本发明公开了一种铁皮石斛混合果汁及制备方法,由铁皮石斛28‑32份、苹果200‑300份、猕猴桃80‑100份、菠萝300‑500份、适量的水和盐制备而成。制备方法:将铁皮石斛鲜条和加水混合打汁,过滤后将鲜铁皮石斛汁煎煮熬制,得到熟铁皮石斛汁;将苹果、猕猴桃和菠萝去皮切块,菠萝块用淡盐水浸泡15min,然后将切好的三种水果混合,加水混合打汁,过滤后得到果汁;将上述熟铁皮石斛汁和果汁按1:4体积比混合即得铁皮石斛混合果汁。这种铁皮石斛混合果汁采用苹果、猕猴桃和菠萝为主要水果原料,经鲜榨打汁,调试配比,具有独特酸甜口味,口感俱佳的效果;再用铁皮石斛鲜条榨汁,经煎煮熬制形成多糖胶质,调配混合果汁,其营养丰富,具有提高人体免疫功能、养肝护肝、滋阴养颜、抑制肿瘤等功效。

背景技术
果汁饮料是新鲜水果榨汁而成的饮料。各种不同水果的果汁含有不同的维生素等营养,是一种对健康有益的饮料。各种常见果汁:苹果汁、 葡萄柚汁、 奇异果汁 、芒果汁 、凤梨汁 、西瓜汁 、葡萄汁 、蔓越莓汁、 柳橙汁、 椰子汁 、柠檬汁 、哈密瓜汁 、草莓汁 、木瓜汁 。
随着生活水平提高,口味单一、营养不高的碳酸饮料已经不能满足广大消费者了。唐开元年间的道家经典《道藏》曾把铁皮石斛列为“中华九大仙草之首”,药用植物,性味甘淡微咸,具有益胃生津、滋阴清热、养肝护肝、滋阴养颜、抑制肿瘤等功效。可用于阴伤津亏,口干烦渴,食少干呕,病后虚热,目暗不明等。苹果有“智慧果”、“记忆果”的美称,不仅含有丰富的糖、维生素和矿物质等大脑必需的营养素,而且富含锌元素、多酚及黄酮类天然化学抗氧化物质,可及时清除体内的代谢“垃圾”,降低血液中的中性脂肪含量,对预防心脑血管疾病尤为重要。猕猴桃被人们称为“果中之王”,是一种营养价值丰富的水果,含有丰富的维生素C、钾、钙、以及胡萝卜素等丰富的维生素,具有清理肠胃、抗衰老、调节血液循环,预防心脑血管疾病等功能。菠萝被称为岭南四大名果之一,味甘、微酸、性平,入胃、肾经;具有健胃消食、解热消暑、解酒、降血压、抗癌、补脾止泻、清胃解渴等功用。可用于消化不良、肠炎腹泻、伤暑、身热烦渴等症。苹果、猕猴桃、菠萝都富含维生素和纤维素,可以帮助人体排便,提高身体免疫力,铁皮石斛鲜汁也具有提高身体免疫力等功效。
因此可以考虑研究制备一种具有提高身体免疫力的铁皮石斛混合果汁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术背景困难,改善果汁单一口味和提高营养,提供一种铁皮石斛混合果汁及制备方法。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种铁皮石斛混合果汁,按重量份计,由铁皮石斛28-32份、苹果200-300份、猕猴桃80-100份、菠萝300-500份、适量的水和盐制备而成。
进一步的优选方案,按重量份计,由铁皮石斛30份、苹果250份、猕猴桃90份、菠萝400份和适量的水制备而成。
上述铁皮石斛混合果汁的制备方法:将铁皮石斛鲜条和其重量10-12倍的水混合打汁,过滤后得到鲜铁皮石斛汁,再将鲜铁皮石斛汁煎煮熬制1-2小时,冷却后得到熟铁皮石斛汁;将苹果、猕猴桃和菠萝去皮切块,菠萝块用淡盐水浸泡15min,然后将切好的三种水果混合,加入其总重量0.6-0.8倍的水打汁,过滤后得到果汁;将上述熟铁皮石斛汁和果汁按1:4体积比混合即得铁皮石斛混合果汁。

一种铁皮石斛混合果汁,按重量份计,由铁皮石斛30份、苹果250份、猕猴桃90份、菠萝400份和适量的水制备而成。
制备方法:将铁皮石斛鲜条和其重量10倍的水混合打汁,过滤后得到鲜铁皮石斛汁,再将鲜铁皮石斛汁煎煮熬制1.5小时,冷却后得到熟铁皮石斛汁;将苹果、猕猴桃和菠萝去皮切块,菠萝块用淡盐水浸泡15min,然后将切好的三种水果混合,加入其总重量0.6-0.8倍的水打汁,过滤后得到果汁;将上述熟铁皮石斛汁和果汁按1:4体积比混合即得铁皮石斛混合果汁。

实施例2:

调配混合果汁:取上述果汁360 mL和铁皮石斛汁90 mL,混合均匀后即得铁皮石斛混合果汁。
苹果、猕猴桃和菠萝鲜榨混合果汁,调试配比,具有独特酸甜口味,口感好的效果。铁皮石斛榨汁,煎煮形成胶质,调配混合果汁,其营养丰富,具有铁皮石斛的保健功效。
