在原料中,歪头菜,全草入药,能解热,利尿,理气,止痛,主治头晕,浮肿,胃痛;菊苣,清热解毒,利尿消肿,主治湿热黄疸,肾炎水肿,胃脘胀痛,食欲不振;大树甘草,清热解毒,止咳化痰,利尿消肿,主肺热咳嗽,咽喉肿痛,肾炎水肿,尿路感染;青风藤,祛风湿,利小便,治风湿痹痛,鹤膝风,水肿,脚气,用于风湿痹痛,关节肿胀,麻痹瘙痒;石竹,利尿通淋,破血通经,尿路感染、热淋、尿血、妇女经闭、疮毒、湿疹;水葫芦,疏散风热,利水通淋,清热解毒,主风热感冒,水肿,热淋;石韦,能清湿热、利尿通琳、治刀伤、烫伤、脱力虚损;八仙草,清热解毒,利尿通淋,消肿止痛,主痈疽肿毒,乳腺炎,阑尾炎,水肿,感冒发热,痢疾,尿路感染,尿血,牙龈出血,刀伤出血;柳叶,清热解毒,解毒透疹,利尿通淋,治痧疹透发不畅,白浊,疔疮疖肿,乳腺炎,甲状腺肿,丹毒,烫伤,牙痛。
本发明是发明人将潜心研究中医药学的心得和多年临床实践经验相结合,遵循中医“扶正固本”“阴阳协调”的思想原则,精选多种中药材,经科学配比后,与鸡蛋配伍,通过精心加工,制成一种具有良好保健功效的鸡蛋脆片,口感酥脆,营养丰富,且具有清热利湿、解热利水、利小便的功效,老少皆宜。
在工序中,精选多种中药材,混合煎煮后,将鸡蛋浸泡其中进行煎煮,中药液中的营养成分能有效渗入鸡蛋中,提升了鸡蛋的营养价值;将鸡蛋直接放入煮沸的中药液中,能防止煎煮过程中鸡蛋壳碎裂;煎煮3-5min后,蛋清基本呈凝固状态,再捣碎鸡蛋壳,煎煮并浸泡于中药液中,使鸡蛋能充分吸收中药的营养元素;用生姜、辣椒、胡椒面等香辛料作为调料,具有开胃导滞的作用,能有效防止因食用鸡蛋带来的消化不良等症;在调料中,加入蔬菜粉,既有解腻作用,还能均衡产品营养;将鸡蛋切成片状,极大地缩短了烘烤时间,且方便人们食用;鸡蛋熟制过程中,两次煎煮总共花费了5-9min,时间适宜,而煮鸡蛋时间过长,蛋黄中的亚铁离子会与硫离子产生化学反应,形成硫化亚铁褐色沉淀,很难被吸收。
本发明的工艺流程简洁,易操作;且加工过程中,工序严谨,营养物质流失较少,有效保障了产品质量。
针对小便不利症状,本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组,食用本发明,每天食用本发明一次,7天为一个疗程,另一组对照组服用清热利尿颗粒,每天服用一次,7天为一个疗程,每组选择门诊病人100例,其中男40例,女60例,最大年龄60岁,最小年龄25岁,临床表现为小便不利、尿路感染、尿浊、小便黄赤、尿少,表一为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:

治疗组和对照组的有效率有明显差异,不难看出本发明临床应用上的显著疗效。

一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,由原料按以下重量份数制成,歪头菜15-20份、菊苣13-18份、大树甘草12-17份、青风藤11-15份、石竹10-13份、水葫芦8-12份、石韦5-8份、八仙草3-5份、柳叶2-4份、鸡蛋300-400份、辅料60-75份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,食盐15-20份、胡椒面5-8份、干辣椒3-5份、八角10-12份、草果5-8份、生姜3-5份、蔬菜10-15份、冰糖20-30份。

所述一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,原料按优选重量份数,歪头菜16-19份、菊苣14-17份、大树甘草13-16份、青风藤12-14份、石竹11-13份、水葫芦9-12份、石韦5-7份、八仙草3-4份、柳叶2-3份、鸡蛋320-390份、辅料65-73份。

所述一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,原料按优选重量份数,歪头菜17份、菊苣15份、大树甘草14份、青风藤12份、石竹11份、水葫芦9份、石韦7份、八仙草3份、柳叶2份、鸡蛋350份、辅料70份。

所述一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,所述辅料中原料按最佳重量份数,食盐18份、胡椒面6份、干辣椒3份、八角11份、草果5份、生姜3份、蔬菜12份、冰糖28份。
实施例5
所述一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,其制备方法的具体工序为:
(1)制药液:
按重量份数,取优质的歪头菜、菊苣、大树甘草、青风藤、石竹、水葫芦、石韦、八仙草、柳叶,净制切制后,加入4-6倍清水,大火煎煮1-2h后,加入食盐、八角、草果、冰糖,继续煎煮20-30min,得中药液;
(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:
按重量份数,取蔬菜、生姜,除杂洗净后,置于沸水中,焯至熟透后,置于冷冻干燥机内,迅速冻干,再与干辣椒混合,粉碎至100-200目,加入食盐、胡椒面,搅拌均匀,得调料粉;
(4)制片、灭菌:
取熟鸡蛋,去壳后,切成0.4-0.6cm厚度的均匀片状,得蛋片,再将调料粉均匀喷洒于蛋片两面,置于烤箱内低温烘焙至酥脆,再经70-75℃微波处理1-2min,进行灭菌处理后,塑封,即得成品。

所述原料中的鸡蛋可以用鸭蛋替代;所述辅料中的胡椒面、生姜,可以用茴香、洋葱、花椒、陈皮或其他香辛料替代。

1.一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:由原料按以下重量份数制成,歪头菜15-20份、菊苣13-18份、大树甘草12-17份、青风藤11-15份、石竹10-13份、水葫芦8-12份、石韦5-8份、八仙草3-5份、柳叶2-4份、鸡蛋300-400份、辅料60-75份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,食盐15-20份、胡椒面5-8份、干辣椒3-5份、八角10-12份、草果5-8份、生姜3-5份、蔬菜10-15份、冰糖20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:原料按优选重量份数,歪头菜16-19份、菊苣14-17份、大树甘草13-16份、青风藤12-14份、石竹11-13份、水葫芦9-12份、石韦5-7份、八仙草3-4份、柳叶2-3份、鸡蛋320-390份、辅料65-73份。

4.根据权利要求1所述一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:所述辅料中原料按最佳重量份数,食盐18份、胡椒面6份、干辣椒3份、八角11份、草果5份、生姜3份、蔬菜12份、冰糖28份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:其制备方法的具体工序为:
(1)制药液:
按重量份数,取优质的歪头菜、菊苣、大树甘草、青风藤、石竹、水葫芦、石韦、八仙草、柳叶,净制切制后,加入4-6倍清水,大火煎煮1-2h后,加入食盐、八角、草果、冰糖,继续煎煮20-30min,得中药液;
(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:
按重量份数,取蔬菜、生姜,除杂洗净后,置于沸水中,焯至熟透后,置于冷冻干燥机内,迅速冻干,再与干辣椒混合,粉碎至100-200目,加入食盐、胡椒面,搅拌均匀,得调料粉;
(4)制片、灭菌:
取熟鸡蛋,去壳后,切成0.4-0.6cm厚度的均匀片状,得蛋片,再将调料粉均匀喷洒于蛋片两面,置于烤箱内低温烘焙至酥脆,再经70-75℃微波处理1-2min,进行灭菌处理后,塑封,即得成品。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述一种歪头菜利小便鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:所述原料中的鸡蛋可以用鸭蛋替代;所述辅料中的胡椒面、生姜,可以用茴香、洋葱、花椒、陈皮或其他香辛料替代。
