按重量份数,取优质的绿萼水珠草、穿破石、红花酢浆草、猫爪草、扁秆藨草、艾麻草、百味叶、鸭跖草、水红花子,净制切制后,加入4-6倍清水,大火煎煮1-2h后,加入食盐、八角、草果、冰糖,继续煎煮20-30min,得中药液;
(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:
按重量份数,取蔬菜、生姜,除杂洗净后,置于沸水中,焯至熟透后,置于冷冻干燥机内,迅速冻干,再与干辣椒混合,粉碎至100-200目,加入食盐、胡椒面,搅拌均匀,得调料粉;
(4)制片、灭菌:
取熟鸡蛋,去壳后,切成0.4-0.6cm厚度的均匀片状,得蛋片,再将调料粉均匀喷洒于蛋片两面,置于烤箱内低温烘焙至酥脆,再经70-75℃微波处理1-2min,进行灭菌处理后,塑封,即得成品。

所述原料中的鸡蛋可以用鸭蛋替代;所述辅料中的胡椒面、生姜,可以用茴香、洋葱、花椒、陈皮或其他香辛料替代。

1.一种绿萼水珠草活血鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:由原料按以下重量份数制成,绿萼水珠草15-20份、穿破石13-18份、红花酢浆草12-17份、猫爪草11-15份、扁秆藨草10-13份、艾麻草8-12份、百味叶5-8份、鸭跖草3-5份、水红花子2-4份、鸡蛋300-400份、辅料60-75份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,食盐15-20份、胡椒面5-8份、干辣椒3-5份、八角10-12份、草果5-8份、生姜3-5份、蔬菜10-15份、冰糖20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种绿萼水珠草活血鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:原料按优选重量份数,绿萼水珠草16-19份、穿破石14-17份、红花酢浆草13-16份、猫爪草12-14份、扁秆藨草11-13份、艾麻草9-12份、百味叶5-7份、鸭跖草3-4份、水红花子2-3份、鸡蛋320-390份、辅料65-73份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种绿萼水珠草活血鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:原料按优选重量份数,绿萼水珠草17份、穿破石15份、红花酢浆草14份、猫爪草12份、扁秆藨草11份、艾麻草9份、百味叶7份、鸭跖草3份、水红花子2份、鸡蛋350份、辅料70份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种绿萼水珠草活血鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:所述辅料中原料按最佳重量份数,食盐18份、胡椒面6份、干辣椒3份、八角11份、草果5份、生姜3份、蔬菜12份、冰糖28份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述一种绿萼水珠草活血鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:其制备方法的具体工序为:
(1)制药液:
按重量份数,取优质的绿萼水珠草、穿破石、红花酢浆草、猫爪草、扁秆藨草、艾麻草、百味叶、鸭跖草、水红花子,净制切制后,加入4-6倍清水,大火煎煮1-2h后,加入食盐、八角、草果、冰糖,继续煎煮20-30min,得中药液;
(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:
按重量份数,取蔬菜、生姜,除杂洗净后,置于沸水中,焯至熟透后,置于冷冻干燥机内,迅速冻干,再与干辣椒混合,粉碎至100-200目,加入食盐、胡椒面,搅拌均匀,得调料粉;
(4)制片、灭菌:
取熟鸡蛋,去壳后,切成0.4-0.6cm厚度的均匀片状,得蛋片,再将调料粉均匀喷洒于蛋片两面,置于烤箱内低温烘焙至酥脆,再经70-75℃微波处理1-2min,进行灭菌处理后,塑封,即得成品。
