本发明涉及保健品领域,具体来说是一种含有复合酵素的浓浆保健品。
背景技术
酵素是一种由氨基酸组成的具有特殊生物活性的物质,它存在于所有活的动植物体内,是维持机体正常功能,消化食物,修复组织等生命活动的一种必需物质。
复合酵素是在人体内起反应作用的,除了先天性原因缺酵素,导致人的生理机能不正常外,人从年轻到衰老,体内的酵素也从旺盛到不足,摄入的养料不容易消化吸收,依靠摄取养料来合成酵素的能力下降,造成恶性循环,新陈代谢便趋于缓慢,容易疲劳,一旦患病就不易痊愈。为了延缓衰老,防病治病,增强体质,需要补充多种的酵素。
酵素的作用:消化、吸收食物与营养素,抗菌消炎;活化细胞:修补坏死细胞,促进新陈代谢;解毒、排毒、净化血液、改善体质;增强免疫力、提高自愈力,分解致癌物质与癌芽细胞;平衡渗透压,调节PH值。

发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种食用方便,溶血栓、祛风湿、补营养,实现全面强健骨骼、保心护脑的复合酵素浓浆保健品。
本发明中所涉及的成分机理分析:
太岁,又称肉灵芝。生长于地下而是由粘菌、细菌和真菌三类菌构成的一种稀有的聚合体,有典籍记载,太岁性平,苦,无毒,具有补脾润肺,补肾益肝等价值。现代科学发现,肉灵芝是介于原生物与真菌之间的大型粘菌复合体,其结构不是由单一的细胞构成,而是由细菌、粘菌和真菌三类构成的一个聚合体。研究证明,肉灵芝是以细菌、酵母菌、霉菌孢子等微小生物为食,以纤维素、几丁素、甲壳质等为营养,肌体含有丰富的蛋白质、核酸以及假丝酵母菌和白地霉。

蝮蛇,中药名。为蝰科动物蝮蛇除去内脏的全体。具有祛风,通络,止痛,解毒之功效。用于风湿痹痛,麻风,瘰疬,疮疖,疥癣,痔疾,肿瘤。
海洋鱼胶原低聚肽是以无污染或污染相对较小的深海鱼的皮、骨为原料,精制加工而成,是新型的营养健康食品的配料。能够有效解决皮肤及肌肉水分减少问题,适时补充胶原肽,能使皮肤保持年轻;使钙质与骨细胞紧密结合,不会流失或退化;能使眼角膜保持湿润透明,增加眼睛透明度;促使肌肉细胞紧密连结,使其具有弹性及光泽;调节内分泌、保护及强化内脏功能;结合免疫球蛋白,增加免疫力。

本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含有复合酵素的浓浆保健品,其主要由复合酵素、地龙蛋白、蝮蛇、蛋黄粉、海洋鱼胶原低聚肽、大豆磷脂等成分组成。
制作步骤如下:
(1)烘焙:将原料地龙蛋白、蝮蛇、蛋黄粉、海洋鱼胶原低聚肽、大豆磷脂等分别进行烘焙;
(2)调配:将原料复合酵素、地龙蛋白、蝮蛇、蛋黄粉、海洋鱼胶原低聚肽、大豆磷脂、纯净水等按配方比例混匀融合;
(3)高温均质:饮料灌装机采用高温瞬时均质,均质温度110-130℃,时间10-20min;
(4)灭菌:将均质后浆液升温杀菌,温度120-150℃,时间15-30min;
(5)静置:杀菌后浆液静置30-35min;
(6)灌装:灌装于玻璃瓶中,温度控制在80-90℃,封口;
(7)冷却:灌装后再常温下放置10-20min,然后用常温水冷却;
(8)包装。
实施例
一种含有复合酵素的浓浆保健品,其主要由30%复合酵素、15%地龙蛋白、15%蝮蛇、5%蛋黄粉、6%海洋鱼胶原低聚肽、6%大豆磷脂、10%纯净水、3%甜味剂、10%其他辅料成分组成。

(1)烘焙:将原料地龙蛋白、蝮蛇、蛋黄粉、海洋鱼胶原低聚肽、大豆磷脂等分别进行烘焙;
(2)调配:将原料复合酵素、地龙蛋白、蝮蛇、蛋黄粉、海洋鱼胶原低聚肽、大豆磷脂、纯净水等按配方比例混匀融合;
(3)高温均质:饮料灌装机采用高温瞬时均质,均质温度110-130℃,时间10-20min;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有复合酵素的浓浆保健品,其特征在于:各原料按照配方比例进行配比
一种含有复合酵素的浓浆保健品,其特征在于,通过如下步骤实现:
(1)烘焙:将原料地龙蛋白、蝮蛇、蛋黄粉、海洋鱼胶原低聚肽、大豆磷脂等分别进行烘焙;
(2)调配:将原料复合酵素、地龙蛋白、蝮蛇、蛋黄粉、海洋鱼胶原低聚肽、大豆磷脂、纯净水等按配方比例混匀融合;
