一种莲藕蜜枣粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:莲藕1000~1200、大米200~280、白砂糖25~30、蜜枣80~120、食用碱20~25、奶粉20~25、蜂蜜15~25、芝麻8~12、核桃仁20~30、苹果泥20~25、红豆25~30、助剂4~6、水1000~1400;本发明将大米放于莲藕中蒸煮一段时间,使得莲藕的天然味道清香甘甜更有效的进入大米,和大米的纯正香味相混合;同时添加了蜜枣、蜂蜜、核桃仁,使得粥喝起来不但口感极佳,而且极具营养价值,蜜枣蜂蜜都是补血、补虚良品,核桃仁不仅蛋白丰富,还有益大脑,是长期工作和学习的人的最佳选择。

莲藕,富含淀粉、蛋白质、维生素B、维生素C、脂肪、碳水化合物及钙、磷、铁等多种矿物质,肉质肥嫩,白净滚圆,口感甜脆;中医认为,藕是一款冬令进补的保健食品,既可食用,又可药用。生食能凉血散淤,熟食能补心益肾,可以补五脏之虚,强壮筋骨,滋阴养血;同时还能利尿通便,帮助排泄体内的废物和毒素。
粥可调节胃口,增进食欲,补充身体需要的水分。它味道鲜美、润喉易食,营养丰富又易于消化,实在是养生保健的佳品。粥的妙不可言,在于它介于饭、菜和汤三者之间。
发明内容
一种莲藕蜜枣粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:莲藕1000~1200、大米200~280、白砂糖25~30、蜜枣80~120、食用碱20~25、奶粉20~25、蜂蜜15~25、芝麻8~12、核桃仁20~30、苹果泥20~25、红豆25~30、助剂4~6、水1000~1400;所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:山楂叶2-3、丰花草8-10、当归3-4、黑皮根1-2、蘘荷花苞3-4、珍珠风子1-2、绿茶粉10-12;制备方法是将除绿茶粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与绿茶粉混合即得。
一种莲藕蜜枣粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将新鲜多汁的莲藕洗净后,去皮,拦腰切成均匀的两部分,将大米混合红豆淘好、洗净后装入莲藕孔中,然后合上两部分莲藕并以竹签串联成完整部分备用;
(2)将(2)所述的装过料的莲藕放于砂锅之中,兑上清水,大火烧开,之后慢炖20~30min;
(3)将所述(3)的莲藕捞起,切成厚度0.8~1.5cm的片状,与蜜枣、白砂糖、苹果泥、核桃仁、蜂蜜、芝麻、助剂、食用碱和其他剩余部分混合均匀放于煮莲藕的砂锅中,大火烧开,小火继续煮40~50min;
(4)打开锅盖,搅拌煮好的粥使材料间充分混合,常温下冷却即可。
注:助剂中的丰花草是茜草科丰花草属,可入药,有活血祛瘀,消肿解毒之功效;黑皮根:为番荔枝科陵水暗罗的根,根肥厚,外皮黑色,内部粉质,有特异香气,全年可采,治四肢无力,遗精等;蘘荷:一种多年生姜科草本,根部具有药用价值,其嫩花序、嫩叶可当蔬菜,花序可治咳嗽,配生香榧治小儿百日咳有显效;珍珠风子:为马鞭草科植物珍珠风的种子,主治儿科伤寒。
