背景技术
年糕是中国汉族的传统食物,属于农历新年的应时食品。是一种用黏性大的糯米或米粉蒸成的糕,在春节,我国很多地区都有讲究吃年糕。年糕有红、黄、白三色,象征金银,年糕又称“年年糕”,与“年年高”谐音,寓意着人们的工作和生活一年比一年提高。
随着生活水平的不断提高,年糕的样式、品味以及营养价值也需要提高。但是现有的年糕品味单一,并没有太大的营养价值。故此,我们提出一种软糯保健年糕及其制备方法。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种软糯保健年糕及其制备方法,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种软糯保健年糕,包括薏仁粉10-16份、蛋白质粉15-25份、糯米20-40份、果胶粉5-15份,当归粉10-18份、凉白开水30-60份、椰丝4-12份、蜂王浆4-10份、三七2-8份、车前子2-8份、甘草2-8份、黄砂糖10-30份、花生油4-10份。
优选的,薏仁粉11-15份、蛋白质粉18-22份、糯米25-35份、果胶粉8-12份,当归粉12-16份、凉白开水35-55份、椰丝6-10份、蜂王浆5-9份、三七3-9份、车前子3-9份、甘草3-9份、黄砂糖15-25份、花生油5-9份。
优选的,薏仁粉12-14份、蛋白质粉19-21份、糯米28-32份、果胶粉9-11份,当归粉13-15份、凉白开水40-45份、椰丝7-9份、蜂王浆6-8份、三七4-8份、车前子4-8份、甘草4-8份、黄砂糖18-22份、花生油7-8份。
本发明还提供了上述软糯保健年糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米淘洗干净,放入研磨机中,研磨呈粉状,取出备用。
(2)分别将三七、车前子、甘草放入研磨机磨成粉状,分开放置。
(3)先将薏仁粉、蛋白质粉、糯米粉、果胶粉、当归粉、椰丝、三七粉、车前子粉、甘草粉、黄砂糖、放到同一个盆中搅拌均匀,然后,再将蜂王浆、花生油、凉白开水倒入盆中,搅拌均匀至糊状。
(4)将糯米粉均匀的铺在模具中,然后,将混合糊状物倒入模具中,将模具放入蒸笼中,20-30分钟后取出,放置到一边冷却即可。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明软糯保健年糕营养价值丰富,其中蛋白粉可以补充蛋白质,促进机体新陈代谢,增强机体抵抗力的功效;车前子具有利水消肿、化痰、清热解毒的作用;薏仁含有多种维生素和矿物质,有促进新陈代谢和减少胃肠负担的作用,可作为病中或病后体弱患者的补益食品,经常食用薏仁食品对慢性肠炎、消化不良等症有食疗效果。
2、本发明软糯保健年糕中,果胶粉起胶凝作用,成品细腻,富有弹性和韧性,增加香味,使口感幼滑爽口。主要起到增稠作用,可延长制品的保存期,具有天然水果风味。
3、本发明软糯保健年糕中加入蜂王浆、黄砂糖和椰丝,能够使年糕具有淡淡的椰子清香,并且甜而不腻。
