技术领域:
本发明涉及一种药膳,特别是涉及一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳及制备方法。
背景技术:
产后瘦身是指女性在生产后进行的减肥,主要方法包括饮食减肥、运动减肥、药物减肥、物理减肥等。传统中医认为,产后瘦身与痰、湿、气虚等有关,可通过祛痰、利湿、补气来达到产后瘦身的目的。目前药膳以产后瘦身茶多见,食疗亦以鱼类或素食为主,动物骨类的药膳未见相关文献及专利报道。且茶或素食类瘦身药膳存在一定缺陷,产妇用后容易营养缺乏,脸色枯黄。
耗牛脊骨在藏医药中被称为仲骨,据《晶珠本草》记载,“仲骨生胃火,骨髓可愈创伤。”其原动物为野耗牛,产于青藏高原,具有祛寒、增热量、生胃火等作用骨髓具有治疮疖等功效。具有很高的营养价值,骨中含有人体所必需的各种营养物质如钙、磷脂、磷蛋白、氨基酸、维生素A、B1、B2、D、骨胶、软骨素等。骨髓是骨之精华,又是造血基质,含有大量蛋白质、油脂、矿物质。近年来开发的耗牛骨粉、明胶、耗牛软骨素多制成基础生化原料、耗牛骨髓壮骨粉保健食品和耗牛肉干等休闲食品,但未见有关药膳的文献和专利报道。本发明针对这一问题,研发一款营养全面且能补气补血、活血化瘀、祛痰、利湿、健脾的产后瘦身美白药膳,本案由此产生。

针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种营养全面且能补气补血、活血化瘀、祛痰、利湿、健脾的产后瘦身美白牦牛脊骨药膳。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括以下原料:牦牛脊骨400-600份、兔腿肉60-80份、鸡枞菌40-60份、羊肚菌40-60份、螺旋藻10-20份;淮山药60-80份、党参10-20份、当归10-20份、枸杞10-20份、莱菔子10-20份、玫瑰花10-20份、南沙参5-15份、百合15-25份;白茯苓10-20份、芡实40-60份、薏苡仁10-20份、牛至10-20份、芹菜籽10-20份、赤小豆10-20份、荷叶5-15份;生姜40-60份、山楂10-20份、鸡内金10-20份、白扁豆花15-25份、紫苏叶2-6份。
优选地,所述的产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,按重量份计,包括以下原料:牦牛脊骨500份、兔腿肉70份、鸡枞菌50份、羊肚菌50份、螺旋藻15份;淮山药70份、党参15份、当归15份、枸杞15份、莱菔子15份、玫瑰花15份、南沙参10份、百合20份;白茯苓15份、芡实50份、薏苡仁15份、牛至15份、芹菜籽15份、赤小豆15份、荷叶12份;生姜50份、山楂15份、鸡内金15份、白扁豆花20份、紫苏叶4份。
进一步地,所述的产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,还包括以下膳食调味料:食用醋、料酒、酱油、精盐和0.1%木瓜蛋白酶。
优选地,所述的膳食调味料按重量份计,包括5-8份食用醋、5-8份料酒、10-15份酱油、精盐适量、0.1%木瓜蛋白酶0.4-0.8U/μg。
本发明还提供了一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)姜汁水制备:按所述重量配比,取重量份的生姜洗净切成细姜丝,泡600-800份温水中10min后用干净纱布绞汁备用;

(4)药包制作:各取重量份的党参、当归、莱菔子、鸡内金和南沙参用冷水浸泡30min后装入洁净纱布,制成药包1备用;另各取重量份的玫瑰花、牛至、芹菜籽、紫苏叶、白扁豆花冷水清洗后浸泡30min后装入洁净纱布,制成药包2备用;
(5)炖煮:砂锅中放入清水(水量为牦牛骨5倍),将步骤2中预处理后的牦牛脊骨分成若干份,分别用步骤3中准备的荷叶包好,加入步骤3中的材料和步骤4中的药包1以及膳食调味料,大火煮开,小火炖煮2小时,最后加入步骤4制备的药包2,小火炖煮15min-25min即可。
进一步地,所述的膳食调味料为食用醋、 料酒、 酱油、精盐。
优选地,所述的膳食调味料按重量份计,包括5-8份食用醋、5-8份料酒、10-15份酱油、精盐适量。
下面对本发明的配方中所选用的主要原料的性能及作用机理进行简要分析:
1、君药:益气及消脂
牦牛脊骨:具有祛寒、增热量、生胃火等作用,所含骨髓具有治疮疖、愈创伤等功效。
鸡枞菌:性平味甘,具有益胃、清神、治痔等功效。据《本草纲目》记载,鸡枞菌具有“益胃、清神、治痔”等药用功效,鸡枞菌中含有多种具有药理作用的化学成分,如多糖、皂苷、多酚、蛋白质等。鸡枞菌多糖多糖不仅是一种非特异性免疫增强剂,而且具有降血糖、降血脂、抗凝血及止吐等多种生理活性。其蛋白质含量与香菇、金针菇、口蘑等常见的食用菌相比都高,远超过一般粮食作物,可与豆类作物媲美。具有17种氨基酸,种类齐全,其中必需氨基酸含量占氨基酸总量40.82%,其与非必需氨基酸比值0.63,接近FAO/WHO(1973)推荐的理想蛋白质模式,有利于人体吸收, 可作为优质的蛋白质来源, 且其中鲜味氨基酸含量较高,使得鸡枞菌食用时味道鲜美。
羊肚菌:性平,味甘寒无毒。具有益肠消食、化痰理气、润胃健脾之功效。羊肚菌子囊体和菌丝体不仅营养成分丰富,除包括蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、粗纤维、核黄素、烟酸、叶酸和维生素等多种成分,羊肚菌中还含有多糖、酶类、吡喃酮抗生素、脂肪酸类化合物、氨基酸、矿物质及其他多种化学成分。实验研究表明羊肚菌多糖具有增强肌体免疫力,降低胆固醇含量的作用。不饱和脂肪酸是羊肚菌具有降血脂、抗衰老、消除自由基功效的主要原因。羊肚菌所含的亚油酸和油酸分别有降低人体胆固醇浓度和降低低密度脂蛋白(LDL),升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的功能,有助预防动脉硬化,防治肥胖、中风、心肌梗塞等作用。
兔肉:性凉味甘,入肝、脾、大肠经;具有补中益气、凉血解毒、清热止渴等作用。
螺旋藻:含有γ—亚麻酸可降低人体所含的胆固醇。螺旋藻蛋白质含量高,脂肪、纤维素含量低,且还含有种类繁多的维生素,是维生素B12和β-胡萝卜素含量最高的食品。此外, 它还是所有食物中可吸收性铁质含量最高的, 所含藻类蛋白具有防癌、治癌功能,并含有大量矿质元素和提高机体免疫力的生物活性物质。
2、臣药:祛痰
淮山药:味甘,性平。 归脾,肺,肾经。补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精,清热解毒。
党参:味甘,性平;归脾、肺经;质润气和,健脾补肺,益气养血生津。
当归:味甘;辛;苦;性温。归肝、心、脾经。补血活血;调经止痛;润燥滑肠。
枸杞:甘,平。养肝,滋肾,润肺。
莱菔子:性平,味辛、甘、无毒,归肺、胃经。具有消食导滞,降气化痰功效。
玫瑰花:味甘微苦、性微温,归肝、脾、胃经;芳香行散;具有舒肝解郁,和血调经的功效。
百合:味甘,性微寒。归心、肺经。养阴润肺,清心安神。
南沙参:性微寒,味甘,微苦。归肺、胃经。有清热养阴,润肺止咳之功效。
3、佐药:利湿
白茯苓:性平,味甘、淡。归心、肺、脾、肾经。能渗湿健脾。
芡实:性平,味甘涩,归脾、肾经。有补脾去湿,益肾固精功效。
薏苡仁:性微寒,味甘淡。有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓的功效。
牛至:味辛,性温。能促进消化、健胃、化湿。
芹菜籽:散气、消肿、利尿、开通阻滞、降血压。
赤小豆:性平,味甘、酸,能利湿消肿、清热退黄、解毒排脓。
荷叶:性平,味苦涩。有清暑利湿、凉血止血功效。
4、使药:健脾养胃
生姜:味辛,性温。能开胃止呕,化痰止咳,发汗解表。
山楂:性微温,味甘、酸。归脾、胃、肝经。有消食化积、活血散瘀功效。
鸡内金:性平味甘,归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。有运脾消食、固精止遗功效。
莳萝籽:性温味辛。健脾、开胃、整肠利尿。
苦荞麦:性味苦、平、寒,有益气力、续精神、利耳目、降气宽肠健胃的作用。
白扁豆花:性平,味甘淡,无毒。健脾和胃,消暑化湿。
紫苏叶:味辛。行气宽中,消痰利肺,和血,温中,止痛。
本发明按中医药“君臣佐使”原理科学配方,具有补气补血、活血化瘀、宽胸化痰、利湿利尿、和胃消脂的功效。牦牛脊骨搭配鸡枞菌、羊肚菌、兔肉、螺旋藻,作为组方中的君药,主要起到补中益气及消脂作用,从解决肥胖的根本原因着手。其中兔肉具有补中益气,凉血解毒的功效,有“保健肉”、“减肥肉”之称。与菌菇类和海藻类相配具有益气补脑、凉血解毒和减肥功效。此外,还可以与臣药中的莱菔子、使药中的山楂和鸡内金产生协同作用,和胃助消化,消除脂垢。研究表明莱菔子水溶性生物碱对ApoE基因敲除小鼠血脂的影响,发现莱菔子水溶性生物碱能够提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL-C) 的含量。上述中药所含有的黄酮类、生物碱等成分通过不同的机制,协同产生和胃消食和降低血脂的作用。
宽胸化痰可改善脏腑功能。中医有"肥人多痰"的观点,该痰是指肥胖之痰浊,亦即脂肪过多。臣药莱菔子醇提取物具有显著的祛痰作用,炒莱菔子水提取物具有一定的平喘作用。臣药中的淮山药、党参、枸杞均能滋补益肺;百合、南沙参滋阴润肺;使药中的生姜、紫苏叶、亦能增强其润肺化痰的作用,上述几味药叠加进而产生协同强化的结果。百合富含钾,有利于加强肌肉兴奋度,促进代谢,使皮肤富有弹性。党参、当归、玫瑰活血补血化瘀,改善产妇肤色;使药中的山楂中含有非常丰富的维生素C和环-磷酸腺苷,能促进肌肤细胞的代谢,防止黑色素沉着,可产生到美白肌肤祛斑的功效。上述几种药物协同产生美白养颜的功效。
利尿泻下则是是给以出路加强排泄的。通过用清热利湿法以强化排泄邪浊。佐药中的白茯苓、芡实、荷叶几味药均有利湿功效。且近代研究证实,荷叶有良好的降血脂、降胆固醇和减肥的作用,更增加了君药的降脂功效。
使药由生姜、山楂、鸡内金、莳萝籽、苦荞麦、白扁豆花等几味健脾和胃的中药构成,对上述药膳中君药、臣药和佐药的进行调和之后,药膳中含有的营养物质更利于产后妇女的吸收和利用。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明运用中医中药辨证施治,通过补中益气,活血化瘀、宽胸化痰、利湿利尿、和胃消脂的几种作用的综合结果,使得肥胖产后妇女用本药膳来降脂瘦身美白获得良好效果。
本发明用先进的技术,在药膳制作中引进木瓜蛋白酶,牦牛脊骨的有效成分充分提取,另在药膳中配以易产生饱腹感且热量低的食物(如菌菇类和海藻类),以及补气补血、活血化瘀、祛痰、利湿、健脾的“药食两用”中药,效果明显,营养丰富,口感鲜美,若能推广开发必将取得显著的经济效益。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明的保护范围限于此。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
本实施例的一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,按重量份计,包括以下原料:牦牛脊骨400份、兔腿肉60份、鸡枞菌40份、羊肚菌40份、螺旋藻10份;淮山药60份、党参10份、当归10份、枸杞10份、莱菔子10份、玫瑰花10份、南沙参5份、百合15份;白茯苓10份、芡实40份、薏苡仁10份、牛至10份、芹菜籽10份、赤小豆10份、荷叶10份;生姜40份、山楂10份、鸡内金10份、白扁豆花15份、紫苏叶2份。
调味料及其他配料:5份食用醋、5份料酒、10份酱油、精盐适量、0.1%木瓜蛋白酶0.4U/μg。
上述产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)姜汁水制备:50份生姜洗净切成细姜丝,泡600份温水中10min后用干净纱布绞汁备用。
(2)牦牛脊骨预处理:牦牛脊骨400份洗净,在步骤1中制备的姜汁水中焯一下去腥味和血水;加入0.1%木瓜蛋白酶0.4U/μg,60℃水解6h,取出沥干备用;

(4)药包制作:各取10党参、当归、莱菔子、鸡内金和5份南沙参、用冷水浸泡30min后装入洁净纱布,制成药包1备用;另取10份玫瑰花、10份牛至、10份芹菜籽、2份紫苏叶、15份白扁豆花冷水清洗后浸泡30min后装入洁净纱布,制成药包2备用;
(5)炖煮:砂锅中放入清水(水量为牦牛骨5倍),将步骤2中预处理后的牦牛脊骨分成若干份,分别用步骤3中准备的荷叶包好,加入步骤3中的材料和步骤4中的药包1以及5份食用醋、5份料酒、10份酱油、精盐适量,大火煮开,小火炖煮2小时,最后加入步骤4制备的药包2,小火炖煮15min即可。
实施例2:
本实施例的一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,按重量份计,包括以下原料:牦牛脊骨500份、兔腿肉70份、鸡枞菌50份、羊肚菌50份、螺旋藻15份;淮山药70份、党参15份、当归15份、枸杞15份、莱菔子15份、玫瑰花15份、南沙参10份、百合20份;白茯苓15份、芡实50份、薏苡仁15份、牛至15份、芹菜籽15份、赤小豆15份、荷叶12份;生姜50份、山楂15份、鸡内金15份、白扁豆花20份、紫苏叶4份。
调味料及其他配料:6份食用醋、6份料酒、12份酱油、精盐适量、0.1%木瓜蛋白酶0.6U/μg。
上述产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)姜汁水制备:50份生姜洗净切成细姜丝,泡700份温水中10min后用干净纱布绞汁备用;
(2)牦牛脊骨预处理:牦牛脊骨500份洗净,在步骤1中制备的姜汁水中焯一下去腥味和血水;加入0.1%木瓜蛋白酶0.6U/μg,60℃水解6h,取出沥干备用;
(3)材料预处理:70份兔腿肉切成薄片,拌上精盐、酱油放置30min备用;取各50份干鸡枞菌和羊肝菌用冷水泡软后捞起挤去水,改刀成片备用;15份螺旋藻、70份淮山药、50份芡实、15份赤小豆、15份白茯苓打碎、20份百合、15份薏苡仁、15份山楂冷水浸泡30min备用;15份枸杞、12份荷叶用冷水清洗后备用;
(4)药包制作:各取15份党参、当归、莱菔子、鸡内金和10份南沙参、用冷水浸泡30min后装入洁净纱布,制成药包1备用;另取15份玫瑰花、15份牛至、15份芹菜籽、4份紫苏叶、20份白扁豆花冷水清洗后浸泡30min后装入洁净纱布,制成药包2备用;
(5)炖煮:砂锅中放入清水(水量为牦牛骨5倍),将步骤2中预处理后的牦牛脊骨分成若干份,分别用步骤3中准备的荷叶包好,加入步骤3中的材料和步骤4中的药包1以及6份食用醋、6份料酒、12份酱油、精盐适量,大火煮开,小火炖煮2小时,最后加入步骤4制备的药包2,小火炖煮20min即可。
实施例3:
本实施例的一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,按重量份计,包括以下原料:牦牛脊骨600份、兔腿肉80份、鸡枞菌60份、羊肚菌60份、螺旋藻20份;淮山药80份、党参20份、当归20份、枸杞20份、莱菔子20份、玫瑰花20份、南沙参15份、百合25份;白茯苓20份、芡实60份、薏苡仁20份、牛至20份、芹菜籽20份、赤小豆20份、荷叶15份;生姜60份、山楂20份、鸡内金20份、白扁豆花25份、紫苏叶6份。
调味料及其他配料: 8份食用醋、 8份料酒、15份酱油、精盐适量、0.1%木瓜蛋白酶0.8U/μg。
上述产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(4)药包制作:各取20份党参、当归、莱菔子、鸡内金和15份南沙参、用冷水浸泡30min后装入洁净纱布,制成药包1备用;另取20份玫瑰花、20份牛至、20份芹菜籽、6份紫苏叶、25份白扁豆花冷水清洗后浸泡30min后装入洁净纱布,制成药包2备用;
(5)炖煮:砂锅中放入清水(水量为牦牛骨5倍),将步骤2中预处理后的牦牛脊骨分成若干份,分别用步骤3中准备的荷叶包好,加入步骤3中的材料和步骤4中的药包1以及8份食用醋、8份料酒、15份酱油、精盐适量,大火煮开,小火炖煮2小时,最后加入步骤4制备的药包2,小火炖煮25min即可。
在本发明中精盐的放入量可以根据个人的口味进行增减,没有特殊限制。
本发明的配方中选用的均为安全无明显毒副作用“药食两用”天然中药材,食用安全,补中益气,宽胸化痰、活血化瘀、利湿利尿、和胃消脂,效果明显,尤其适合产后肥胖妇女食用,能有效地降血糖、降血脂、美白养颜。经过20名21-41岁产后肥胖妇女的直接食用(每周食用2-3次,食用三个月后),普遍反映体重明显减轻、血脂水平降低、腰围减小、肤色变白,具体如下表所示。

本发明在所述牦牛脊骨中添加膳食调味料,不降低本发明药膳的药用效果,而且使得牦牛脊骨的味道更加鲜美,口感更好,气味更芳香。
添加了鸡枞菌、羊肚菌、玫瑰花、荷叶几种原料后,降血脂、美容效果明显增加。

1.一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括以下原料:牦牛脊骨400-600份、兔腿肉60-80份、鸡枞菌40-60份、羊肚菌40-60份、螺旋藻10-20份;淮山药60-80份、党参10-20份、当归10-20份、枸杞10-20份、莱菔子10-20份、玫瑰花10-20份、南沙参5-15份、百合15-25份;白茯苓10-20份、芡实40-60份、薏苡仁10-20份、牛至10-20份、芹菜籽10-20份、赤小豆10-20份、荷叶5-15份;生姜40-60份、山楂10-20份、鸡内金10-20份、白扁豆花15-25份、紫苏叶2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括以下原料:牦牛脊骨500份、兔腿肉70份、鸡枞菌50份、羊肚菌50份、螺旋藻15份;淮山药70份、党参15份、当归15份、枸杞15份、莱菔子15份、玫瑰花15份、南沙参10份、百合20份;白茯苓15份、芡实50份、薏苡仁15份、牛至15份、芹菜籽15份、赤小豆15份、荷叶12份;生姜50份、山楂15份、鸡内金15份、白扁豆花20份、紫苏叶4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,其特征在于:还包括以下膳食调味料:食用醋、料酒、酱油、精盐和0.1%木瓜蛋白酶。
4.根据权利要求4所述的一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳,其特征在于:所述的膳食调味料按重量份计,包括5-8份食用醋、5-8份料酒、10-15份酱油、精盐适量、0.1%木瓜蛋白酶0.4-0.8U/μg。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种产后瘦身美白的牦牛脊骨药膳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)姜汁水制备:按所述重量配比,取重量份的生姜洗净切成细姜丝,泡600-800份温水中10min后用干净纱布绞汁备用;
(2)牦牛脊骨预处理:取重量份的牦牛脊骨洗净,在步骤1中制备的姜汁水中焯一下去腥味和血水;加入0.1%木瓜蛋白酶,60℃水解6h,取出沥干备用;
(3)材料预处理:取重量份的兔腿肉切成薄片,拌上精盐、酱油放置30min备用;各取重量份的干鸡枞菌和羊肝菌用冷水泡软后捞起挤去水,改刀成片备用;各取重量份的螺旋藻、淮山药、芡实、赤小豆、白茯苓打碎;百合、份薏苡仁、山楂用冷水浸泡30min备用;枸杞、荷叶用冷水清洗后备用;
