所述的复合稳定剂由绿茶水提物、羧甲基纤维素钠、结冷胶按照1:1:1的混合而成的混合物。
所述解暑润燥蓝莓汁采用如下方法制备而成,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)中药汤制备:选取知母、甘草、山楂、麦芽、薄荷、金银花、淡竹叶、红枣、蜂蜜、生地采用超微粉碎机粉碎后,加入10-15倍的山泉水浸泡半小时后,加热至90-100℃提取2小时,然后过50-100目筛,离心过滤,取上层澄清汁液,制得中药汤备用;
(2)水果汁制备:将野生蓝莓、酥梨、西瓜皮、柠檬洗净后,酥梨去皮去核、西瓜皮削去表皮并切块,将野生蓝莓、酥梨、西瓜皮、柠檬放入打浆机破碎打浆,过滤,静置沉淀,取上层清液,得水果汁备用;
(3)混合、均质:将步骤(1)制得的中药汤和步骤(2)制得的水果汁在配料罐中混合均匀,再加入果胶酶、异抗坏血酸钠、复合稳定剂、白砂糖、山泉水,混合均匀后,定容配料罐温度控制在70-80℃,均质压力20-25MPa,保持该压力2小时,然后采用200目滤网过滤;
(4)灌装、杀菌、包装。

所述的复合稳定剂由绿茶水提物、羧甲基纤维素钠、结冷胶按照2:2:1的混合而成的混合物。
所述解暑润燥蓝莓汁采用如下方法制备而成,具体包括如下步骤:

野生蓝莓60-70份、酥梨8-14份、知母5-10份、甘草2-7份、山楂3-6份、麦芽4-8份、薄荷1-5份、金银花2-6份、淡竹叶2-5份、红枣5-10份、蜂蜜3-8份、生地1-3份、柠檬1-3份、西瓜皮3-9份、果胶酶0.5-1份、异抗坏血酸钠0.8-1.5份、复合稳定剂0.5-2份、白砂糖8-15份、山泉水80-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种解暑润燥蓝莓汁,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:
野生蓝莓60份、酥梨8份、知母5份、甘草2份、山楂3份、麦芽4份、薄荷1份、金银花2份、淡竹叶2份、红枣5份、蜂蜜3份、生地1份、柠檬1份、西瓜皮3份、果胶酶0.5份、异抗坏血酸钠0.8份、复合稳定剂0.5份、白砂糖8份、山泉水80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种解暑润燥蓝莓汁,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:

野生蓝莓65份、酥梨11份、知母8份、甘草5份、山楂4份、麦芽6份、薄荷3份、金银花4份、淡竹叶3.5份、红枣7份、蜂蜜5.5份、生地2份、柠檬2份、西瓜皮6份、果胶酶0.8份、异抗坏血酸钠1.2份、复合稳定剂1.5份、白砂糖11份、山泉水90份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种解暑润燥蓝莓汁,其特征在于,所述的复合稳定剂由绿茶水提物、羧甲基纤维素钠、结冷胶按照1-3:1-3:1的混合而成的混合物。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述解暑润燥蓝莓汁采用如下方法制备而成,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)中药汤制备:选取知母、甘草、山楂、麦芽、薄荷、金银花、淡竹叶、红枣、蜂蜜、生地采用超微粉碎机粉碎后,加入10-15倍的山泉水浸泡半小时后,加热至90-100℃提取2小时,然后过50-100目筛,离心过滤,取上层澄清汁液,制得中药汤备用;
(2)水果汁制备:将野生蓝莓、酥梨、西瓜皮、柠檬洗净后,酥梨去皮去核、西瓜皮削去表皮并切块,将野生蓝莓、酥梨、西瓜皮、柠檬放入打浆机破碎打浆,过滤,静置沉淀,取上层清液,得水果汁备用;
(3)混合、均质:将步骤(1)制得的中药汤和步骤(2)制得的水果汁在配料罐中混合均匀,再加入果胶酶、异抗坏血酸钠、复合稳定剂、白砂糖、山泉水,混合均匀后,定容配料罐温度控制在70-80℃,均质压力20-25MPa,保持该压力2小时,然后采用200目滤网过滤;
(4)灌装、杀菌、包装。
