野生蓝莓除含有常规的糖、酸、维生素C、矿物元素外,蓝莓果实中还含有尼克酸、SOD((超氧化物歧化酶)是一种源于生命体的活性物质,能消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质。苹果中的含钙量比一般水果丰富多,有助于代谢掉体内多余盐分。苹果酸可代谢热量,防止下半身肥胖。至于可溶性纤维果胶,可解决便秘。果胶还能促进胃肠道中的铅、汞、锰的排放,调节机体血糖水平,预防血糖的骤升骤降。
淡竹根功能主治:
①《本草拾遗》:"煮取汁,除烦热。"
②《日华子本草》:"消痰,去风热,惊悸迷闷,小儿惊痫。"
③《纲目》:"同竹叶煎汤,洗妇人子宫下脱。"
④《重庆草药》:"下乳。"
板蓝根(常用别名:靛青根、蓝靛根、大青根)是一种中药材,可以败火解毒,预防疾病。中国各地均产。板蓝根是一年或二年生草本植物菘蓝的根,分为北板蓝根和南板蓝根,北板蓝根来源为十字花科植物菘蓝(Isatistinctoria L.)和草大青(I.indigotica Fort.)的根;南板蓝根为爵床科植物马蓝(Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Brem.)的根茎及根。性味苦寒。具有清热解毒、凉血消肿、利咽之功效。主治外感发热,温病初起,咽喉肿痛;温毒发斑,痄腮,丹毒,臃肿疮毒。
灯心草(学名:Juncus effusus)是多年生草本水生植物,地下茎短,匍匐性,秆丛生直立,圆筒形,实心,茎基部具棕色,退化呈鳞片状鞘叶,穗状花序,顶生,在茎上呈假侧生状,基部苞片延伸呈茎状,花下具2枚小苞片,花被裂片6枚,雄蕊3枚,雌蕊柱头3分歧。褐黄色蒴果,卵形或椭圆形,种子黄色呈倒卵形。灯心草也是药用植物,其茎髓或全草入药具有清热、利水渗湿之功效,可用于淋病,水肿,心烦不寐,喉痹,创伤等症。

一种蓝莓汁,包括如下重量份数的原料:野生蓝莓44份、蜂蜜12份、苹果汁15份、淡竹根1份、桑葚汁12份、板兰根3份、莲子1份、灯心草1份、白砂糖5份、蒸馏水55份。

一种蓝莓汁,包括如下重量份数的原料:野生蓝莓50份、蜂蜜15份、苹果汁18份、淡竹根2份、桑葚汁14份、板兰根4份、莲子2份、灯心草2份、白砂糖8份、蒸馏水70份。

1. 一种蓝莓汁,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:野生蓝莓40~55 份、蜂蜜10~15 份、苹果汁15~20份、淡竹根1~3份、桑葚汁10~15份、板兰根2~5份、莲子1~2份、灯心草0.5~2份、白砂糖5~10 份、蒸馏水50~75份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓汁,其特征在于, 包括如下重量份数的原料:野生蓝莓44~50份、蜂蜜12~15 份、苹果汁15~18份、淡竹根1~2份、桑葚汁12~14份、板兰根3~4份、莲子1~2份、灯心草1~2份、白砂糖5~8份、蒸馏水55~70份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蓝莓汁,其特征在于:包括如下重量份数的原料:野生蓝莓48份、蜂蜜13份、苹果汁16份、淡竹根1份、桑葚汁13份、板兰根4份、莲子1.5份、灯心草1.5份、白砂糖6份、蒸馏水65份。
