(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:

本发明是发明人将潜心研究中医药学的心得和多年临床实践经验相结合,遵循中医“扶正固本”“阴阳协调”的思想原则,精选多种中药材,经科学配比后,与鸡蛋配伍,通过精心加工,制成一种具有良好保健功效的鸡蛋脆片,口感酥脆,营养丰富,且具有除烦止渴、清热解毒、解渴消暑的功效,老少皆宜。

(1)制药液:
按重量份数,取优质的南枳椇、木芙蓉、灯芯草、禾叶毛兰、八月札、香薷、佩兰叶、荸荠、四籽马蓝,净制切制后,加入4-6倍清水,大火煎煮1-2h后,加入食盐、八角、草果、冰糖,继续煎煮20-30min,得中药液;
(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:
按重量份数,取蔬菜、生姜,除杂洗净后,置于沸水中,焯至熟透后,置于冷冻干燥机内,迅速冻干,再与干辣椒混合,粉碎至100-200目,加入食盐、胡椒面,搅拌均匀,得调料粉;
(4)制片、灭菌:
取熟鸡蛋,去壳后,切成0.4-0.6cm厚度的均匀片状,得蛋片,再将调料粉均匀喷洒于蛋片两面,置于烤箱内低温烘焙至酥脆,再经70-75℃微波处理1-2min,进行灭菌处理后,塑封,即得成品。

所述原料中的鸡蛋可以用鸭蛋替代;所述辅料中的胡椒面、生姜,可以用茴香、洋葱、花椒、陈皮或其他香辛料替代。

1.一种南枳椇解渴除烦鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:由原料按以下重量份数制成,南枳椇15-20份、木芙蓉13-18份、灯芯草12-17份、禾叶毛兰11-15份、八月札10-13份、香薷8-12份、佩兰叶5-8份、荸荠3-5份、四籽马蓝2-4份、鸡蛋300-400份、辅料60-75份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,食盐15-20份、胡椒面5-8份、干辣椒3-5份、八角10-12份、草果5-8份、生姜3-5份、蔬菜10-15份、冰糖20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种南枳椇解渴除烦鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:原料按优选重量份数,南枳椇16-19份、木芙蓉14-17份、灯芯草13-16份、禾叶毛兰12-14份、八月札11-13份、香薷9-12份、佩兰叶5-7份、荸荠3-4份、四籽马蓝2-3份、鸡蛋320-390份、辅料65-73份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种南枳椇解渴除烦鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:原料按优选重量份数,南枳椇17份、木芙蓉15份、灯芯草14份、禾叶毛兰12份、八月札11份、香薷9份、佩兰叶7份、荸荠3份、四籽马蓝2份、鸡蛋350份、辅料70份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种南枳椇解渴除烦鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:所述辅料中原料按最佳重量份数,食盐18份、胡椒面6份、干辣椒3份、八角11份、草果5份、生姜3份、蔬菜12份、冰糖28份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述一种南枳椇解渴除烦鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:其制备方法的具体工序为:
(1)制药液:
按重量份数,取优质的南枳椇、木芙蓉、灯芯草、禾叶毛兰、八月札、香薷、佩兰叶、荸荠、四籽马蓝,净制切制后,加入4-6倍清水,大火煎煮1-2h后,加入食盐、八角、草果、冰糖,继续煎煮20-30min,得中药液;
(2)煎煮:
按重量份数,取优质鸡蛋,将蛋壳洗净后,放入煮沸的中药液中,小火加热至沸腾,保持3-5min后,将蛋壳捣至6-8分碎,继续煎煮2-4min后,关火静置3-5h,得熟鸡蛋;
(3)制调料:
按重量份数,取蔬菜、生姜,除杂洗净后,置于沸水中,焯至熟透后,置于冷冻干燥机内,迅速冻干,再与干辣椒混合,粉碎至100-200目,加入食盐、胡椒面,搅拌均匀,得调料粉;
(4)制片、灭菌:
取熟鸡蛋,去壳后,切成0.4-0.6cm厚度的均匀片状,得蛋片,再将调料粉均匀喷洒于蛋片两面,置于烤箱内低温烘焙至酥脆,再经70-75℃微波处理1-2min,进行灭菌处理后,塑封,即得成品。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述一种南枳椇解渴除烦鸡蛋脆片,其特征在于:所述原料中的鸡蛋可以用鸭蛋替代;所述辅料中的胡椒面、生姜,可以用茴香、洋葱、花椒、陈皮或其他香辛料替代。
