在工序中,精选多种中药材,混合煎煮后,将鸡蛋浸泡其中进行煎煮,中药液中的营养成分能有效渗入鸡蛋中,提升了鸡蛋的营养价值;将鸡蛋直接放入煮沸的中药液中,能防止煎煮过程中鸡蛋壳碎裂;煎煮3-5min后,蛋清基本呈凝固状态,再捣碎鸡蛋壳,煎煮并浸泡于中药液中,使鸡蛋能充分吸收中药的营养元素;用生姜、辣椒、胡椒面等香辛料作为调料,具有开胃导滞的作用,能有效防止因食用鸡蛋带来的消化不良等症;在调料中,加入蔬菜粉,既有解腻作用,还能均衡产品营养;将鸡蛋切成片状,极大地缩短了烘烤时间,且方便人们食用;鸡蛋熟制过程中,两次煎煮总共花费了5-9min,时间适宜,而煮鸡蛋时间过长,蛋黄中的亚铁离子会与硫离子产生化学反应,形成硫化亚铁褐色沉淀,很难被吸收。
本发明的工艺流程简洁,易操作;且加工过程中,工序严谨,营养物质流失较少,有效保障了产品质量。
针对淤血肿痛症状,本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组,食用本发明,每天食用本发明一次,7天为一个疗程,另一组对照组服用活血祛瘀散,每天服用一次,7天为一个疗程,每组选择门诊病人100例,其中男40例,女60例,最大年龄60岁,最小年龄25岁,临床表现为瘀斑、肌肉酸痛、关节肿胀、局部高热、红肿发炎,表一为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:

治疗组和对照组的有效率有明显差异,不难看出本发明临床应用上的显著疗效。

实施例1
一种罗星草散淤止痛鸡蛋脆片,由原料按以下重量份数制成,罗星草15-20份、矮茎冷水花13-18份、光叶密花豆12-17份、千解草11-15份、瓶耳小草10-13份、茱卷皮8-12份、小叶柳5-8份、山稔根3-5份、海风藤2-4份、鸡蛋300-400份、辅料60-75份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,食盐15-20份、胡椒面5-8份、干辣椒3-5份、八角10-12份、草果5-8份、生姜3-5份、蔬菜10-15份、冰糖20-30份。

所述一种罗星草散淤止痛鸡蛋脆片,原料按优选重量份数,罗星草16-19份、矮茎冷水花14-17份、光叶密花豆13-16份、千解草12-14份、瓶耳小草11-13份、茱卷皮9-12份、小叶柳5-7份、山稔根3-4份、海风藤2-3份、鸡蛋320-390份、辅料65-73份。

所述一种罗星草散淤止痛鸡蛋脆片,原料按优选重量份数,罗星草17份、矮茎冷水花15份、光叶密花豆14份、千解草12份、瓶耳小草11份、茱卷皮9份、小叶柳7份、山稔根3份、海风藤2份、鸡蛋350份、辅料70份。

所述辅料中原料按最佳重量份数,食盐18份、胡椒面6份、干辣椒3份、八角11份、草果5份、生姜3份、蔬菜12份、冰糖28份。
实施例5
所述一种罗星草散淤止痛鸡蛋脆片,其制备方法的具体工序为:
(1)制药液:
按重量份数,取优质的罗星草、矮茎冷水花、光叶密花豆、千解草、瓶耳小草、茱卷皮、小叶柳、山稔根、海风藤,净制切制后,加入4-6倍清水,大火煎煮1-2h后,加入食盐、八角、草果、冰糖,继续煎煮20-30min,得中药液;
(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:
按重量份数,取蔬菜、生姜,除杂洗净后,置于沸水中,焯至熟透后,置于冷冻干燥机内,迅速冻干,再与干辣椒混合,粉碎至100-200目,加入食盐、胡椒面,搅拌均匀,得调料粉;
(4)制片、灭菌:
取熟鸡蛋,去壳后,切成0.4-0.6cm厚度的均匀片状,得蛋片,再将调料粉均匀喷洒于蛋片两面,置于烤箱内低温烘焙至酥脆,再经70-75℃微波处理1-2min,进行灭菌处理后,塑封,即得成品。
实施例6
所述原料中的鸡蛋可以用鸭蛋替代;所述辅料中的胡椒面、生姜,可以用茴香、洋葱、花椒、陈皮或其他香辛料替代。

1.一种罗星草散淤止痛鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:由原料按以下重量份数制成,罗星草15-20份、矮茎冷水花13-18份、光叶密花豆12-17份、千解草11-15份、瓶耳小草10-13份、茱卷皮8-12份、小叶柳5-8份、山稔根3-5份、海风藤2-4份、鸡蛋300-400份、辅料60-75份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,食盐15-20份、胡椒面5-8份、干辣椒3-5份、八角10-12份、草果5-8份、生姜3-5份、蔬菜10-15份、冰糖20-30份。

5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述一种罗星草散淤止痛鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:其制备方法的具体工序为:
(1)制药液:
按重量份数,取优质的罗星草、矮茎冷水花、光叶密花豆、千解草、瓶耳小草、茱卷皮、小叶柳、山稔根、海风藤,净制切制后,加入4-6倍清水,大火煎煮1-2h后,加入食盐、八角、草果、冰糖,继续煎煮20-30min,得中药液;
(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:
按重量份数,取蔬菜、生姜,除杂洗净后,置于沸水中,焯至熟透后,置于冷冻干燥机内,迅速冻干,再与干辣椒混合,粉碎至100-200目,加入食盐、胡椒面,搅拌均匀,得调料粉;
(4)制片、灭菌:
取熟鸡蛋,去壳后,切成0.4-0.6cm厚度的均匀片状,得蛋片,再将调料粉均匀喷洒于蛋片两面,置于烤箱内低温烘焙至酥脆,再经70-75℃微波处理1-2min,进行灭菌处理后,塑封,即得成品。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述一种罗星草散淤止痛鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:所述原料中的鸡蛋可以用鸭蛋替代;所述辅料中的胡椒面、生姜,可以用茴香、洋葱、花椒、陈皮或其他香辛料替代。
