本发明是发明人将潜心研究中医药学的心得和多年临床实践经验相结合,遵循中医“扶正固本”“阴阳协调”的思想原则,精选多种中药材,经科学配比后,与鸡蛋配伍,通过精心加工,制成一种具有良好保健功效的鸡蛋脆片,口感酥脆,营养丰富,且具有清热解毒、解热利尿、利湿消热的功效,老少皆宜。
在工序中,精选多种中药材,混合煎煮后,将鸡蛋浸泡其中进行煎煮,中药液中的营养成分能有效渗入鸡蛋中,提升了鸡蛋的营养价值;将鸡蛋直接放入煮沸的中药液中,能防止煎煮过程中鸡蛋壳碎裂;煎煮3-5min后,蛋清基本呈凝固状态,再捣碎鸡蛋壳,煎煮并浸泡于中药液中,使鸡蛋能充分吸收中药的营养元素;用生姜、辣椒、胡椒面等香辛料作为调料,具有开胃导滞的作用,能有效防止因食用鸡蛋带来的消化不良等症;在调料中,加入蔬菜粉,既有解腻作用,还能均衡产品营养;将鸡蛋切成片状,极大地缩短了烘烤时间,且方便人们食用;鸡蛋熟制过程中,两次煎煮总共花费了5-9min,时间适宜,而煮鸡蛋时间过长,蛋黄中的亚铁离子会与硫离子产生化学反应,形成硫化亚铁褐色沉淀,很难被吸收。
本发明的工艺流程简洁,易操作;且加工过程中,工序严谨,营养物质流失较少,有效保障了产品质量。
针对热毒、上火症状,本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组,食用本发明,每天食用本发明一次,7天为一个疗程,另一组对照组服用清热颗粒,每天服用一次,7天为一个疗程,每组选择门诊病人100例,其中男40例,女60例,最大年龄60岁,最小年龄25岁,临床表现为口舌生疮、痘痘、牙龈肿痛、咽痛、口干舌燥,表一为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:

一种斩龙草清热解毒鸡蛋脆片,由原料按以下重量份数制成,斩龙草15-20份、芒小米草13-18份、红头草12-17份、歪头菜11-15份、瓜萎根10-13份、落地荷花8-12份、红药子5-8份、茅根3-5份、三叶青2-4份、鸡蛋300-400份、辅料60-75份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,食盐15-20份、胡椒面5-8份、干辣椒3-5份、八角10-12份、草果5-8份、生姜3-5份、蔬菜10-15份、冰糖20-30份。

所述一种斩龙草清热解毒鸡蛋脆片,原料按优选重量份数,斩龙草16-19份、芒小米草14-17份、红头草13-16份、歪头菜12-14份、瓜萎根11-13份、落地荷花9-12份、红药子5-7份、茅根3-4份、三叶青2-3份、鸡蛋320-390份、辅料65-73份。
实施例3
所述一种斩龙草清热解毒鸡蛋脆片,原料按优选重量份数,斩龙草17份、芒小米草15份、红头草14份、歪头菜12份、瓜萎根11份、落地荷花9份、红药子7份、茅根3份、三叶青2份、鸡蛋350份、辅料70份。

所述一种斩龙草清热解毒鸡蛋脆片,所述辅料中原料按最佳重量份数,食盐18份、胡椒面6份、干辣椒3份、八角11份、草果5份、生姜3份、蔬菜12份、冰糖28份。
实施例5
所述一种斩龙草清热解毒鸡蛋脆片,其制备方法的具体工序为:
(1)制药液:
按重量份数,取优质的斩龙草、芒小米草、红头草、歪头菜、瓜萎根、落地荷花、红药子、茅根、三叶青,净制切制后,加入4-6倍清水,大火煎煮1-2h后,加入食盐、八角、草果、冰糖,继续煎煮20-30min,得中药液;
(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:
按重量份数,取蔬菜、生姜,除杂洗净后,置于沸水中,焯至熟透后,置于冷冻干燥机内,迅速冻干,再与干辣椒混合,粉碎至100-200目,加入食盐、胡椒面,搅拌均匀,得调料粉;
(4)制片、灭菌:
取熟鸡蛋,去壳后,切成0.4-0.6cm厚度的均匀片状,得蛋片,再将调料粉均匀喷洒于蛋片两面,置于烤箱内低温烘焙至酥脆,再经70-75℃微波处理1-2min,进行灭菌处理后,塑封,即得成品。

所述原料中的鸡蛋可以用鸭蛋替代;所述辅料中的胡椒面、生姜,可以用茴香、洋葱、花椒、陈皮或其他香辛料替代。
