Claims (2)
- 전복 동결 건조 육을 준비하는 단계(S1), 동결 건조된 전복 육을 분쇄입자 0.1mm 이하로 분말하는 단계(S2), 분쇄 동결건조 전복 육 5~10 중량%와 함께 전복 내장 0.1~10 중량%, 숙취해소 및 간 보호 기능 천연식물류로 헛개나무 15~10 중량 %, 갈근 15~10 중량%, 인진 5 중량%, 소화촉진 및 건강기능성 고려 천연식물류로 감초 3~5 중량%, 계피 3~5 중량%, 홍삼 3~5 중량%, 심신 안정 및 자양강장 기능 고려 천연식물류로 구기자 20~26 중량%, 대추 10~15 중량%, 산약 5~10 중량%, 연육 5~10 중량%를 준비하는 단계(S3), 분쇄 동결건조 전복 육을 제외한 S3 단계의 혼합 재료를 열수 추출기를 통한 진액(엑기스) 열수 추출단계(제조조건 : 압력(MPa/kgf/ ) 1.8, 온도(℃) 120 - 130, 혼합시간(hr) 2 - 3)(S4), 열수추출된 진액(엑기스)에 분쇄된 동결 건조된 전복 육을 첨가하여 2차 가열 혼합하는 단계(제조조건 : 압력(MPa/kgf/ ) 1.8, 온도(℃) 120 - 130, 혼합시간(hr) 0.5 - 1)(S5), S5 단계의 혼합액 95~97 중량%에 올리고당과 벌꿀이 등량 혼합된 당액체 3~5 중량%를 첨가하여 3차 가열살균하는 단계(제조조건 : 압력(MPa/kgf/ ) 1.8, 온도(℃) 120 - 130, 혼합시간(mim) 5 - 10)(S6), 혼합 열수 추출액을 자동포장기를 통한 진공포장단계(S7)를 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전복 동결건조 육을 함유한 숙취해소음료 제조방법.
- 상기 제1항의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전복 동결건조 육을 함유한 숙취해소음료.
