(2)将玉米肽、L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、维生素B2、牛磺酸均匀混合,再加入阿斯巴甜(含苯丙氨酸)和木糖醇继续均匀混合、造粒成型、干燥即得。
实施例3
一种固体饮料,由玉米肽、L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、维生素B2、牛磺酸、阿斯巴甜(含苯丙氨酸)和木糖醇组成,其中,玉米肽300kg、L-丙氨酸150kg、L-谷氨酰胺150kg、维生素B25kg、牛磺酸50kg、阿斯巴甜(含苯丙氨酸)10份、木糖醇10份。
上述固体饮料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按组方量称取各组分为原料;
(2)将玉米肽、L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、维生素B2、牛磺酸均匀混合,再加入阿斯巴甜(含苯丙氨酸)和木糖醇继续均匀混合、造粒成型、干燥即得。
实施例4
一种固体饮料,由玉米肽、L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、维生素B2、牛磺酸和柠檬酸组成,其中,玉米肽200kg、L-丙氨酸100kg、L-谷氨酰胺85kg、维生素B2 3kg、牛磺酸30kg、柠檬酸5kg。
上述固体饮料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按组方量称取各组分为原料;
(2)将各原料均匀混合,造粒成型、干燥即得。
上述实施例1-4中各组分:
玉米肽是玉米蛋白经酶处理后分子量在6000的活性肽,可以使身体吸收乙醇的速度减慢,并能促进酒精代谢,减少其毒性,可大大减少暴饮引起急性酒精中毒的发生率;其含有的丙氨酸对减轻麻醉、防止酒醉有良好的效果;此外,玉米肽具有抗高血压、防治肝性脑病、抗氧化、抗疲劳、预防食物过敏等功效。
L-丙氨酸是蛋白质编码氨基酸之一,是人体非必需氨基酸和生糖氨基酸,并能被细胞直接吸收,可提高蛋白质利用率,饮用后能迅速恢复疲劳,振奋精神;同时L-丙氨酸是血液中含量最多的一种氨基酸,在葡萄糖-丙氨酸循环中,保持低血氨水平,是血中氮的优良运输工具,且维生素B6、泛酸钙和其他有机化合物的合成通常都需要丙氨酸的参与;L-丙氨酸还可用来增加调味品的调味效果,作酸味矫正剂,改善有机酸的酸味。
L-谷氨酰胺能为机体提供必须的氮源,在一定程度上降低疲劳,并具有重要的免疫调节作用,还具有抗氧化、改善机体代谢、促进生长激素释放等。
维生素B2是维持人体正常机能与代谢活动不可或缺的水溶性维生素,可使细胞功能升高,改善代谢障碍,防止人体出现怠滞和食欲不振。
牛磺酸能提高神经传导和视觉机能、保护视网膜,并可与胰岛素受体结合,降低血糖浓度;同时具有增强机体免疫力和抗疲劳的作用。
上述各组分均为市售产品,通过各特定组分间相互协同作用,解酒护肝效果显著,可以通过保护胃黏膜、加快解酒酶代谢等途径达到解酒效果,并具有保肝护肝功能,无任何副作用。
解酒实验例
(1)实验方法:将昆明种小鼠分三组禁食12h后,分别灌服生理盐水(对照组)、按照实施例2的配比所获得的固体饮料(1号组)、按照实施例1的配比所获得固体饮料(2号组),灌胃剂量为0.1ml/10g.bw,30min后,各组均按0.1ml/10g.bw北京二锅头酒给予一次性灌胃。1h后测定肝组织中的乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)和乙醛脱氢酶(ALDH)的活性。
(2)实验结果:与对照组相比,1号组和2号组肝脏中的ADH和ALDH活性均高于对照组,且具有统计学意义,测定结果见表1和表2。

(3)结论:本发明所述固体饮料可以激活人体内的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶,将已有的乙醛氧化为乙酸,从而使其转化为二氧化碳和水,达到解酒的目的。
急性毒理试验:
将12只NIH小鼠随机分成2个试验组,分笼饲养,灌胃给予两种浓度的实施例1所述固体饮料,给药剂量及给药浓度见下表3、表4。

按照实验方案给药后,密切观察12只NIH品系小鼠在48h内的行为特征,均无任何不良症状。
上述急性毒理试验显示,在较高剂量下本发明所述固体饮料并没有对小鼠的生理指标产生影响,具有良好解酒功能的同时服用安全有效。
上述参照实施例对该一种固体饮料及其制备方法进行的详细描述,是说明性的而不是限定性的,可按照所限定范围列举出若干个实施例,因此在不脱离本发明总体构思下的变化和修改,应属本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种固体饮料,其特征在于:功效成分由玉米肽、L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、维生素B2和牛磺酸组成,按其重量份数计玉米肽50-300份、L-丙氨酸25-150份、L-谷氨酰胺25-150份、维生素B2 1-5份、牛磺酸5-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于:按其重量份数计玉米肽150份、L-谷氨酰胺50份、L-丙氨酸50份、维生素B2 3份、牛磺酸20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的固体饮料,其特征在于:还包括调味剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述调味剂为阿斯巴甜、木糖醇或柠檬酸的一种或任意组合。
5.权利要求1所述固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)按组方量称取各组分为原料;
(2)将各原料均匀混合,造粒成型、干燥即得。
6.权利要求1所述固体饮料在解酒方面的应用。
