一种果蔬复合健康饮料,其是由下列重量份的原料制成:丝瓜15‑20、黄瓜18‑23、柠檬10‑14、猕猴桃12‑16、石榴15‑18、枸杞鲜果20‑25、橙子20‑22、胡萝卜16‑20、西红柿10‑15、芹菜10‑14、牛奶15‑25、芦荟粒15‑20、蜂蜜8‑10、绿豆12‑15、南瓜10‑15、红薯14‑18、助剂6‑8。本发明原料常见,制作简单,生产成本低;且由多种真正果蔬汁和牛奶组合而成,具有口感好、营养丰富、生津止渴、解暑去热、减肥塑型、润肤美颜等功效;草柏枝等中药材的添加,更加强化了本发明的保健功效,是一款老少咸宜的健康饮品。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工领域,具体涉及一种果蔬复合健康饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
所谓果蔬汁是指未添加任何外来物质,直接以新鲜或冷藏果蔬(也有一些采用广果)为原料,经过清洗、挑选后,采用物理的方法如压榨、浸提、离心等方法得到的果蔬汁液。以果蔬汁为基料,加水、糖、酸或香料调配而成的汁称为果蔬汁饮料。复合果蔬汁饮料其实就是综合了多种饮料风味,并且各种饮料成分之间不会发生作用产生有害物质,再同一个容器内,把各种果蔬汁搅拌,均匀,分装之后形成的一种饮料。
近几年来,复合型果汁饮料及果蔬汁饮料在发达国家发展较快,在国外市场流行品种较为繁多,市场上常见的有菠萝汁或橙汁等热带果汁与不同蔬菜汁的复合果汁饮料。例如:番茄汁与其他多种果蔬的复合汁、橙汁与胡萝卜汁等蔬菜的复合汁、芹菜汁、甜菜汁、菠菜汁等蔬菜汁配以食盐、香料和柠檬酸等配制的复合蔬菜汁等产品。
近年来,随着人们对引起生命衰老的自由基学说的深入研究,果蔬具有的能够减弱清除自由基反应的某些作用与生理意义,已被越来越多的专家学者所重视。经常饮用果蔬汁可增强儿童的记忆力。老年人引用果蔬汁可防止记忆衰退,增强对感冒等流行病的抵抗力,缓解肾胆的病变及高血压等老年人的疾病!如芹菜可防治高血压。胡萝卜具有抗癌左右等。
水果和蔬菜资源十分丰富,大部分水果和蔬菜都可加工成果蔬汁。目前,果蔬汁饮料的生产和使用正在逐渐引起人们的关注和重视,利用丰富而廉价的果蔬资源,为市场消费者提供营养均衡、价格合理、具有防病、治病作用的果蔬汁系列产品,具经济效益和社会效益都很可观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是丰富市场上的果蔬汁饮料类型,提供一种由多种水果汁和蔬菜汁混合,且含有中药材保健成分的复合健康饮料。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种果蔬复合健康饮料,其是由下列重量份的原料制成:丝瓜15-20、黄瓜18-23、柠檬10-14、猕猴桃12-16、石榴15-18、枸杞鲜果20-25、橙子20-22、胡萝卜16-20、西红柿10-15、芹菜10-14、牛奶15-25、芦荟粒15-20、蜂蜜8-10、绿豆12-15、南瓜10-15、红薯14-18、助剂6-8。
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:草柏枝1-2、菊花粉2-5、穿心莲2-3、土茯苓3-4、百合粉4-5;制备方法是将草柏枝、穿心莲、土茯苓等放入锅中,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与菊花粉和百合粉混合即得。
一种果蔬复合健康饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在锅中加入适量冷水,将南瓜洗净后去皮去瓤,再切成小块放入锅中,加入绿豆和洗净切块的红薯,大火煮开后转为小火熬煮,直至材料软烂粘稠;
(2)将丝瓜、黄瓜、柠檬、猕猴桃、枸杞鲜果、橙子、胡萝卜、西红柿等蔬果洗净切块,和剥出的石榴籽一同放入榨汁机中,加热水榨汁,过滤后,取出蔬果汁倒入杯中;
(3)将芹菜去根洗净,切段后放入榨汁机中,压榨后取出芹菜汁加入(2)所述的杯子中,并加入蜂蜜、牛奶、芦荟粒、助剂和(1)所述的熬煮后的材料,搅拌均匀;
(4)将调配好后的饮品尽快进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为90-100℃,时间为20-30s ,灭菌后的饮品即可进行真空灌装。

1.一种果蔬复合健康饮料,其特征在于:其是由下列重量份的原料制成:丝瓜15-20、黄瓜18-23、柠檬10-14、猕猴桃12-16、石榴15-18、枸杞鲜果20-25、橙子20-22、胡萝卜16-20、西红柿10-15、芹菜10-14、牛奶15-25、芦荟粒15-20、蜂蜜8-10、绿豆12-15、南瓜10-15、红薯14-18、助剂6-8;所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:草柏枝1-2、菊花粉2-5、穿心莲2-3、土茯苓3-4、百合粉4-5;制备方法是将草柏枝、穿心莲、土茯苓等放入锅中,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与菊花粉和百合粉混合即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种果蔬复合健康饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
