Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物。此外,本发明涉及通过固化用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物所获得的润滑涂层膜、设置有润滑涂层膜的滑动构件以及用于制造该滑动构件的方法。
背景技术
如例如日本未经审查的专利申请公布No.2013-189569中所述,设置有包含酚醛树脂和环氧树脂的粘结剂并且设置有包含固体润滑剂的涂层膜的滑动构件是已知的。
然而,在一些情况下,上述涂层膜缺乏柔性,并且在此类情况下,基材和涂层膜之间的粘附性可被损害。例如,如果上述涂层膜形成在由金属制成的片状基材的表面上,而涂层膜的柔性贫乏,则因此在弯曲期间或在处理基材时,涂层膜中可出现破裂。此外,由于涂层膜跟随基材变形的能力贫乏,所以当弯曲的位置被刮擦时,涂层膜可剥离。
可归因于涂层膜相对于该类型的基材的低柔性的各种缺点对于润滑涂层膜特别成问题,该润滑涂层膜出于滑动构件的表面上的润滑目的而形成,该滑动构件长时间接触另一个构件。

技术问题

更具体地讲,本发明的目的是提供用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物,该涂料组合物能够形成与各种类型的基材的表面,并且特别与由金属制成的基材的表面具有高水平粘附性,并且还具有优异的跟随能力的润滑涂层膜;以及能够提供滑动构件,该滑动构件可通过该润滑涂层膜维持长时间的优异滑动特性。
此外,本发明的另一个目的是使用用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物来提供润滑涂层膜、设置有润滑涂层膜的滑动构件以及用于制造该滑动构件的方法。
问题的解决方案
作为用以解决上述问题的详细调查的结果,本发明的发明人通过控制以下各项而发现:
包含酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和固体润滑剂的润滑涂层膜中的(i)作为粘结剂的酚醛树脂与环氧树脂的共混比率,以及
(ii)环氧树脂的环氧当量(由单个分子中按环氧基团数目的数均分子量来限定),
可形成具有高水平柔性并且表现出与基材的优异粘附性和跟随基材变形的优异能力的润滑涂层膜,从而实现本发明。
也就是说,本发明的第一个目的通过用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物实现,该涂料组合物包含:
(A)酚醛树脂,
(B)环氧当量为600至4000的环氧树脂,以及
(C)至少一种类型的固体润滑剂;并且
以组分(A)和组分(B)的总重量计,组分(A)的重量比率为至少50重量%。
组分(B)的环氧当量可选地为600至3300,或优选为800至1200。
按组分(A)和组分(B)的总重量计,组分(A)的重量比率优选为至少60重量%并且不超过80重量%。
组分(C)可含有选自以下的至少一种或多种类型的物质:氟树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂以及它们的混合物。
组分(C)优选含有选自以下的一种或多种类型的金属氧化物或金属氮化物:氮化钛、氧化钛、氧化铝、氮化硅、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物。
此外,组分(C)包含(C1)氟树脂和(C2)选自以下的一种或多种类型的金属氧化物或金属氮化物:氮化钛、氧化钛、氧化铝、氮化硅、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物;并且组分(C1)与组分(C2)的重量比率优选在50:50至90:10的范围内。
本发明的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物可每100质量份的组分(A)和组分(B)总重量含有1至200质量份的组分(C)。
本发明的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物用于形成涂层膜。
本发明还涉及通过固化用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物而获得的润滑涂层膜。
本发明的润滑涂层膜通过固化用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物而获得,并且当用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物以10至20微米的膜厚度固化时,埃里克森杯突深度值(Erichsenvalue)(JIS Z 2247)优选为8.0mm或更大。
本发明还涉及设置有润滑涂层膜的滑动构件。
该滑动构件可为曲轴、压缩机轴、滑动轴承、齿轮、油泵齿轮、活塞、活塞环、活塞销、垫圈、门锁、导轨、安全带扣、制动衬块、制动衬块夹具、制动垫片、制动绝缘子、铰链、螺钉或加压垫。
本发明还涉及用于制造设置有具有形成在表面上的润滑涂层膜的基材的滑动构件的方法,该方法包括:
-将用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物施加到基材表面上的步骤,以及
-加热用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物以在基材表面上形成润滑涂层膜的步骤。
基材优选含有金属。
用于制造本发明的滑动构件的方法还可包括压制或冲压基材的步骤,该基材具有在其表面上形成的润滑涂层膜。
滑动构件可为曲轴、压缩机轴、滑动轴承、齿轮、油泵齿轮、活塞、活塞环、活塞销、垫圈、门锁、导轨、安全带扣、制动衬块、制动衬块夹具、制动垫片、制动绝缘子、铰链、螺钉或加压垫。
本发明还涉及通过固化用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物而在滑动构件上形成润滑涂层膜。滑动构件的具体例子优选为以上所述的那些。
本发明的有利效果
根据本发明的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物可在各种类型的基材的表面上形成具有高水平柔性的润滑涂层膜。
具体地讲,本发明的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物可形成甚至与由可变形物质(诸如金属)制成的基材具有高水平粘附性的润滑涂层膜,并且由于该润滑涂层膜的跟随能力高,可避免或减少润滑涂层膜中破裂的产生和/或润滑涂层膜从基材剥离。
通过本发明的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物获得的润滑涂层膜含有固体润滑剂,因此润滑涂层膜具有优异的滑动特性。此外,通过本发明的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物获得的润滑涂层膜表现出高水平的柔性,因此其用作具有优越滑动耐久性的润滑涂层膜。因此,通过根据本发明的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物形成在基材的表面上的润滑涂层膜可维持长时间的优异滑动特性。
本发明的润滑涂层膜是高度柔性的并且表现出优异的粘附性和跟随能力,并且因此,例如,如果上述涂层膜形成在具有片材、膜或板材形式的基材的表面上,即使基材是弯曲的或类似情况的,涂层膜的破裂和涂层膜从基材的剥离将不会发生或其程度将是最小的。因此,在润滑涂层膜形成在根据本发明的基材的表面上之后,基材可被模制以制造滑动构件,并且滑动构件可被高效地制造。
因此,利用用于制造本发明的滑动构件的方法,具有润滑涂层膜的滑动构件可被容易地制造,并且滑动构件的产率可提升,该润滑涂层膜具有高水平的柔性并且具有优异的粘附性和跟随能力。
具体地讲,如果基材由金属制成,则在润滑涂层膜已形成在基材的表面上之后,滑动构件可通过对基材进行压制、冲压等来制造,并且滑动构件可高效地制造。该类型的滑动构件的例子包括曲轴、压缩机轴、滑动轴承、齿轮、油泵齿轮、活塞、活塞环、活塞销、垫圈、门锁、导轨、安全带扣、制动衬块、制动衬块夹具、制动垫片、制动绝缘子、铰链、螺钉或加压垫。
此外,如果本发明的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物优选含有氟树脂和微粒作为组分(C),其中该微粒包括选自以下的一种或多种类型的金属氧化物或金属氮化物:氮化钛、氧化钛、氧化铝、氮化硅、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物,则所得润滑涂层膜的摩擦系数可进一步减小,并且润滑涂层膜在高负载状态下的耐磨性可进一步增加。
具体实施方式
本发明的第一实施例是用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物,该涂料组合物包含:
(A)酚醛树脂,
(B)环氧当量为600至4000的环氧树脂(由单个分子中按环氧基团数目的数均分子量来限定),以及
(C)至少一种类型的固体润滑剂;并且
按组分(A)和组分(B)的总重量%计,组分(A)的重量%的比率为至少50重量%。
<组分(A)>
本发明的组合物含有酚醛树脂作为组分(A)。组分(A)可为单一类型的酚醛树脂,或者可为其两种或更多种类型的混合物。
酚醛树脂是通过苯酚、甲酚、双酚A或其他酚类化合物与甲醛或另一种醛在存在酸性催化剂或碱性催化剂的情况下的缩合反应而获得的,其中用酸性催化剂缩合的酚醛树脂称为酚醛清漆型酚醛树脂,而用碱性催化剂缩合的那些酚醛树脂称为甲阶酚醛树脂型酚醛树脂。
作为组分(A)的酚醛树脂不受特别限制,并且可使用酚醛清漆型酚醛树脂或甲阶酚醛树脂型酚醛树脂,但是甲阶酚醛树脂型酚醛树脂是优选的。此外,其中引入羟甲基基团的树脂包括内,并且可使用部分或全部所引入的羟甲基基团用具有6个或更少碳原子的醇烷基醚化的酚醛树脂。

在本发明中,优选的酚醛树脂是羟基基团当量在80至200g/eq范围内的甲阶酚醛树脂型酚醛树脂,并且羟基基团当量在100至130g/eq范围内的甲阶酚醛树脂型酚醛树脂是特别优选的。
以组合物中的组分(A)和(B)的总重量%计,本发明的组合物中的组分(A)的量为50重量%或更大,但是55重量%或更大是优选的,60重量%或更大是更优选的,并且65重量%或更大是甚至更优选的。如果以组合物中的组分(A)和(B)的总重量%计,本发明的组合物中的组分(A)的量小于上述下限,例如即使使用下述组分(B),所获得的润滑涂层膜的柔性将不足(埃里克森杯突深度值小于8.0mm)。
可通过以下方式将高水平的柔性赋予由本发明的组合物获得的润滑涂层膜:以组合物中的组分(A)和(B)的总重量%计,将本发明组合物中的组分(A)的量设置为50重量%或更大,以及将此与其他条件结合。
另一方面,以组合物中的组分(A)和(B)的总重量%计,本发明组合物中的组分(A)的量优选不超过85重量%,更优选不超过80重量%,甚至更优选不超过75重量%,并且特别优选不超过70重量%。
因此,以组合物中的组分(A)和(B)的总重量%计,本发明组合物中的组分(A)的量可为例如50重量%至85重量%、50重量%至80重量%、50重量%至75重量%或50重量%至70重量%。更具体地讲,其量优选在不小于60重量%到不超过80重量%的范围内。
<组分(B)>
本发明的组合物含有环氧当量为600至4000的环氧树脂作为组分(B)。组分(B)可为单一类型的环氧树脂,或者其两种或更多种类型的混合物。
环氧当量由单个分子中按环氧基团数目的数均分子量来限定。如果环氧树脂的单个分子中的环氧基团的数目为一,则该数均分子量的值为环氧当量。如果环氧树脂的单个分子中的环氧基团的数目为二或更大,则环氧树脂的数均分子量除以环氧基团的数目便为环氧当量。应当注意,环氧树脂的环氧当量也可通过JIS K 7236所述的方法确定。
组分(B)的环氧树脂的环氧当量为600至4000,但是600至3300的环氧当量是优选的,800至1200的环氧当量是更优选的,并且从改善柔性的角度来看,850至1100的环氧当量是最优选的。可通过以下方式将埃里克森杯突深度值为8.0mm或更大的高水平柔性赋予由本发明组合物固化得到的润滑涂层膜:将本发明组合物中的组分(B)的环氧当量设置在600至4000的范围内,以及将此与其他条件结合。然而,如果组分(B)的环氧当量小于上述下限或超过上述上限,则所获得的润滑涂层膜的柔性将不足(埃里克森杯突深度值小于8.0mm)。
如果多种环氧树脂用作组分(B),并且如果每种环氧树脂的总量由A(重量份)指定,每种环氧树脂的量由Ax(重量份)指定,并且每种环氧树脂的环氧当量由Mx指定,那么在这种情况下,组分(B)的环氧当量为Mx X(Ax/A)的总和。

环氧树脂不受特别限制,并且可选择和使用一种或多种类型,包括双酚基环氧树脂、胺基环氧树脂、苯酚酚醛清漆基环氧树脂、甲酚酚醛清漆基环氧树脂、间苯二酚基环氧树脂、苯酚芳烷基基环氧树脂、萘酚芳烷基基环氧树脂、二环戊二烯基环氧树脂、具有联苯基主链的环氧树脂、异氰酸酯改性的环氧树脂、四苯基乙烷基环氧树脂、三苯基甲烷基环氧树脂、芴基环氧树脂等。
一般来讲,双酚基环氧树脂为这样的环氧树脂,对于该环氧树脂,双酚化合物的两个酚羟基基团已被缩水甘油基化,并且例子包括双酚A型、双酚F型、双酚AD型、双酚S型,或者这些双酚的卤素或烷基取代物、氢化产物、二聚酸改性产物等等。此外,双酚基环氧树脂不限于单体,并且也可有利地使用具有多个重复单元的聚合物。
可商购获得的双酚A型环氧树脂的例子包括“jER(注册商标)”825、828、834、1001、1002、1003、1003F、1004、1004AF、1005F、1006FS、1007、1009和1010(上述为三菱化学公司(Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation)的产品)等。溴化双酚A型环氧树脂的例子包括“jER(注册商标)”505、5050、5051、5054和5057(上述为三菱化学公司的产品)等。可商购获得的氢化双酚A型环氧树脂的例子包括ST5080、ST4000D、ST4100D和ST5100(上述为新日铁化学有限公司(Nippon Steel Chemical Co.,Ltd.)的产品)。

胺基环氧树脂的例子包括四缩水甘油基二氨基二苯基甲烷、三缩水甘油基氨基苯酚、三缩水甘油基氨基甲酚、四缩水甘油基亚二甲苯二胺以及这些物质的卤素或炔醇取代物、氢化产物等等。

从耐热性、弹性模量以及其他动态特性的观点来看,环氧树脂也可为含有官能度为3或更高的环氧树脂的环氧树脂。
官能度为3或更高的环氧树脂的例子包括四缩水甘油基二氨基二苯基甲烷、三缩水甘油基氨基苯酚、三缩水甘油基氨基甲酚、四缩水甘油基亚二甲苯二胺以及它们的卤素或炔醇取代物及氢化产物、苯酚酚醛清漆基环氧树脂、甲酚酚醛清漆基环氧树脂、官能度为3或更高的二环戊二烯基环氧树脂、四苯基乙烷基环氧树脂、三苯基甲烷基环氧树脂等。
在独立的基础上,组分(B)优选为环氧当量在600至4000范围内的环氧树脂,并且此类环氧树脂的例子包括“jER(注册商标)”872、1001、1002、1003、1003F、1004、1004AF、1005F、1006FS、1007和1007FS(上述为三菱化学公司的产品)、“Epiclon(注册商标)”1050、1055、2050、3050、4050和7050(上述为DIC公司的产品)的可商购获得的双酚A环氧树脂产品,“jER(注册商标)”153、153-60T、153-60M、1121N-80M和1123P-75M(上述为三菱化学公司的产品)的溴化双酚A型环氧树脂,“jER(注册商标)”4004P、4005P、4007P和4010P(上述为三菱化学公司的产品)的可商购获得的双酚F环氧树脂产品等。
环氧树脂也可为橡胶改性的环氧树脂。橡胶改性的环氧树脂的例子包括CTBN(羧基封端的丁二烯-腈橡胶)改性的环氧树脂。在独立的基础上,环氧当量在600至4000范围内的可商购获得的CTBN-改性的环氧树脂的例子包括Epiclon TSR-601(得自DIC公司)等。
以组合物中的组分(A)和(B)的总重量%计,本发明组合物中的组分(B)的量为50重量%或更小,但是45重量%或更小是优选的,40重量%或更小是更优选的,并且35重量%或更小是甚至更优选的。
另一方面,以组合物中的组分(A)和(B)的总重量%计,本发明组合物中的组分(B)的量优选为至少15重量%,更优选为至少20重量%,甚至更优选为至少25重量%,并且特别优选为至少30重量%。
因此,以组合物中的组分(A)和(B)的总重量%计,本发明组合物中的组分(B)的量可为例如15重量%至50重量%、20重量%至45重量%、25重量%至40重量%或30重量%至40重量%。具体地讲,以组合物中的组分(A)和(B)的总重量%计,其量优选为至少20重量%并且不超过40重量%。
应当注意,组分(A)和(B)为热固性树脂组分,其变成用于下文所述的组分(C)的粘结剂,并且热固性树脂组分基本上优选地仅包括组分(A)和组分(B)。
<组分(C)>
本发明的组合物含有至少一种类型的固体润滑剂作为组分(C)。通过以这种方式含有固体润滑剂,本发明的组合物可在基材表面上形成高度润滑的涂层膜,并且该润滑涂层膜可维持长时间的优异的滑动特性。因此,作为用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物,含有组分(C)的本发明组合物可赋予表现出高水平粘附性和优异滑动耐久性的润滑涂层膜。
固体润滑剂不受特别限制,并且可使用单一类型的固体润滑剂,或者其两种或更多种类型可组合使用。
固体润滑剂呈颗粒形式,并且其平均(中值)粒度优选不超过15微米,并且更优选为0.2至12微米。应当注意,本文提到的平均粒度意指使用激光衍射型粒度分布测量装置测得的体积平均粒度。
固体润滑剂的例子包括:包括氟树脂(特别是聚四氟乙烯、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物等)、聚乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂等在内的有机化合物的微粒,包括氮化钛、氧化钛、二硫化钼、石墨、氧化铝、氮化硅、氮化硼、二氧化硅、氧化锌等在内的无机化合物的微粒,金属(诸如铅)的微粒,以及它们的混合物。
从改善润滑涂层膜在高负载状态下的耐磨性的角度来看,本发明的组合物优选含有选自氮化钛、氧化钛、氧化铝、氮化硅、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物的一种或多种类型的金属氧化物或金属氮化物作为固体润滑剂,并且更优选含有氟树脂作为组分(C1),以及选自氮化钛、氧化钛、氧化铝、氮化硅、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物的一种或多种类型的金属氧化物或金属氮化物作为组分(C2)。由本发明组合物获得的润滑涂层膜的摩擦系数可进一步减小,并且润滑涂层膜在高负载状态下的耐磨性可特别是通过以下方式进一步增加:将作为组分(C1)的氟树脂的微粒与作为组分(C2)的特定金属氧化物或金属氮化物结合使用。
当固体润滑剂包括(C1)组分氟树脂和包含选自氮化钛、氧化钛、氧化铝、氮化硅、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物的一种或多种类型的金属氧化物或金属氮化物在内的(C2)组分时,组分(C1)和组分(C2)的重量%比率不受特别限制,但是优选在50:50至90:10的范围内,并且特别优选在60:40至85:15的范围内。
从改善耐磨性的角度来看,(C1)氟树脂的微粒优选结合(C2)组分的金属氧化物或金属氮化物的微粒以上述重量比率使用。
如果本发明的组合物含有包括上述特定固体润滑剂在内的微粒的组合,则通过本发明组合物获得的润滑涂层膜的摩擦系数可进一步减小,而润滑涂层膜在高负载状态下的耐磨性可进一步增加。
应当注意,如果黑色到有色的固体润滑剂(诸如二硫化钼、石墨或氮化钛)共混在本发明的组合物中,则该组合物可特别有利地通过加热来固化。
本发明的组合物可以每100重量份的组分(A)和(B)总重量1至200重量份%的量含有组分(C)。
如果组分(C)为有机固体润滑剂,则本发明的组合物优选以每100重量份的组分(A)和(B)总重量1至100重量份,并且更优选10至50重量份的量含有组分(C)。
如果组分(C)为无机固体润滑剂,则本发明的组合物优选以每100重量份的组分(A)和(B)总重量1至50重量份,并且更优选2至20重量份的量含有组分(C)。
除了组分(A)至(C)之外,本发明的组合物还可视情况在不妨碍本发明技术效果的范围内根据应用含有各种其他组分。
例如,除组分(A)和(B)或其混合物之外,本发明的组合物可含有包括可通过加热固化的有机树脂在内的热固性树脂。涉及固化的化学反应不受特别限制,并且其热固性树脂可为通过缩聚固化的热固性树脂、通过自由基加成聚合固化的热固性树脂或它们的混合物。
热固性树脂可在正常温度(大约25℃)下固化,或者可通过加热(大约30℃或更高)而固化。此外,多种热固性树脂可被混合和使用。
热固性树脂的例子包括聚氨酯树脂、尿素树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂、聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯树脂、有机硅树脂等,以及它们的混合物。从能够进一步改善润滑涂层膜的耐热性的角度来看,将聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂等用作热固性树脂是更优选的。此外,从能够进一步改善与基材的粘附性的角度来看,聚氨酯树脂等的使用是优选的。与基材的粘附性以及柔性可通过使用聚氨酯树脂来进一步改善。
聚氨酯树脂的类型不受特别限制,但是通过使(c1)至少一种类型的多元醇和(c2)至少一种类型的异氰酸酯反应而获得的聚氨酯树脂是优选的。
(c1)多元醇不受特别限制,只要其在单个分子中具有两个或更多个羟基基团,并且可使用常规已知的多元醇。例子包括聚酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、聚己内酯多元醇、聚亚烷基多元醇等。多元醇可单独使用,或者可组合使用两种或更多种类型。
聚酯多元醇的例子包括通过多价羧酸和多元醇的缩聚反应获得的聚酯多元醇。多价羧酸的例子包括琥珀酸、对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、十二烷二酸、1,5-萘二甲酸、2,6-萘二甲酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、十二亚甲基二羧酸,以及其他二羧酸等。作为多价羧酸,直链二羧酸是优选的,并且直链二羧酸的碳原子的数目优选为4个或更多,并且4至12个碳原子是更优选的。此外,直链二羧酸的碳原子的数目最优选为偶数。该类型的直链二羧酸的具体例子包括琥珀酸、己二酸、辛二酸、癸二酸、十二烷二酸等。此外,多元醇的例子包括丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、新戊二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、乙二醇、二甘醇、环己二醇等。多价羧酸和多元醇可各自单独使用,或者其两种或更多种类型可组合使用。聚酯多元醇的羟基值优选为2至160mgKOH/g。
聚碳酸酯多元醇是具有由式–R–O(C=O)O–(其中,R表示具有2至5个碳原子的二价脂族或脂环族烃基团)表示的重复单元和两个或更多个羟基基团的化合物,并且例子包括聚六亚甲基碳酸酯多元醇、聚环己烷二亚甲基碳酸酯多元醇等。
聚碳酸酯二醇是在分子中具有上述重复单元和两个羟基基团的化合物。聚碳酸酯二醇可通过由Schell在Polymer Review Vol.9(1964)(《聚合物综述》,第9卷,第9至20页,1964年)中描述的各种方法由脂族和/或脂环族二醇来合成。优选的二醇的例子包括乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、新戊二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、2,5-己二醇、1,4-环己二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇等。
就数均分子量而言,聚碳酸酯二醇的平均分子量的范围通常为500至5000,并且平均分子量为1000至3000的聚碳酸酯二醇是优选使用的,并且优选地,其聚合物末端基本上全部是羟基基团。在本发明中,除了以上提到的二醇之外,也可使用已通过使用少量在单个分子中具有3个或更多个羟基基团的化合物(例如,三羟甲基乙烷、三羟甲基丙烷、己三醇、季戊四醇等)多官能化的聚碳酸酯。
聚醚多元醇的例子包括聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚四亚甲基二醇、其无规共聚物或嵌段共聚物,以及双酚A的聚氧化烯改性的形式。
聚己内酯多元醇的例子为通过内酯化合物对多元醇的开环加成聚合而获得的聚己内酯多元醇。作为多元醇,可使用与上述那些聚酯多元醇相同的多元醇。此外,内酯化合物的例子包括β-丙内酯、新戊内酯、δ-戊内酯、ε-己内酯、甲基-ε-己内酯、二甲基-ε-己内酯、三甲基-ε-己内酯等。
聚亚烷基多元醇的例子包括聚丁二烯多元醇、氢化聚丁二烯多元醇、氢化聚异戊二烯多元醇等。
作为(c1)多元醇,聚酯多元醇或聚碳酸酯多元醇是优选的,聚碳酸酯多元醇是更优选的,并且聚碳酸酯二醇是甚至更优选的。
(c2)异氰酸酯不受特别限制,只要其在单个分子中具有异氰酸酯基团,并且可使用常规已知的异氰酸酯。然而,作为异氰酸酯,在单个分子中具有两个或更多个异氰酸酯基团的聚异氰酸酯是优选的。可使用单一类型的异氰酸酯,或者可组合使用两种或更多种类型。

作为聚异氰酸酯,二异氰酸酯或三异氰酸酯是优选的。二异氰酸酯或三异氰酸酯的例子包括异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、亚甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、亚萘基二异氰酸酯、亚二甲苯基二异氰酸酯、亚苯基二异氰酸酯、3,3’-二氯-4,4’-苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、亚甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、氢化亚二甲苯基二异氰酸酯、三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯、四甲基二甲苯二异氰酸酯、氢化4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯等。
聚氨酯树脂更优选为通过使(c1-1)聚碳酸酯多元醇与(c2-1)二异氰酸酯反应而获得的聚碳酸酯基聚氨酯树脂。
以包括溶剂、颜料等在内的组合物的总重量%计,本发明组合物中的热固性树脂的量可为例如1重量%至50重量%、2重量%至45重量%或3重量%至30重量%。
然而,本发明组合物中的热固性树脂基本上仅包含组分(A)和组分(B),并且因此以组合物的总重量%计,热固性树脂的量优选为3重量%至30重量%,并且优选为5重量%至20重量%。
组分(A)和(B)是变成用于组分(C)等的粘结剂的热固性树脂组分,并且从本发明的技术效果的角度来看,热固性树脂组分优选基本上仅包含组分(A)和组分(B)。如果其他热固性树脂组分以相对于组分(A)和(B)的总和的10重量%或更多的量包含在内,则本发明的技术效果可能在某些情况下会丢失。
如果本发明的组合物含有可自由基聚合的热固性树脂,则本发明的组合物优选进一步与自由基热聚合引发剂共混。通过将自由基聚合引发剂包括在内,固化可在短时间内实现,在固化时热量的生成可被抑制,并且对基材的影响可减小。
自由基热聚合引发剂的例子包括过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、过氧化氢、偶氮二异丁腈、二丁基过氧化物、过氧化苯甲酰、1,1’-偶氮二(1-乙酰氧基-1-苯基乙烷)等。自由基热聚合引发剂可单独使用,或者作为两种或更多种类型的组合使用。
以本发明组合物的总重量%计,自由基聚合引发剂的共混量可为例如0.1重量%至5重量%。
此外,本发明的组合物还可可含有例如至少一种类型的成膜助剂。成膜助剂的例子包括环氧硅烷等。利用本发明,可独立使用单种成膜助剂,或者可组合使用多种成膜助剂。当环氧硅烷用作成膜助剂时,以本发明组合物的总重量%计,其可以例如0.1重量%至5重量%的范围使用。
此外,本发明的组合物可含有至少一种类型的溶剂。利用本发明,可独立使用单种类型的溶剂,或者可组合使用多种溶剂。溶剂不受特别地限制,但是有机溶剂(诸如甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮、环己酮、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、氯仿、二氯甲烷、氯苯、二氯苯、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、甲苯、二氧杂环己烷、丙醇、γ-甲基吡啶、乙腈、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)等)是优选的,甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮、环己酮以及其他酮基有机溶剂是更优选的。以本发明组合物的100重量份的组分(A)和(B)总重量计,溶剂可以例如10至800重量份,优选20至600重量份,并且更优选30至500重量份的范围适当地使用。
此外,本发明的组合物可含有至少一种类型的有机硅橡胶。利用本发明,可独立使用单种类型的有机硅橡胶,或者可组合使用多种有机硅橡胶。本发明的组合物的粘度的温度依赖性可通过将有机硅橡胶与其组合物共混来降低。常规已知的有机硅橡胶可恰当地用作所述有机硅橡胶,并且例如,以本发明组合物的总重量%计,有机硅橡胶可以0.001重量%至3重量%的范围使用。
此外,本发明的组合物可含有至少一种类型的消泡剂。利用本发明,可独立使用单种类型的消泡剂,或者可组合使用多种消泡剂。施加本发明组合物期间的发泡可通过将其组合物与消泡剂共混来抑制,从而有利于施加工作。作为消泡剂,常规已知的消泡剂可适当地使用,并且例如,以本发明组合物的总重量%计,消泡剂可以0.00001重量%至1重量%的范围使用。
此外,本发明的组合物可含有至少一种类型的增稠剂。利用本发明,可独立使用单种类型的增稠剂,或者可组合使用多种增稠剂。组合物的粘度可增加,从而通过将其组合物与增稠剂共混而减少施加期间的滴落,从而有利于施加工作。作为增稠剂,常规已知的增稠剂可适当地使用,并且例如,以本发明组合物的总重量%计,增稠剂可以0.001重量%至1重量%的范围使用。
此外,本发明的组合物还可在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围内含有其他组分。其他组分的例子包括脱模剂、表面处理剂、阻燃剂、流平剂、消泡剂、触变剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂、着色剂、偶联剂、金属醇盐等。例如,以总重量%计,本发明的组合物可以0.1重量%至5重量%的范围含有炭黑或另一种颜料作为着色剂。
本发明的组合物可通过适当地混合组分(A)至(C)和各种其他上述任选组分来制备。
本发明的组合物可在润滑涂层膜的形成中有利地用作用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物并且可在各种基材的表面上形成具有高水平柔性的润滑涂层膜。
基材的材料不受特别限制,并且可使用例如铁、铝、铜、或另外的金属、橡胶、树脂等,以及它们的组合。基材优选含有金属,并且更优选由金属制成。基材的表面可经受通过电解蚀刻、化学蚀刻、喷砂等进行的表面粗糙化处理,或者可经受通过磷酸盐等进行的化学处理,以便根据需要改善粘附性。
利用本发明,涂层膜可通过以下方式在基材的表面上形成:将已描述的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物施加到基材的表面上,然后通过加热固化该组合物。
用于将用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物施加到基材表面上的方法不受特别限制,并且例如,可使用常规已知的施加方法,诸如辊涂、卷涂、丝网印刷、喷涂、翻滚、浸渍、刷涂等。在施加涂料组合物之后,优选通过使涂层静置一定量的时间来实现调平。所获得的涂层膜的润滑特性可通过调平而改善。应当注意,当施加涂料组合物时,基材可被预热,但从操作容易度的角度来看,涂料组合物优选在室温(大约25℃)下施加。
接下来,如果用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物含有溶剂,则将涂料组合物在室温下保留例如1至60分钟,或者例如,优选将其在40至80℃下加热1至60分钟以移除溶剂。
在移除溶剂之后,加热涂覆到基材表面上的组合物膜,从而可获得固化的涂层膜。可适当地调整加热条件,并且例如,加热可在170至200℃下实施5至90分钟。如果需要,用于上述溶剂移除的加热和树脂固化可同时进行。
本发明还涉及以这种方式获得的润滑涂层膜。可适当地选择本发明的涂层膜的厚度,并且例如,可为1至50微米,优选为2至25微米,并且更优选为3至15微米。
具体地讲,本发明的润滑涂层膜表现出高水平的柔性,并且具体地讲,如果形成膜厚度为10至20微米的润滑涂层膜,则可赋予埃里克森杯突深度值(根据2006年公布的JIS Z2247)为8.0mm或更大,并且有利地为8.5mm或更大的润滑涂层膜。应当注意,10至20微米的膜厚度是用于规定通过用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物获得的具有该物理特性值(埃里克森杯突深度值)的润滑涂层膜的条件,并且不言而喻,膜厚度超出该范围的润滑涂层膜也包括在本发明的保护的主题内。此外,作为对应于由上述JIS Z 2247(2006年)标准定义的埃里克森杯突深度值的其他弯曲相关标准,存在由ISO 20482(2013年)标准定义的“金属材料–片材和带材–埃里克森杯突测试(Metallic materials–Sheet and strip–Erichsencupping test)”,以及其他标准。然而,如前所述,本发明中的埃里克森杯突深度值的定义是基于JIS Z 2247的测量值。
用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物含有组分(C),并且因此,本发明的涂层膜可用作优异的润滑涂层膜。
本发明的润滑涂层膜可有利地在滑动构件的表面上使用。滑动构件的类型不受特别限制,并且例子包括由橡胶、塑料或金属制成的滑动构件。
由金属制成的滑动构件的例子包括曲轴、压缩机轴、滑动轴承、齿轮、油泵齿轮、活塞、活塞环、活塞销、垫圈、门锁、导轨、安全带扣、制动衬块、制动衬块夹具、制动垫片、制动绝缘子、铰链、螺钉和加压垫。
由橡胶制成的滑动构件的例子包括同步带、传送带、天窗的主体密封件、玻璃滑槽、挡风雨条、油封、填料、刮水片、刮刀、充电辊、显影辊、调色剂供给辊、传送辊、加热辊、加压辊、清洁叶片、送纸辊、输送辊、刮刀、中间传送带、中间传送鼓、加热带等。
由塑料制成的滑动构件的例子包括齿轮、门板、仪表板、门锁、轴承和垫。
滑动构件的形式不受特别限制,并且例如滑动构件可具有纤维形式或可含有纤维。具有纤维形式的滑动构件以及含有纤维的滑动构件的例子包括车辆座椅、地毯、轮胎帘线、安全带等。
本发明的滑动构件设置有具有在其表面上形成的润滑涂层膜的基材,并且例如,可通过以下步骤制造:将用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物施加到基材表面上的步骤,以及加热用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物以在基材表面上形成润滑涂层膜的步骤。
基材优选含有金属,并且更优选由金属制成。
制造本发明的滑动构件的方法还可包括压制或冲压基材的步骤,该基材具有在其表面上形成的润滑涂层膜。
具体地讲,如果基材由金属制成,则在基材的表面上形成润滑涂层膜后,可通过对基材进行压制、冲压等来制造滑动构件,从而可高效地制造滑动构件。
该类型的滑动构件的例子包括曲轴、压缩机轴、滑动轴承、齿轮、油泵齿轮、活塞、活塞环、活塞销、垫圈、门锁、导轨、安全带扣、制动衬块、制动衬块夹具、制动垫片、制动绝缘子、铰链、螺钉或加压垫,但是制动衬块、制动衬块夹具、制动垫片和制动绝缘子是优选的,制动衬块和制动衬块夹具是更优选的,并且制动衬块夹具是甚至更优选的。
工业适用性
本发明可用于设置有润滑涂层膜的各种类型的产品中,并且具体地讲,可有利地用于生产设置有润滑涂层膜的滑动构件。
实例
下面参照实例对本发明进行描述,但本发明决不限于这些实例。
<实例1至13和比较例1至5>
实例1至13和比较例1至5的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物通过将示于表1-1、1-2和表2中的每种组分以示于表1-1、1-2和表2中的比率进行混合而获得。应当注意,示于表1-1、1-2和表2中的数字表示重量份。另外,表中使用的固体润滑剂如下:
-氟树脂微粒:聚四氟乙烯粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),通过激光衍射散射型粒度分布方法测量,其中值直径为2至7微米。
-氮化钛微粒:黑色氮化钛粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),通过激光衍射散射型粒度分布方法测量,其中值直径为0.8至1.0微米。
-氧化钛微粒:白色金红石型氧化钛粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),通过激光衍射散射型粒度分布方法测量,其中值直径为0.3至0.5微米。
-氮化硼颗粒:白色氮化硼粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),通过激光衍射散射型粒度分布方法测量,其中值直径为5至11微米。
-氧化铝颗粒:白色氧化铝粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),通过激光衍射散射型粒度分布方法测量,其中值直径为0.3至0.5微米。
-氮化硅微粒:白色氮化硅粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),通过激光衍射散射型粒度分布方法测量,其中值直径为1至5微米。
-二氧化硅微粒:白色二氧化硅粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),用扫描电子显微镜观察,其原生颗粒的粒径为5至50nm。
-二硫化钼微粒:二硫化钼粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),通过激光衍射散射型粒度分布方法测量,其中值直径为1至6微米。
-石墨微粒:石墨粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),通过激光衍射散射型粒度分布方法测量,其中值直径为3至5微米。
-炭黑:黑色炭黑粉末(100重量%的干固体含量),用扫描电子显微镜观察,其原生颗粒的粒径为20至40nm。

<润滑涂层膜形成>
刮棒涂布机(44号)用于将每种用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物施加到已溶剂脱脂的不锈钢板(SUS301)的表面上,然后将涂料组合物在200℃的温度下加热20分钟以制备厚度为15至20微米的固化涂层膜。
在由实例1至13和比较例1至5的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物中的每种制备的润滑涂层膜上进行下述测量和测试,并且评价润滑涂层膜。结果示于表1和2中。
<符合JIS Z 2247(2006年)的埃里克森杯突试验:埃里克森杯突深度值(mm)测量>
埃里克森杯突试验符合JIS Z 2247(2006年)而进行。测试片的厚度为0.6mm,宽度为70mm,并且长度为150mm。刮棒涂布机(44号)用于将每种用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物施加到已溶剂脱脂的钢板(SPCC-SB)的表面上,并且将涂料组合物在200℃的温度下加热20分钟以制造用于埃里克森杯突试验的涂层厚度为12至17微米的测试片。接下来,将如上所述获得的测试片固定到埃里克森杯突测试机(来自Coating Tester KK的COTES),并且经受5至10毫米/分钟的速度的冲压,并且测量涂层中的破裂和剥离第一次生成时的按压距离。测试进行至少三次,并且对每次测试的测量值进行平均以获得埃里克森杯突深度值。所测得的埃里克森杯突深度值(mm)示于表1和2中。应当注意,8.0mm或更大的埃里克森杯突深度值指示具有良好柔性的涂层膜。
<柔性>
将压力以90度的角度施加到在其上形成有润滑涂层膜的不锈钢测试片中的每一者上,从而使该试验片弯曲,之后用丙烯酸树脂板刮擦弯曲位置,并记录弯曲位置被刮擦直到润滑涂层膜剥离的次数。
A(30次或更多次),B(15次至29次),C(6次至10次),D(5次或更少的次数)
<摩擦系数>
使用通过使具有所施加的竖直负载的1/2英寸钢球滑动并移动来使在其上形成有润滑涂层膜的不锈钢测试片往复运动的往复运动摩擦磨损测试机,并且在一定条件下测量钢球5000次滑动之后在滑动期间的动摩擦系数(单位:微米),该条件包括100cpm的滑动速度,1kg的重量,以及50mm的滑动距离(行程)。
<磨损深度>
在测量之后,表面粗糙度计(来自东京精密有限公司(Tokyo Seimitsu Co.,Ltd.)的SURFCOM 1400D)用于测量不锈钢板在滑动位置与非滑动位置之间的表面水平的差值,并且该差值被记录为磨损深度(单位:微米)。
A(小于5微米),B(5至10微米),C(11至19微米),D(20微米或更大或者基材暴露)。
如从表1清楚看出,实例1至13的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物可形成具有埃里克森杯突深度值为8mm或更大的优异柔性的润滑涂层膜。具体地讲,当涂料组合物含有氟树脂微粒和规定的金属氧化物或金属氮化物时,润滑涂层膜可不仅具有优异的柔性,而且还具有低摩擦特性和高耐磨性。
另一方面,如从表2清楚示出,由比较例1至5的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物形成的润滑涂层膜表现出很小的柔性。比较例2至5的结果特别指示了较差的耐磨性,尽管组合物含有氮化钛和氧化钛,并且因此除了组分(A)和(B)的规定(这是本申请的发明的特征)之外,不管所使用的固体润滑剂的类型如何,如果组分(A)与组分(B)的比率不在规定范围内,则难以实现本申请的发明的技术效果。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物,包括:
(A)酚醛树脂,
(B)环氧当量为600至4000的环氧树脂,以及
(C)至少一种类型的固体润滑剂;并且
以组分(A)和组分(B)的总重量计,组分(A)的重量比率为至少50重量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物,其中组分(B)的环氧当量为800至1200。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物,其中以组分(A)和组分(B)的总重量计,组分(A)的重量比率为至少60重量%并且不超过80重量%。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物,其中组分(C)包含选自氟树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚酰胺树脂以及它们的混合物的至少一种或多种类型的物质。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于润滑膜的涂料组合物,其中组分(C)包含选自氮化钛、氧化钛、氧化铝、氮化硅、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物的一种或多种类型的金属氧化物或金属氮化物。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的用于润滑膜的涂料组合物,其中组分(C)包含(C1)氟树脂,和(C2)选自氮化钛、氧化钛、氧化铝、氮化硅、二氧化硅以及它们的混合物的一种或多种类型的金属氧化物或金属氮化物,并且组分(C1)与组分(C2)的重量比率在50∶50至90∶10的范围内。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物,其中组分(C)以每100质量份的组分(A)和(B)总重量1至200质量份的量包含在内。
8.一种润滑涂层膜,其通过使根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物固化而获得。
9.一种润滑涂层膜,其通过使根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物固化而获得,并且当所述用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物以10至20微米的膜厚度固化时,埃里克森杯突深度值(JIS Z 2247)为8.0mm或更大。
10.一种滑动构件,其设置有根据权利要求8或权利要求9所述的润滑涂层膜。
11.根据权利要求10所述的滑动构件,其中所述滑动构件为曲轴、压缩机轴、滑动轴承、齿轮、油泵齿轮、活塞、活塞环、活塞销、垫圈、门锁、导轨、安全带扣、制动衬块、制动衬块夹具、制动垫片、制动绝缘子、铰链、螺钉或加压垫。
12.一种用于制造设置有具有形成在表面上的润滑涂层膜的基材的滑动构件的方法,所述方法包括:
将根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物施加到所述基材的表面上的步骤,以及
加热所述用于润滑涂层膜的涂料组合物以在所述基材的所述表面上形成润滑涂层膜的步骤。
13.根据权利要求12所述的用于制造的方法,其中所述基材包含金属。
14.根据权利要求12或权利要求13所述的用于制造的方法,还包括压制或冲压所述基材的步骤,所述基材具有在表面上形成的润滑涂层膜。
15.根据权利要求12至14中任一项所述的用于制造的方法,其中所述滑动构件为曲轴、压缩机轴、滑动轴承、齿轮、油泵齿轮、活塞、活塞环、活塞销、垫圈、门锁、导轨、安全带扣、制动衬块、制动衬块夹具、制动垫片、制动绝缘子、铰链、螺钉或加压垫。
16.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物的用途,用以在滑动构件上提供润滑涂层膜,所述滑动构件选自曲轴、压缩机轴、滑动轴承、齿轮、油泵齿轮、活塞、活塞环、活塞销、垫圈、门锁、导轨、安全带扣、制动衬块、制动衬块夹具、制动垫片、制动绝缘子、铰链、螺钉或加压垫。
