(3)再次大火烧开,同时将鱼肉泥放入砂锅中,等再次沸腾时,用筷子把鱼肉泥搅拌均匀,之后再大火烧开,打开锅盖,加入助剂,撒上芝麻、葱和其他剩余成份,熄火焖10min即可。
本发明的优点:鱼肉多刺,吃起来麻烦,本发明以鱼肉泥形式做成鱼肉粥,吃起来很方便,鱼肉前处理阶段用地瓜粉搅拌,并用醋进行腌制,这样既去除鱼肉腥味,还有效的保持了鱼肉水分,使鱼肉吃起来既鲜又嫩。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种鱼肉泥美味养生粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:小米40~60g、燕麦片90~120g、鱼肉泥80~110g、白醋10~15g、花生米25~35g、小葱4~6g、地瓜粉30~50g、芝麻6~8g、助剂4~5g、水600~750g;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丁葵草4~5g、紫苏籽1~2g、白术2~3g、二色补血草4~5g、向日葵花盘1~2g、瓜萎叶2~3g、蘘荷花苞10~12g、炒大麦粉6~8g;制备方法是将除炒大麦粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与炒大麦粉混合即得。

(1)精选鲤鱼、草鱼或其它常见的可食用鱼类,小刀小心片下鱼肉,放于砧板上,用菜刀刀背击打鱼肉片,以砸成肉泥状,这时用镊子仔细的剔除鱼刺,倒入白醋并均匀的拌上地瓜粉腌制20~30min备用;
(2)将小米、燕麦片、花生米、芝麻和水混匀一起加入到砂锅中,大火烧开,小火慢熬30~40min;

2.根据权利要求1所述一种鱼肉泥美味养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
