E、将B、C、D制得物混合入锅中煎煮直至水分煮干,取出加入淀粉揉成团状;

实施例1,一种花胶年糕,其特征在于:是由以下重量份:糯米粉150-200、芡实粉110-120、葛粉40-60、山药粉40-60、红薯粉30-50、藕粉20-30、淀粉20-30、花胶110-115、陈皮10-15、冬瓜糖50-60、鸡50-60、海参50-60、红枣糜15-18、山楂糕8-10、桂圆肉13-15、柚子酱20-40、食盐10-15、牛油果14-15、蜂蜜30-40、橄榄油23-26、黄酒20-25、红糖20-30、松子10-20、花生粒6-7、腰果粒12-13、中药保健剂20-30、水适量;
所述的中药保健剂:益母草4-2、当归3-5、女贞子2-5、旱莲草6-8、大生淮山药7-8、山萸肉5-7、野百合3-4、仙灵脾4-5、食茱萸3-4、莘荑6-7、紫苏叶6-7、草果2-3。
所述的中药保健剂的制备方法:益母草、当归、女贞子、旱莲草、大生淮山药、山萸肉、野百合、仙灵脾、食茱萸、莘荑、紫苏叶、草果用总重量3倍的水煎煮3小时后将中药液分离,将上述原料取出后入搅拌机搅拌,搅拌后在加入中药液文火煎煮3小时后取出备用。
一种花胶年糕的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
A、将糯米粉、芡实粉、葛粉、山药粉、红薯粉、藕粉混合加入总量的2倍的水搅拌,放置蒸锅中隔水蒸煮2-3小时,取出后保温备用;
B、将花胶泡发2天后与鸡炖煮6小时,炖煮3小时后加入海参、陈皮、桂圆肉;取出后鸡去除骨架,与花胶、海参、陈皮、桂圆以及浓缩汤混合搅拌备用;
C、将松子、花生粒、腰果粒入锅中炒制10分钟,取出后与红枣糜、山楂糕、柚子酱、食盐、牛油果、蜂蜜、橄榄油混合,
D、黄酒、红糖混合再小火煎煮20分钟后取出;
E、将B、C、D制得物混合入锅中煎煮直至水分煮干,取出加入淀粉揉成团状;
F、将A的制得物揉成小团后展开,将E的制得物包入封口制成特点形状,再次放入蒸锅中蒸熟20分钟后取出至于冷水中定型,取出沥干水分经消毒、包装、入库。
