背景技术
在现有技术中,摘取林蛙油后剩余的林蛙干中含有大量蛋白成分,是制造美容、保健食品的上好原料,通过蛋白酶降解处理后制成的一种分子量在3000道尔顿以内的林蛙多肽,比普通蛋白分子量小,更易人体消化吸收。菊薯(Smallanthus sonchifolius)又名雪莲薯或雪莲果,菊薯的块根含有丰富的水份与果寡糖,尝起来即甜又脆,也可以当做水果食用。林蛙多肽、胶原蛋白肽、结合未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足而提供一种林蛙肽菊粉,通过酶解技术得到易消化吸收的小分子林蛙多肽结合胶原蛋白肽、菊薯、银耳、莲子、百合配伍运用,大大提高了养身防病的效果。很长时间以来人们对林蛙资源的开发仅局限于林蛙油,本发明解决了摘取林蛙油后剩余的林蛙干的综合利用。
本发明的技术解决方案是:林蛙肽菊粉,其特征在于其有效成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:林蛙(去除蛙油)15-20,胶原蛋白肽粉8-12,菊薯6-10,银耳6-10,莲子6-10,百合6-10,牛磺酸0.10-0.15,木糖醇2-12,低聚异麦芽糖8-12,麦芽糊精6-7,藕粉6-10,冰糖4-6,食用香精0.1-0.2。
优选,林蛙肽菊粉,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:林蛙(去除蛙油)18,胶原蛋白肽粉10,菊薯8,银耳8,莲子8,百合8,牛磺酸0.13,木糖醇10,低聚异麦芽糖10,麦芽糊精6.77,藕粉8,冰糖5,食用香精0.1。
林蛙(雪蛤)(去除蛙油):
提取林蛙油后的副产品,如肌肉、内脏、骨骼等又可作为珍贵毛皮动物的精饲料,也可浸后入药。林蛙皮当中胶原蛋白含量可达48%,多肽类含量可达10%以上,更为难得的是,林蛙皮当中还含有天然保湿因子的典型代表--透明质酸HA。林蛙骨含钙量很高,与人的骨骼钙磷比相当,且富含骨胶原蛋白,是补钙的极好钙源。
胶原蛋白肽粉:

低聚异麦芽糖:
(1)低聚异麦芽糖难以被胃酶消化,甜度低、热量低,基本上不增加血糖血脂。低聚异麦芽糖产品不含单糖或单糖含量很低,其热能仅为蔗糖1/6。低聚异麦芽糖很难通过消化酶而分解吸收,经与单独口服葡萄糖人群对照实验后证明,空腹口服低聚异麦芽糖人群,血糖与胰岛素均未上升,这说明低聚异麦芽糖在胃中不被吸收、利用,全部进入肠道。因此,若长期食用,既不会增加血糖,也不改变血中胰岛素水平,糖尿病患者可放心食用。
(2)低聚异麦芽糖能促进肠道内双歧杆菌增殖,抑制肠道有害菌及腐败物质形成,增加维生素含量,提高机体免疫力。低聚异麦芽糖不会被胃和小肠吸收,而是直接进入大肠,被双歧杆菌优先利用,助其大量繁殖,系为双歧杆菌增殖因子;而肠内其它有害菌则不能利用,从而能抑制有害菌生长,促使肠道内微生态向良性循环调整。如:①维持肠道正常细菌群平衡,尤其是老年和婴儿。双歧杆菌能抑制病原菌和腐败菌生长,防止便秘、下痢和胃肠障碍。②双歧杆菌抗肿瘤活性。③双歧杆菌能在肠道内合成维生素B1、B2、B6、K、尼克酸、叶酸等及某些氨基酸,提高对钙离子吸收。④降低血中胆固醇水平,防治高血压。⑤改善乳制品消化率,提高耐乳糖性。国外许多乳制品都添加低聚麦芽糖,以提高其保健功能。⑥增强人体免疫功能,预防抗生素类对人体各种不良副作用。
(3)预防龋齿功能。低聚异麦芽糖不被龋齿链球菌利用,不被口腔酶液分解,因而能防止龋齿。具有异麦芽糖残基低聚异麦芽糖与蔗糖结合使用时会强烈抑制不溶性葡聚糖合成,从而阻止齿垢形成,使蛀芽菌不能在牙齿上附着生长繁殖。因此,低聚异麦芽糖在以蔗糖为原料食品中,具有防龋齿作用。
(4)低聚异麦芽糖属于非消化低聚糖类,具有水溶性膳食纤维功能。由于低聚糖不被人体消化液消化,故又称之为低分子质量、非粘性、水溶性膳食纤维。但功能性低聚糖不具有膳食纤维增稠、水和、饱腹作用,其保健作用源于其特有发酵特点(双歧杆菌增殖因子,BGF)。低聚异麦芽糖比膳食纤维优越一点是其摄入量较低,在推荐剂量内不会引起腹泻,有一定甜味,完全水溶性,不破坏食品质地和风味,不增加粘度,不影响对矿物质和维生素吸收(对它们无包埋作用),易添加于加工食品和饮料中。
麦芽糊精:
麦芽糊精是DE值5-20的淀粉水解产物。它介于淀粉和淀粉糖之间,是一种价格低廉、口感滑腻、没有任何味道的营养性多糖。麦芽糊精一般为多种DE值的混合物。它可以是白色粉末,也可以是浓缩液体。流动性良好,无异味,几乎没有甜度。溶解性能良好,有适度的粘度。吸湿性低,不易结团。有较好的载体作用,是各种甜味剂、香味剂、填充剂等的优良载体。有很好的乳化作用和增稠效果。有促进产品成型和良好地抑制产品组织结构的作用。成膜性能好,既能防止产品变形又能改善产品外观。极易被人体吸收,特别适宜作病人和婴幼儿童食品的基础原料。对食品饮料的泡沫有良好的稳定效果。对结晶性糖具有抑制晶体析出的作用,有显著的“抗砂”“抗烊”作用和功能。具有甜度低,无异味,易消化,低热,溶解性好,发酵性小,填充效果好,不易吸潮,增稠性强,载体性好,稳定性好,难以变质的特性。麦芽糊精含有大量的多糖类,另外还含有钙、铁等对人体有益的微量元素及矿物质,并能促进人体正常的物质代谢。
藕粉:
莲藕味甘、性平、生熟均可食用,主治热渴,散淤血,生肌;熟藕性温味甘,有益胃健脾、养血补益、止泻功能;主治肺热咳嗽、烦躁口渴、脾虚泄泻、食欲不振及各种血症。
1. 清热凉血:莲藕生用性寒,有清热凉血作用,可用来治疗热性病症;莲藕味甘多液、对热病口渴、衄血、咯血、下血者尤为有益;

4. 止血散瘀:藕含有大量的单宁酸,有收缩血管作用,可用来止血。藕还能凉血,散血,中医认为其止血而不留瘀,是热病血症的食疗佳品。
食用香精:
食用香精是指能够用于调配食品香精,并使食品增香的物质。它不但能够增进食欲,有利消化吸收,而且对增加食品的花色品种和提高食品质量具有很重要的作用。
冰糖:
冰糖味甘、性平,入肺、脾经;有补中益气,和胃润肺的功效;冰糖养阴生津,润肺止咳,对肺燥咳嗽、干咳无痰、咯痰带血都有很好的辅助治疗作用;用于肺燥、肺虚、风寒劳累所致的咳喘、小儿疟疾、噤口痢、口疮、风火牙痛。冰糖可以增加甜度,还是和菊花、枸杞、山楂、红枣等配合的极好调味料。冰糖品质纯正,不易变质,除可作糖果食用外,还可用于高级食品甜味剂,配制药品浸渍酒类和滋补佐药等。一般人群均可食用,糖尿病患者忌食。中医认为冰糖具有润肺、止咳、清痰、和去火的作用。也是泡制药酒、炖煮补品的辅料。冰糖具有补中益气、和胃润肺、止咳化痰、祛烦消渴、清热降浊、养阴生津、止汗解毒等功能,可用于治疗中气不足、肺热咳嗽、咯痰带血、阴虚久咳、口燥咽干、咽喉肿痛、小儿盗汗、风火牙痛等病症。
冰糖性平,有止咳化痰的功效,广泛用于食品和医药行业生产的高档补品和保健品。老人含化冰糖还可以缓解口干舌燥。冰糖能补充体内水分和糖分,具有补充体液、供给能量、补充血糖、强心利尿、解毒等作用。适应症:其5%溶液为等渗液,用于各种急性中毒,以促进毒物排泄;10%~50%为高溶液,用于低血糖症、营养不良,或用于心力衰竭、脑水肿、肺水肿等的治疗。
中医药文化是我国传统文化的瑰宝之一,我国中医药至今已有数千年历史,在漫长的发展过程中,积累了丰富的临床实践经验,形成了成熟的中医药理论体系。目前已发现应用的药食同源中药类别十分广泛,中国卫生部药食两用名单先后共计收载品种87种,其中林蛙骨含钙量很高,与人的骨骼钙磷比相当,且富含骨胶原蛋白,是补钙的极好钙源;胶原蛋白肽是由胶原或明胶经蛋白酶降解处理后制成的一种胶原蛋白前体产品,分子量在3000道尔顿,比普通胶原蛋白分子量小,一般认为更易消化吸收。针对于人体衰老细胞分裂、衰竭、萎缩,微整形术后损伤、新细胞再生受阻、细胞生长变异、增生等多项细胞修复功能障碍问题研发的医生营养。大量国内外研究证明,胶原蛋白肽具有多种功效,例如抑制血管紧张素转化酶活性,具有抗氧化活性,能消除自由基,减少膝关节或髋关节等骨关节炎患者的疼痛,增强骨密度,维持骨代谢平衡等;菊薯含果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、寡聚果糖以及淀粉、菊糖、少量的纤维素、维生素和矿质元素等,其中菊糖和寡聚果糖占其干物质的67%,而菊糖和寡聚果糖不能被人体直接吸收,因此属于低能量食品。适用于糖尿病患者以及消化不良的人群,菊薯能调理血液,能降低血糖、血脂和胆固醇,可预防和治疗高血压、糖尿病,对心脑血管疾病和肥胖症等也有一定疗效,帮助消化,调理和改善消化系统的不良状况,能抗氧化,消除自由基,可减少或避免结石症的发生,具有清肝解毒,降火降血压的功效,是有效的防治面痘、暗疮,养颜美容的天然保健品。菊薯含有20多种人体必须的氨基酸和钙、铁、钾、硒等矿物质和微量元素,经常食用可提高人体的免疫力;有强身健体的功效;银耳具有强精、补肾、润肠、益胃、补气、和血、强心、壮身、补脑、提神、美容、嫩肤、延年益寿之功效。可以滋补生津;润肺养胃,补肺益气。银耳富有天然特性胶质,加上它的滋阴作用,长期服用可以润肤,并有祛除脸部黄褐斑、雀斑的功效。银耳是种含膳食纤维的减肥食品,它的膳食纤维可助胃肠蠕动,减少脂肪吸收;莲子具有补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神之功效。常用于脾虚泄泻,带下,遗精,心悸失眠。莲子性平、味甘涩,入心、脾、肾经;具补脾止泻、益肾涩清、养心安神之功效。中医常用于夜寐多梦、失眠、健忘、心烦口渴、腰痛脚弱、耳目不聪、遗精、淋浊、久痢、虚泻以及胃虚不欲饮食等病症。莲子善于补五脏不足,通利十二经脉气血,使气血畅而不腐,莲子所含氧化黄心树宁碱对鼻咽癌有抑制作用,这一切,构成了莲子的防癌抗癌的营养保健功能;莲子所含非结晶形生物碱N-9有降血压作用;莲子中所含的棉子糖,是老少皆宜的滋补品,对于久病、产后或老年体虚者,更是常用营养佳品。中老年人特别是脑力劳动者经常食用,可以健脑,增强记忆力,提高工作效率,并能预防老年痴呆的发生。现代药物学研究证实,莲子中的蛋白质钙、铁磷和钾含量非常丰富,还含有其他多种维生素、微量元素、荷叶碱、金丝草甙等物质,除可以构成骨骼和牙齿的成分外,还有促进凝血,使某些酶活化,维持神经传导性,镇静神经,维持肌肉的伸缩性和心跳的节律等作用。丰富的磷是细胞核蛋白的主要组成部分,帮助机体进行蛋白质、脂肪、糖类代谢,并维持酸碱平衡,对精子的形成也有重要作用。百合除含有蛋白质21.29%、脂肪12.43%、还原糖11.47%、淀粉1.61%,及钙、磷、铁、每百克含1.443毫克维生素B、21.2毫克维生素C等营养素外,还含有一些特殊的营养成分,如秋水仙碱等多种生物碱。这些成分综合作用于人体,不仅具有良好的营养滋补之功,而且还对秋季气候干燥而引起的多种季节性疾病有一定的防治作用。中医上讲鲜百合具有养心安神,润肺止咳的功效,对病后虚弱的人非常有益;牛磺酸可以促进胆固醇的分解,有助于降低血脂水平。牛磺酸具有明确的抗疲劳作用。牛磺酸能显著降压延长生命。牛磺酸有消炎解毒、保肝利胆的作用。牛磺酸在国外大量用作营养保健品和食品添加剂。牛磺酸的镇静、退热构成第三道防线,减轻病毒侵入时产生的发烧等症状。牛磺酸是一种氨基酸,能促进免疫系统淋巴细胞的生长繁殖。另外,它还能清热、镇痛,缓解人体自身因抵御病毒而启动自动调节防御系统产生的症状——发烧。当人体受到病毒严重侵害时,牛磺酸发挥清热、退烧作用,进而增强人体的抵抗力;木糖醇在体内新陈代谢不需要胰岛素参与,又不使血糖值升高,并可消除糖尿病人三多(多饮、多尿、多食),因此是糖尿病人安全的甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂;并配以新型的辅料,其中低聚异麦芽糖属于非消化低聚糖类,具有水溶性膳食纤维功能。由于低聚糖不被人体消化液消化,故又称之为低分子质量、非粘性、水溶性膳食纤维。但功能性低聚糖不具有膳食纤维增稠、水和、饱腹作用,其保健作用源于其特有发酵特点(双歧杆菌增殖因子,BGF)。低聚异麦芽糖比膳食纤维优越一点是其摄入量较低,在推荐剂量内不会引起腹泻,有一定甜味,完全水溶性,不破坏食品质地和风味,不增加粘度,不影响对矿物质和维生素吸收;藕粉:莲藕味甘、性平、生熟均可食用,主治热渴,散淤血,生肌;熟藕性温味甘,有益胃健脾、养血补益、止泻功能;主治肺热咳嗽、烦躁口渴、脾虚泄泻、食欲不振及各种血症。尤其随着中医药大健康产业的发展,技术人员将现代科学技术与传统的药食同源的物质相结合,生产生的一款固体饮料产品。其是在中医药理论指导下,以药食同源的中药饮片为原料添加新型的辅料,利用现代生产技术对原辅料进行。
制备方法:精选林蛙干,经清洗、烘干、粉碎后,采用酶解技术将林蛙干酶解,得到林蛙多肽成分,通过超滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥得到小分子林蛙多肽粉备用;挑选药材,经清洗、烘干粉碎、混合、制粒或不制粒、分装、包装。
适用人群:胃肠道消化不良者、高血脂、糖尿病适用。
功效或辅助疗效:有助消化,调理胃肠道;提高免疫力。是肠内有益菌丛的促生剂,产生双歧因子;降火清毒、防治面疱、暗疮;调理血液,清除高血脂,有效地控制胆固醇和糖尿病;通便、防治下痢。
用法用量:温水冲服,每次1袋,每日2次。
净含量/规格:10g/袋。
本发明的优点是:通过酶解技术得到易消化吸收的小分子林蛙多肽,结合胶原蛋白肽、菊薯、银耳、莲子、百合配伍运用,大大提高了养身防病的效果。本发明解决了摘取林蛙油后剩余的林蛙干的综合利用。

林蛙肽菊粉,由以下重量份数的原料制成:林蛙(去除蛙油)18,胶原蛋白肽粉10,菊薯8,银耳8,莲子8,百合8,牛磺酸0.13,木糖醇10,低聚异麦芽糖10,麦芽糊精6.77,藕粉8,冰糖5,食用香精0.1。

1.林蛙肽菊粉,其特征在于其有效成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:林蛙15-20,胶原蛋白肽粉8-12,菊薯6-10,银耳6-10,莲子6-10,百合6-10,牛磺酸0.10-0.15,木糖醇2-12,低聚异麦芽糖8-12,麦芽糊精6-7,藕粉6-10,冰糖4-6,食用香精0.1-0.2。
2.按照权利要求1所述的林蛙肽菊粉,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:林蛙18,胶原蛋白肽粉10,菊薯8,银耳8,莲子8,百合8,牛磺酸0.13,木糖醇10,低聚异麦芽糖10,麦芽糊精6.77,藕粉8,冰糖5,食用香精0.1。
