丁葵草:是一种多年生豆科小草本,生于荒野。全草夏秋采收,晒干,可以祛瘀消肿,调起利湿。
地黄叶:双子叶植物药玄参科植物地黄的叶,可入药,用于热风伤阴、舌绛烦渴、发斑发疹、吐血、衄血、咽喉肿痛。
蘘荷:是一种多年生姜科草本,根部具有药用价值,其嫩花序、嫩叶可当蔬菜,花序可治咳嗽,配生香榧治小儿百日咳有显效。
海浮石:一般是由铝、钾、钠的硅酸盐所成,具有标准的多孔构造,形似蛀窠,有时具管状构造,可入药。
黄芪:豆科的多年生草本,有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用,常用中草药之一。
一种鲜麦穗养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)取新鲜的鲜麦穗,拨开外壳取鲜嫩麦粒,和糯米混合,在炒锅中滴少许食用油,烧至冒青烟,倒入混合的糯米和鲜麦粒,爆炒6~10min至表面明显糊状;
(2)准备砂锅,放入西洋参片、(1)所述的混合鲜麦粒和糯米,小米、黑芝麻、柑橘皮、陈皮、紫菜、橄榄菜、虾仁、水,大火烧开砂锅,小火慢煮20~30min;
(3)另备容器,加入芦荟粒、橙粒、山楂糕、胡椒粉、鸡蛋清、牛奶粉、蜂胶,混合均匀;
(4)打开(2)所述的砂锅,剔除西洋参片、陈皮、柑橘皮,同时加入(3)所述的混合食料、助剂和葡萄汁,再次煮沸砂锅,焖15~20min即可。
本发明的优点:小麦富含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、钙、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酸、维生素A及维生素C等,本发明的粥优点在于所用的麦粒是来自晒干前的麦穗,浆汁更多,更易熟烂,入粥前经过爆炒,使得做好的粥飘出一股谷物特有的糊香味,山楂糕、柑橘皮和陈皮等的加入旨在提高粥的口感,酸甜滑口,五谷飘香,美味十足。
具体实施方式
一种鲜麦穗养生粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:糯米20~30g、小米60~80g、鲜麦穗60~80g、山楂糕10~15g、柑橘皮10~12g、陈皮8~10g、黑芝麻3~5g、牛奶粉20~30g、鸡蛋清5~8g、蜂胶10~14g、西洋参片8~12g、葡萄汁10~15g、虾仁5~8g、紫菜4~6g、食用油5~8g、胡椒粉3~5g、芦荟粒10~12g、橙粒8~10g、橄榄菜8~12g、助剂4~6g、水800~1000g;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丁葵草4~5g、地黄叶2~3g、蘘荷花苞3~4g、海带2~3g、海浮石1~2g、银耳1~2g、蟹黄1~2g、抹茶粉12~15g;制备方法是将除抹茶粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与抹茶粉混合即得。

1.一种鲜麦穗养生粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:糯米20~30、小米60~80、鲜麦穗60~80、山楂糕10~15、柑橘皮10~12、陈皮8~10、黑芝麻3~5、牛奶粉20~30、鸡蛋清5~8、蜂胶10~14、西洋参片8~12、葡萄汁10~15、虾仁5~8、紫菜4~6、食用油5~8、胡椒粉3~5、芦荟粒10~12、橙粒8~10、橄榄菜8~12、助剂4~6、水800~1000;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丁葵草4~5、地黄叶2~3、蘘荷花苞3~4、海带2~3、海浮石1~2、银耳1~2、蟹黄1~2、抹茶粉12~15;该助剂的制备方法是将除抹茶粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与抹茶粉混合即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述鲜麦穗养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
