、莲子心6份、刺玫果5份、西瓜皮8份、荷叶6份、甜叶菊4份、西洋参4份、糯米130份、蜂蜜5份、黑豆3份、绿豆9份、酒曲12份、水适量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的清热解暑桂花酒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按上述重量份称取原料;
(2)将桂花清洗干净,上屉蒸透3-5min,放入冷水浸凉控干水分,备用;
